Description of Work: I called them to repair a touch sensitive light switch that was damaged by lightning. When they came out, they did not have the appropriate replacement switch. They were going charge me an additional service call fee.

Description of Work: They responded the same day I called, and fixed the wire to my spa that I`d accidentally cut. He repaired the problem quickly, and the charge was reasonable!

Description of Work: Main Circuit Box shorted out and caught on fire,. Sheppard came out, brought a generator for a fan for mother, and worked for 6 hrs creating new circuit box, finished at 12am, Sun. They are awesome, did a great job. Paul was great.
