Thank you for your comments. I'm glad you were pleased over all. I wanted to take a moment to explain how One Hour Air works. We are very concerned with our customer's time and we offer different windows of time in which we guarantee we will be there or the repair is FREE. We offer one hour, two hour and four hour windows. The reason you were offered the shorter window was because many of our customers are concerned about their time due to work schedules. If another customer had called and needed faster response, our tech would not have been able to be there at 8 a.m. Luckily for you, and us, we were able to deliver very timely service at a reasonable cost. We sincerely apologize if you felt like you were dealing with a cable company as that is certainly not the image we want to portray. We simply want to provide our customers that have time constraints the best service and response time possible.
