They are excellent providers.

They sell Carrier and other high end air conditioning units. Chris trained me on what to look for in a unit. I was very impressed by that. Even though he couldn't help me he reffered me to another company and did it out of the goodness of his heart. He gave me his cell in case I needed any further assistance in talking with the other company.

I would have to rate my experience with Simpson Air in the top 3% of any service I have ever had. I was blown away with the entire process. I do not recall the name of the technician that came out to assess the damage to the existing A/C, but he was very knowledgable and great to work with. Unlike the other A/C companies, he actually took the time to show me the problem areas. Once I let him know I may be interested in replacing the system rather than fixing it, he let me know that his role was done, but that if I wanted, he could contact his sales guy and set up a time for him to come out to the house. The salesman Chris came out and thoroughly explained each available option and helped us pick a unit that was best for us. The unit we decided on had two different rebates and Chris included the rebates in our purchase price and he took on the responsibility / risk for getting them filled out and processed. He pulled a lot of strings to get us a Saturday install and he and his team showed up right on time and began the process of removing the old system and installing the new one. It was an all day event but it went fairly well. Chris pulled our building permit and came out to inspect the work after it was done. My wife and I recently had a baby and Chris showed up at our house with a "The Coolest Guys - Simpson Air" one-sie for our newborn baby. He truly was great to work with. There is another Chris that works in the office and she was the one who set up our inspection with the City of Clearwater. She was great to work with also. In my experience, this company goes above and beyond to make this experience as hassle-free as possible. I hope the owners of the company know what valuable members they have in Chris and Chris. They are a rare find in the service world.

I am very satisfied with the unit and the amount of money I am saving on my electric bill. I bought the extended warranty. The installers were very nice and prompt. The experience was excellent.

They were very efficient. I thought they were very nice and thorough. The price was a lot less than other estimates. It wasn't their fault, but they gave me the wrong unit, and they had to exchange it.

Punctual, professional.

The guy that came up was not professional. The salesman was talking all by himself and I asked him to leave. I hardly had any interaction with him. I just called him to come and give me an estimate and he was all by himself. The guy was very late.

Very well. The technician even checked the thermostat and replaced the corroded batteries. He also adjusted all the ceiling air vents. The system had been working at 50% capacity. There was a noticeable difference immediately. The unit is 7 years old and had never been serviced.
