Description of Work: "Dennis" arrived on time and I explained I just wanted an estimate for plumbing work. After writing up the estimate, he then offered to do a minor repair for free, "in the hope of earning my business". Five minutes into the repair, he said he would have to charge me $85.00 for the repair. I accepted that statement due to the nature of the repair as he explained it. I then had to leave for an appointment. He called me 30 minutes later and said that he would have to charge me $145.00....I told him, "No thanks". Their office called me the next day about the billing and I asked to speak with the owner. I explained to her the situation. I told her I did not think it was right to offer to make a minor repair for free, and then ask me to pay for it. The owner got agitated and hung up on me. This type of behavior on the part of the serviceman and the owner is negative and the experience with this company left a bad taste in my mouth. I would not recommend this company.

Description of Work: Master tub would not turn on.

Description of Work: The came to fix toilet.

Description of Work: Called the company at 1 P.M when another plumbing company was a no show and no response issue. Rick arrived at 3 P.M and departed a little over a half hour later after snaking and clearing the line from outside of the kitchen sink, because of a stopped sink that failed to clear after using liquid plumber and plenty of scalding hot water. He had to use 60 feet of snake, and indicated he found the clog 45 feet into the line.
