Fabulous owner. Gave me a ballpark (at first said 2 million dollars) over the phone. Punctual, perfect workmanship, nice crew and well within the ballpark of $250 to replace about 7 or 8 screens. Quick, efficient and valuable.

I contacted the provider throught Angie's List via emial. They quicky scheduled an estimate and provided a quote for the work to be done. After gaining several quotes I decided to go with Screens R Us for the work. Andy and his crew did the work quickly and were very neat and courteous. I would recommend them for anyone considering screen repair or replacement.

They did a very good job. They cleaned up after themselves and I was real pleased with them. My interaction with them was good and the work they did turned out excellently.

Great responsiveness and high quality work as always. I sent a note to Andy to ask him for to give me a quote to replace two overhead screens that had been removed to allow the painters to paint the second story of my house. He responded immediately and gave me the same price as we had agreed some months before when his firm had replaced a number of damaged screens. As it happens my next door neighbor was having her screen enclosure completely replaced and the contractors doing the work gave me a quote for the work which was significantly higher than the Screens R Us quote, although I have so say they did a nice job, but I am very happy with the work Screens R Us did for me at a much better price. Edwin turned up on schedule and pointed out a few other screens that needed work so we added them to the list and he got on with the work professionally and quickly and completed it all to my satisfaction. He also made adjustments and fixed the screen door that had been sticking as a free bonus. I am very happy with the work, would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for screen work and will definitely use them again.

I sent an e-mail to Screens R US through Angies List on a Friday and got a return call Monday morning. Edwin came out later that day and inspected the work that was needed and gave me a very fair quote for the work, so we agreed on the price and he turned up again the following day to do the work. Edwin did a great job, he worked steadily through the rain and heat (typical Florida weather) and fixed everything we had discussed. I know some of the panels must have been really difficult to work on as they were behind privacy hedges surrounding the pool but he simply got on with it. In the course of the work he identified two additional panels that really needed to be replaced and discussed them with me before doing anything. We agreed to replace them and updated the price accordingly. The price I gave for the cost of service was for everything. After he finished the work he cleared up all of the debris and even scooped out the leaves that had fallen in the pool. He was very professional and I would certainly recommend Screens R Us and would use them again.

I called him on May 24,2014 a week after contacting after contacting two other companies who never returned my calls. He was very cordial and stated he would replace the screen the following week. He came on Thursday, 29 May and had the job completed in less than 10 minutes to my complete satisfaction. It was a through job from the initial call to take measurements to the final cleanup. The crew was fast and efficient...they did a great job.

This is the second time I have used Screens R Us for damaged panels in my lanai. I had a single panel that was dangling from the top of the lanai so I called on a Monday for an estimate. They came over on that Thursday and completed the work in about 90 minutes. He replaced the one panel that was dangling from the top and three others that starting to fail. Total cost for the work was only $200. Now that the lanai is 12 years old, I am sure that this is not the last time I will call Screens R Us. They have earned all my future business.

These guys are great. Responded quick to give me an estimate - told me it would be 2 1/2 weeks to do the work. Guess what? It was 2 1/2 weeks. I also asked for a call prior to them doing the work so I could pressure wash and they called me like they said they would. The workmanship was outstanding and they did a great job of cleaning up. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend Screens R Us. Fair price, great quality, good cleanup, and best of all they show up when they say they will.

Andy was great to work with. Chris came out and did a fantastic job on the 4 sections of my pool lanai. He was quick, courteous and cleaned up after himself. Will definitely be using Screens R Us for future work. Great quality and reasonable pricing.

The repairman showed up exactly when scheduled and made the needed screen installations. Also adjusted the hardware on the lanai doors so that they would close smoother.

I always get two or three estimates from Companies before I make my decision on which one I want to do business with. This was the First Company I called to give me an estimate to replace my screen on my front porch. The next Morning I arranged as echoing Company to go over and also give me an estimate for the work. I was Shocked when the second Company called me to inquire why I wanted an estimate when the work was being done when they went by! I never hired anyone to do this work! The owners of the second Company shared with me that this Company did this to two other homeowners before me that they first-handedly witnessed. This is wrong for this Company to go over to a home to give an estimate and then take it upon the self to do the work without permission. When I spoke to the owner he said that it cost him money to go out and give estimates! True, however it wasn't right for him to take away my choice of agreeing or disagreeing upon the price, etc.!

Andrew's team did a phenomenal job overall. They were professional, punctual, timely and efficient. The work was high quality. You can tell they've been doing this for a while. I highly recommend this business and would definitely do business again.

From my phone call to tech arriving and completing work was done professionally. Santiago was courteous and answered question I had on various other services they provide such as replacing a door. It was more complicated than just rescreening. I'm surrounded by pine trees and I needed to keep the needles out. Andy tested some 20x20 fine mesh screen and found that the needles from my trees wouldn't penetrate, so I decided to go ahead with that despite the higher cost. The regular 14x18 was fine for the sides. The pool enclosure a row of screen inserts for cleaning access to the gutter, and Andy recreened them and reinstalled them better than new. He and his crew did a great job, got done in a day, and the workmanship is excellent. I intend to use Screens R Us for all my screen work.

We moved into our house last year, and the up side was it was a short sale. The down side is there are a lot of things that need fixing/updating. One of those items was the pool cage. Andy himself came out the same day that I called to take measurements. Not long after, I received a quote from him. Originally, we just wanted to fix two panels, and then redo the entire cage after the holidays. But Andy's price was lower than I expected the entire project to be, so we went ahead and did the whole cage. We were able to schedule the work pretty quickly. First, they came out and pressure washed the cage and the pool deck. Wow, what a difference that made! It looked like we had a brand new cage and deck. The next day, the rest of the crew came out and redid the whole cage and fixed the hardware on the doors. We have a pretty big cage, so the job took them 1.5 days. But they worked hard and it looks GREAT! I'm so impressed. I'm glad it all worked it out the way it did because now we have a nice new cage for the holidays.
