Description of Work: Over all I was pleased with the service that One Hour Air conditioning provided, except for two things... 1st was the price I thought it was a little high and 2nd the way they schedule my appointment. When I called for the appointment they said they could come out between 8am and 11am but for $51.00 more they could guaranteed an appointment from 8am to 9am. When I hung up I was wondering if I called a heating and cooling company or the cable guy. I elected to take my chances and make the appointment without the guarantee. Their tech was at my place at 8am.

Description of Work: Putchased our new heat pump (handler & condenser) from One Hour Air (Largo Office) in July of 2013. For the $8500, they also cleaned my ducts and installed a UV sanitizer. The owner, Wayne, went truly above & beyond to ensure we were happy with the performance of our new unit. | |There was no nickel and diming with this company. Whatever it took to make my unit perform to its optimal ability in my home is what they did, and they did it regardless of whether it was included in the estimate or not. We all know these days it is hard to find a company that puts customer sTisfaction above all else, but Largo branch of One Hour Air did and does just that. | |They've come out for seasonal maintenance twice since installing the unit, and each time the technician has informed me of exactly what they were doing during maintenance & why they were doing it as well as what the results were that I could anticipate. This seasonal service (called the Comfort Club) is free for the first year after installation of a new unit, and thereafter can be paid for in one payment or in monthly installments of a very reasonable $15. Continuing this service with them keeps your 10 year warrant in tact. And that warranty has no limitations as long as CC is continuously used. | |When this unit eventually needs to be replaced, there is no question as to who will do the work. | |I really can't sing their praises enough. Choose One Hour Air for all your HVAC work. I guarantee you won't regret it. |

Description of Work: Wonderful company to work with. I had a new air conditioner installed. The service was fast and the company even submitted the work to Progress Energy for a rebate. Great warranty with this company. Referred another family to them and they had an equally satisfying experience. Price was fair. The company stands behind their work.
