Description of Work: My wife and I wanted to enclose our porch at our home in WestChase. First estimate from a provider was around $3500.00 which was much more than we wanted to spend. This company was recommending adding electrical outlets, security door and other none essentials. I contacted Screens"R" Us and received a much lower bid and the owner provided the work that we wanted and we have been pleased ever since. Several months ago, the latch on the door broke and I called Andrew from Screens "R" Us and he came out the next day and replaced the latch a no charge. About 1 month ago, we moved to a condo in St. Petersburg and will call Screens "R" Us to replace the screens on our porch.

 + -1 moreWe originally hired Screens 'R Us a couple of years ago. At that time they did complete the work we requested. At the time of their repairs the representative did make reference to a guarantee on their work. We recently attempted contact Screens 'R Us to service the warranty as well as complete a number of additional repairs. We tried to contact them several times over two weeks. Despite a number of voice mails, we did not get one response. We are compelled to give this company the lowest grade possible. If one cannot cannot trust the word of a company's representative (on guaranteed work) then one cannot trust in the quality of its work.
Description of Work: We attempted to contact Screns 'R Us to repair several screens in the birdcage surrounding our pool area.

 + -1 moreThe company responded to my first phone call and arranged for an appointment to provide an estimate that met my schedule. They provided a written estimate, we agreed on a price and a date of service. The company was a few hours late arriving to the job since they got held up on a prior job, but they did call to let us know. This could have been a problem if we had a narrow window of time for the work, but luckily we allocated the whole day for a half day of work.
Description of Work: Replaced old screen door, added kick-plate along entire screen length, replaced old screen material, cleaned and painted the old aluminum frame.
