Screens R Us

Poorly. Initially called and discussed job. I sent him dimensions and photos of lanai windows to be rescreened. Made the appointment for the following week at 11am quoting a price. At 11:45 of the day I called on his whereabouts. He seemed to have forgotten about job. He stated he would come over at 12:30 pm to review it to see when he could do it. He showed at 1:00pm. At that time he stated he thought these were windows, quoted me a new price at 35% higher and said that this job would not worth his time at the other price as he walked away. He might do quality work but his customer service, punctuality, and organizational ability makes me wonder.

I asked for a quote to replace several panels in my lanai screen. Andy provided a quote that day and returned the following morning to do the work. He and another gentleman arrived on time and completed the work as requested. The screens looks great. While the other gentleman was finishing up Andy noticed my lanai screen door closer was not working properly and made an adjustment to fix it. It was very kind of him to do this and the door operates smoothly now. I will definitely use Screens R Us again. Excellent work and service.

Screen's R Us was immediately responsive to my inquiry via Angie's List. Work was completed the next day. I didn't hear back from any of the other screen repair companies I contacted. I would call Screens R Us directly again for any further needs with my screens.

Great! They were professional, fast, and reasonably priced.

I have hired them twice. The first time was 8 panels (two ceiling) and they were prompt and professional. The second was just for two panels. Again, prompt and professional! I was a little disappointed because the cost for the first service was very reasonable ($175) and while I realize that there must be a minimum labor charge, I was quoted $75 over the phone for the most recent but then billed $90. I didn't complain however because they got out within a couple of days, did the work without me having to be there, and left me an invoice, trusting that I'd send payment. Not many service people will do that these days!

After one company tried to get us to spend 10k to replace them all, Andy came out and assessed the situation and replaced only what was needed. They did a great job and I will use them in the future for sure

For the estimate, he arrived promptly and gave us an estimate before he left. He was able to perform the work within one week. Several other contractors were scheduling months in advance. His price was competitive. He called the day before the work to confirm and the crew arrived on time. They were professional, pleasant and worked hard. The job was completed the same day. Andy even did some extra work that wasn't on the estimate. We would definitely recommend Screens R Us

The job was completed when promised and the work was good. A couple of minor issues had to be addressed and Andy took care of it promptly and professionally.

We appreciate the time Adamis took after the screening job was done to look over the panels to our satisfaction. He fixed a couple areas on the door we were concerned about after completing the panels that needed to be replaced. Kudos to him for being patient & professional.

Edwin was very thorough during the estimate and explained and showed me the different types of splines available to perform repairs. The price was reasonable and an Angie's List discount was provided. Repairs were prompt and performed well.

Screens R Us previously replaced the tie down straps for our enclosure and we were very satisfied with the prompt service and the service itself. When it came time to replace all the screens, we contacted Screens R Us and several other providers for estimates. Screen R Us provided the best estimate and the work included replacing the door hardware, concrete and other screws. Because of our prior experience, we selected Screens R US for the work and are glad we did. Andy, the owner, and his crew were on time, courteous and did an excellent job, including clean up. The work was completely finished in less than a day and for no more than the estimate, even though some additional work was done. Screens R Us is highly recommended by us.

Prompt response. Showed up on time. Replaced several screen panels. The service is excellent overall.

called me a couple weeks after I emailed out of the blue when they were in the neighborhood and offered to come by and provide service or quote. they replaced 5 bottom screens and a 1 top screen and fixed the door hinges. work looks good.

Complete rescreen of our pool enclosure. Had a few quotes and others were much higher, or comparable. Contracted based off of a referral from neighbor. Was really impressed with the 4 men that came to our house (including Andy, the owner) and completed the work. They were super friendly and helpful...even did a few things outside the scope of work without charging anything extra. Awesome experience from start to finish!

I hve used Screens R Us in the past and have always been very pleased. I called early today to ask if they could come out sometime in the next few days to fix one section that had pulled away from age. He said he thought he could get out there by Monday but I was pleasantly surprised when they showed up to replace the screen this afternoon. The cost was very reasonable and always has been. They gave me an estimate of the cost to fix the remaining screens that are at least 14 years old and I found that to be very reasonable also. I will use them again without question!

I left a message to schedule an appointment on 5/25/15. They only call me back 4 days later on 5/29/15. He said that he would be at my house between 4 and 4:30PM. I left work early. He never showed. Did not even called to cancel or reschedule. I can only imagine how he treats customers that already gave him money.

Andy came to my home and worked with me to determine the scope of repairs that I needed for my birdcage. Two of his employees returned to my home at a later time and quickly replaced and repaired everything we discussed. They worked efficiently and neatly, and did a perfect job! I will need to fully replace all the screens in a couple of years, and will definitely use Andy again.

it all went well there were complications like roots in the way and wrong size door opening and vendor took care of these issues very professionally. they had to come back few days later to finish due to unexpected issue with door frame screen looks great now.

I was pleased with the estimate given by Bev for rescreening my entire birdcage instead of doing patchwork, so I scheduled them for the following Friday. Andrew came 30 minutes early (unheard of for a service person!) and checked out the area and answered any questions I had. He and a helper got started shortly after 9:00 and finished about 1:30. They cleaned up the area, even blew off all leaves within the enclosure, installed new hardware on my doors, and left everything looking like a brand new pool enclosure. I had four small areas of Florida glass screening by the gutters, and they put new Florida glass there, no extra charge. I was very pleased and sent a check immediately.
