From start to finish this was a great experience. It is refreshing having a call returned quickly, estimate on the spot and the work completed when promised and done well.

I found the quotation to be on the higher side. The quotation for screen repair was fine, though. They sounded very professional and knowledgeable. I will use their services in future again.

He showed up on time and completed the job. The panels look great.

Everything went well. They were punctual and professional. We would have appreciated if they would have removed the old screens rather than leaving them in the lawn, but we were happy with everything else.

It only took the gentleman about forty five minutes to replace the screen. He was very prompt. He did a good job.

Andy started the work a week after giving me an estimate. He was on time and courteous and stayed on the job until the work was done which took about six hours. I felt very confident with his ability and would definitely recommend him to anyone. When I mentioned Angie's List he gave me a discount.

Andy called after I emailed him over a weekend. He made an appointment to first give an estimate. He was very professional and did not waste any time. He explained his price and we scheduled a time for him to complete the work. He did have to cancel once, only because of the weather and was able to do the job the next day. He arrived on time and got to work right away. He and his assistant completed the job quickly and without interfering with our day. They thoroughly cleaned up and the work looks great.

I had contacted this company via email to see if I could schedule an estimate on repairing some torn lanai screen panels. I never heard back from them until two weeks later when I received an email telling me that they had stopped by my house (???) and that my entire lanai needed to be replaced. Our house is only 10 years old and the lanai is in good condition with the exception of the torn panels (which weren't even torn anymore because we had another company replace them the day after I sent out the emails). I am not sure if this company got me confused with someone else but I did reply letting them know that the work had already been done but thanks for contacting me and I never received a reply.

We were pleased though we felt the price was a little heavy.

This is a very professional, responsible company. They appeared for the estimate as promised. They appeared to perform the job as promised. They did an excellent job in a very timely manner. I am so very pleased with the quality of work as well as the manner in which the job was done.

My husband handled this project. He was thrilled with this company. Said they were outstanding. He called them and Andy came out on a Tuesday to give an estimate. He figured a way whereby he could make an area to install an additional dog door without going thru the screen door. Very reasonable estimate. Scheduled to do the job on the following Thursday. They called before they arrived, were there on time, did an excellent job and they cleaned up. Very friendly and professional.

Great - we were a little bumpy coordinating the appointment - not sure if it was me or them, but they were speedy and thorough and cleaned up after themselves.

They did an outstanding job; the entire enclosure looks brand new even though it's 12 years old. They fully restored the look of the entire area. From the screening to the supports to the doors, it all looks like it was just installed. The dog door was well installed with a frame that will ensure longevity. Equally impressive was the clean-up they did when the job was completed; you couldn't tell anyone had even been working there. Andy is totally professional - they did exactly what they said they would and did a little more as well.

They were good and I would use them again.

It went well. I need them to come back and repair another screen panel due to a very high screen closure. It needs to be fixed. Until then I have insects and birds that are coming into my home. They have stated they know someone that can do this repair, however I have yet to hear back from Screens'R'Us and have been waiting for 3 weeks. I have used them before and had a great experience. They have not been able to get this issue taken care of and again it has been 3 weeks.

Andy assessed the repairs needed on Monday, provided an estimate, and scheduled to return on Wednesday. I thought the kick-plate, which was slightly warped, would have to be replaced, but he thought he could reattach it, saving me the several hundred dollars that a new panel would cost. He called on Tuesday to ask whether he could come early, and arrived with a colleague within 30 minutes. Since they were early, I hadn't had time to clean away some vines and other things in the way outside the damaged panels. They were prepared to cut back the vines, and proceeded to very quickly do so and start on the repairs. To make sure the kick-plate remained secure, Andy replaced the existing screws with longer ones. I noticed that he worked with his colleague to be sure the panel was fitting snuggly with no gapping. They also were very neat no bits of screen laying around from trimming. Small details, but evidence of the workmanship and professionalism they delivered.

Andy came out promptly when I called to provide the estimate. He was very professional, set up a day at my convenience to come out and make the repairs. Showed up on time, carefully checked to make sure the job was done completely and all screens were repaired, (he found one I missed!). The work was done quickly, the screen doors are both adjusted to close so easily now (This is something they did themselves, I didn't think to ask). This is just a great company, I will definitely call them again if I need any screening work done and I highly recommend this company! I also feel the cost was very reasonable.

Used this company on the recommendation of our Realtor (she's not steered us wrong yet). He came out and gave us an estimate on re-screening the entire enclosure (which we admit, has to be done). He agreed to replaced only the most damaged panels now and we'll replace the rest in a few months (hard to afford it all when you have two mortgages).

I called for an estimate. Andy came out the same day and called me to give me a price. I called him and told him I wanted him to do the work. He came about 3 days later and did the work. Andy was about the only company I found that actually did repairs on the screen cage itself. Most listed here on "The List" only do re-screening. Andy did a great job and I will certainly call him if I need any screening work done in the future.

Andy called and set the date for the repair after he had visited our home (we were not there). He came exactly when he stated he would and completed all work. There was little evidence he was there other than the old screening. He called us in the evening to verify everything was okay, and he told us about the aluminum framing repair he had done in addition to the screening. He stated he would not charge for the aluminum framing he added but charged for the labor only. We were very pleased as we were anxious to have the lanai available for a new 4-year old, six-toed cat that had just arrived from Idaho. Baxter thanks Andy for his outdoor playroom.

I called for an estimate. They came the same day. A day was scheduled for the screening. They called the day before to confirm they would be there around noon the next day. They arrived on time and did a beautiful job. Very polite.

Excellent service from start to finish. Received estimate which was extremely fair, scheduled work and showed as stated. Worked hard, they noticed 4 additional panels that needed replaced. Cleaned up and paid caution to shrubs on each side of pool screen. Had done work before for a neighbor and replaced a screen for them after finishing my home. Would recommend to anyone. More companies should have the same work ethics.

Andy was very very nice and helpful. He was knowledgeable and easy to work with.

It looked like new. I am very happy with the improvement. They missed their first appointment. I called and reminded them and they came that day. I'm retired and there is no urgency. No harm, no foul. The two worked hard, and left no mess. It was pleasant to do business with them.
