The plumber, Anthony showed up and spent 20 minutes looking for the water shut off valve located in the front of the property. I've had other plumbers out in the past who had to shut of the water valve and they used a probe and found it in minutes. Apparently, Anthony was unable to find the shut off water valve at all??!!! So, he left after charging a $55 trip charge (which supposedly they don't have). Completely incompetent. I tried to call the office but after 22 attempts at not being able to reach anyone I gave up. Find another plumber if you want the job done right and you don't want to be charged for nothing!

It was excellent. They were courteous, prompt and they were reasonable. I had a coupon. They were on time, clean and respectable.

They're prompt with service and have a really good attitude.? One visit from them was a Saturday on-call service visit.?They're persistent with making sure things are done correctly.

They did a good job and I would use them again.

The service rep called approximately 20 minutes before arrival, and well within the scheduled/estimated time. I had a lot of the preliminary work finished, as I had planned to initiate and complete the repair myself. He removed the detached toilet bowl, cleaned the tile, removed old sealer and excess stuff from the tile, replaced the wax sealer ring, re-seated the toilet bowl, re-attached and re-seated the toilet tank, connected the water, tested the system, and applied a generous bead of caulk around the toilet base. In the past, I could have completed this project by myself for approximately $20 in materials (caulk, wax ring, etc.), but I did not feel comfortable lifting and re-seating the bowl. This is money well spent as I will be able to sleep at night knowing that the job is done and completed by a competent professional. My wife is also happy with the results.

My initial interaction was with Ester, the owner, who was fantastic. She was very accomodating with my schedule, and was very sensitive to?the fact that I would be without water in all three bathrooms in my home. Nate, the plumber, was punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and completed the work in a timely manner. Because of the quality service they provided, I recommended Nate to one of my neighbors, who is now also using their service. The price that they charged was considerably lower than another estimate I had received from?a big box?company.

After I read reviews on Angie's List, I was excited to speak to someone because one of the reviewers had the same issue that I was having and gave a great review. On my initial contact, I called and spoke to someone who said I would receive a call back. No one called me back that day. The next day I received a call, but after about 10 seconds we were disconnected, but Esther (the service scheduler) did not call me back. I called them back the following day and spoke to Esther. After describing my issue, I asked if I could email pictures and measurements of my faucets and send over the product specs for her to doublecheck that I purchased the correct sized faucets. She was a little difficult, but then agreed. She called back the same day and told me the measurements of my faucets, but told me she didn't have time to look at the specs of the faucets I purchased to make sure that they would fit. I explained that I no nothing about faucets and asked if she would take the 2 minutes to look so that I don't have a plumber come all the way to home only to discover I bought the wrong size. She flat out told me that the 2 minutes of her time was not worth my business. I told her I would make sure to mention this customer service experience on Angie's List. She said ok. I immediately called back to speak to a manager. I'm not sure if this was on purpose, but as soon as I called back I was hung up on. I emailed the company because I wanted them to know what a poor customer service experience and I had. They responded the same day that Esther was very busy. There was no apology for the experience I had and they did not offer again, to spend 2 minutes verifying what I purchased was correct so I could move forward and book with them. I'm so disappointed, because again, based on other reviews, this was the company I wanted to go with, but if you can't even spend 2 minutes to provide great customer service, I'll give my business elsewhere.

This was my best plumbing experience yet. Plumber was 3rd generation plumber in his family and from the time he arrived it showed in his knowledge and ability to get things done efficiently. My waiting window was from noon to 3 PM. He called me at 11:30 AM to confirm someone would be here and asked if it would be convenient for me if he arrived a few minutes early, around 11:50 AM. Once he arrived, he asked questions to verify what we needed done, our order of priority, and provided a ball park estimate. Unlike some companies that price by the job regardless of how long it takes, he let me know I would only be charged for the time it took to get the work done then he promised to get as much done as possible as fast as possible and said he thought he could get our most critical work done in the first hour and got to work. We had emptied the sinks and cabinets ahead of him coming so he could start looking at the problem immediately. Within minutes he had identified the first problem, the clogged pipe under the sink, fixed the problem, and then moved on to the shower which had a similar issue. While the job was not difficult, he took the care at each step to show us what he found, worked to rectify the problem, and then cleaned up after himself before moving to the next task. He finished in the kitchen and verified that we were satisfied with his work before documenting his work and giving me a receipt. I would definitely call this company again and recommend their work.

We were changing out our kitchen faucet and ran into a problem with getting the last hose unconnected due to the hardware being corroded. We decided to call in a professional and saw that Schleman Plumbing had gotten an "A". We called and the person I spoke to was professional and took my information and Mikey called me within 15 minutes to see what we needed done and within 30 minutes he was at our house removing the old faucet and putting in the new faucet and changing out the hardware to fix the running toilet in our master bedroom. He also took the time to look at a potential plumbing problem we may have in one of our other bathrooms and gave us advice on how to see if there is a problem. Mikey was very professional, knowledgeable and just a pleasure to have in our home. If we need any other plumbing work done in our house, we will call Schleman again and I would definitely request Mikey. He was great and the price was very reasonable. We are very happy with the service we received.

I made the request very late last night to Schleman Plumbing through Angie's List to have our upstairs bath drain unclogged. They called this morning and had a plumber at our house before noon. The gentlemen had our drain unclogged in no time. He was professional and polite. The fee was very reasonable as well. I would certainly recommend them and will use them again when plumbing services are needed.

Same day response, technician arrived as scheduled (called to confirm prior to arrival), cleaned the main drain through a stand pipe on the roof, checked to ensure that the problem had been solved and cleaned up work area before leaving. The charge was exactly what had been quoted on the phone. I have used this company several times in the past and have always been satisfied with their pricing and service.

He did a beautiful job and took nonfunctional and unsightly pipes and completely reworked them under my house.? The drains work perfectly now.? The plumber was very knowledgeable and was able to offer a better price and more beautiful solution than the other plumbers we interviewed.? He also didn't try to pressure us into getting more work done than we were able to at the time.? We are very happy and will call them again next time we need plumbing services.

It went well and took 1 hour. Part was $50 labor $110. I checked with Lowes they sell that part for $10-12, big mark up I guess on those. It doesn't leak anymore!

Great job. Although I had some drywall work afterwards the job was excellent. Mikey was the lead plumber and ensured everything was to my satisfaction. They brought everything up to current code. They left everything clean when they were done. Schlemen'so and Mikey are my plumbers of choice, God forbid I need them again.

Replaced a valve in the toilet. Went well. Cleaned up.

Nine days earlier I had a sewer line blockage, I used the first A rated Angie's list company that could come out. Nine days later my toilets and tubs were blocked again. I called Schleman and they were able to come out the next day. They were able to come out earlier that anticipated which was good for my schedule and communication from the company and the technician was excellent. I liked this company when they came out a couple of years ago to give me a quote for a repipe job. I was glad when they were able to fit me in first call the next day. As it turns out, the previous plumbers had only cleared one of the two sewer lines at my home. Schleman cleared the drained and checked the water flow in all toilets, tubs and sinks. They did a better job and cost less.

I have been using Schleman since finding them on Angie's List. They have done a number of fairly large jobs and I was satisfied with them after losing the long time small business plumber I had for many years. You can imagine that I wanted the leak fixed before the Christmas Party. When I called, the person in charge of handling appointments could see that I have been a repeat customer and made sure I had a plumber out by the 23rd. It involved removing an old filter I had going to my new fridge which was now unnecessary since the new fridge has it's own built in filter. It had sprung a leak. I appreciated there very quick response on a probably very busy schedule at that time of the year.

It was excellent. He showed up on time and was very nice. He was very knowledgeable. He fixed my problem. He said if I had any questions to call back but I didn't because he fixed it the first time. It was an excellent experience. The only thing is they have raised their prices and he didn't tell me that over the phone. He didn't tell me that before they got there but he told me that before he stared the work. I would have used them anyway because I was happy with them.

Went well. No leaking since the repairs were completed

They were able to repair the faucet without having to replace the whole thing. They were so nice and accommodating. The service man was excellent, polite and courteous. He went above and beyond.

Called and got immediately scheduled for a 2 hour block the next day. Plumber, Josh showed up early in the block, rapidly replaced cartridge in one jammed inside faucet. The outside faucet was so corroded that I could not try to fix it myself and asked him to replace it. However it was so corroded to the supply pipe, he could not remove it without damaging the pipe inside of a wall....a major project. So with skill and lots of WD-40, he dissembled the faucet, cleaned the inside, replaced the washer and put it together leak-free. Did not even charge for washer. We paid for one hour at standard rate of $110 less the $10 Angie discount, and he was done....passing up an opportunity to upsell.

I called to check out prices and the women who answered was very rude. I find this unacceptable and will not be using them for business.

It went great. They came on time. They gave me an estimate, and did the work quickly and efficiently. I am 100% satisfied. Their plumbers are top notch. They are experts in their field, and when your washing machine is leaking all over the garage floor, experts are what you like to have around. The owner is absolutely 100% honest and professional. She was a pleasure to work with.
