The work was excellent and was completed on time. Everything was cleaned upon completion.

Promptly provided estimate for work. Returned a week later, as scheduled, and completed repairs. Flawless experience.

They came to our home at the precise time they said they would and gave us an exact price for the work which was to replace three panels in our pool enclosure directly over the pool. They said they would come back the following day and do the work and they did. It was perfect and they are in my permanent directory now!

I was very pleased with the work. He showed up to give an estimate the very next day after calling, (as promised) and was ready to complete the work right then if need be. (Which he did). I was very impressed with the quality, quick response time, and pricing of the job.

Came out quickly for the estimate and when we explained we would be on vacation on the day he suggested performing the repair, told us that would be no problem and he would just leave us the bill. Looks like they did a good job and we're pleasantly surprised by them doing the work "on the honor system" as opposed to requiring us to leave a check or wait until we returned from vacation to have the work done. Very happy!

Andy responded quickly to provide an estimate. He started on the date promised, and completed in 2 days as promised. He was courteous and reliable. He neatly bundled the old screen by the curb for trash pickup. The screens look great! I highly recommend him.

Andy was very responsive from the first call through completion. After I called him, he came the next day to give an estimate, once I scheduled the work, he arrived on the scheduled day. He wasn't able to finish in one day, but called me and kept me posted on his progress. He cleaned his work area and did a great job.

Andy responded promptly to our request for a quote. On the day work scheduled he and his assistant arrived promptly. Work was completed in less than two days. He bundled up old screen and placed at curb for garbage pick up.

This was a very positive experience. Andy initially scheduled a time when I would be home to examine the condition of the lanai. He provided a written estimate for either repair of damaged panels or complete re-screening. The work was completed when promised and the finished product was of very high quality. No payment was required until completion of the job.

I thought that I needed re-screening of my pool cage and lanai areas. When I gathered estimates, Andy was the person who answered most promptly and spoke with most pleasantness and authority. As a transplanted Northerner, I also had knowledge deficiencies about these structures, so he also ended up identifying other minor issues which needed attention as part of the job, to ensure that I had the job done correctly. I would have hired someone just to re-screen. On the days of the job, he and crew arrived on time and worked with efficiency and skill, throwing in a few little odd jobs not listed on the estimate (such as gutter cleaning). He also ensured that my framing was more safely secured and that new hardware was installed on multiple doors. Old screen was neatly packaged for the curbside trash pickup. Thus, the finished product and the process turned out to be even better than I thought it would be. I would be pleased to hire Andy again.

Wonderful. I called on Wednesday, Andy provided a bid on Thursday and they came out to perform the work on Tuesday. They did a great job and had the best price by far.

Andy responded to my email within a few hours. He showed up the next day when he said he would. He took a quick look, gave an estimate, and offered to do the work right then. I agreed. He was done in about an hour. He worked carefully around a fish pond and plants and he cleaned up after himself. Highly recommended.

The lanai and pool enclosure needed re-screening. We were very pleased with the work done by this company. They were responsive, patient in explaining what needed to be done and performed exactly as promised.

Andy returned my call the same day and came the next day. He gave me an estimate that same afternoon for replacing the torn screens and, at my request, one for a total screen replacement. He was not trying to "over-sell" me (as did some others who came) does not use subconractors, does the work himself with full time employees, and gave me a very competitive price. I hired him to do a total rescreening and made an appointment for a few days later. They showed up on time and came back each day until the job was completed on schedule. They repaired a few things and replaced a broken part on one of the screen doors all at no charge. They were courteous, neat, efficient and did an excellent job. I highly recommend them!

You can't do better with any other company. Andy came to my home to replace 3 large screens. He called me first but I couldn't be home at the time. He said not to worry that he would check all the screens out and call to tell me what has to be replaced. He called as he said he would and told me that he would just leave an invoice for me. Can you believe that?? Now that's what I call a great guy. He did a great job and will call again when I need to. Thanks Andy.

Andy came to give me an estimate approx. 2 hours after I first called him. He was on time and very informative. He was willing to replace just the screens that were ripped or do complete rescreening. He did not try to push a big job on me. It was very easy to work out when to do the work even though I work long hours. He was there on time, very professional and reliable and so was his help. He fixed a drainage problem for me and then completely cleaned up my patio where there were areas of worked in dirt from the drainage problem. I would highly recommend Andy to anyone who wants a reasonable, professional, clean job done. He cleaned up everything when he was finished and put it out at the curb. He was a pleasure to deal with and does an excellent job!! Call Andy, you will not be sorry.

Good, timely, efficient, did more than they had to (realigned doors, spray painted to make it look new).

I called Screens 'R' Us and they were very friendly over the phone. He told me that they just happened to have an opening the next morning. Not only did they show up on time, but were courteous and very helpful. Their repair was first rate, and they left their job site clean. I called this company and the owner promptly returned my call to set up an appointment. He repaired the two torn screen panels the next day, and was so very professional. He did a great job at a fair price.

Andy and his crew were on time and worked nonstop to complete the job. He checked the appropriate screws and tightened or replaced them. He also installed new door hardware. After the job was completed, he had my husband walk around inside and out to inspect the job to his satisfaction. They rolled and tied the old screening and place it at the curb for the garbage man. I would use them again.

THEY TOOK A LONG TIME TO RETURN MY INITIAL PHONE CALL (3 WEEKS). BUT ONCE ANDY MADE AN APPOINTMENT, HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DID THE WORK QUICKLY AND CLEANLY. THEY EVEN WORKED THROUGH THE RAIN AND WERE ABLE TO FINISH THE JOB IN 1/2 DAY.

TRIED TO CALL AND SET UP APPOINTMENT. WE SET UP A DATE ONCE TO CALL AND HE NEVER DID AND THEN IT HAPPENED AGAIN.

ANDY RETURNED MY CALL PROMPTLY AND WAS COURTEOUS. HE CAME TO MY HOUSE WITHIN TWO DAYS TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE. HOWEVER, IT WAS TWO WEEKS BEFORE HE COULD DO THE JOB. WHEN HE DID COME, THE JOB WAS DONE TO OUR SATISFACTION.
