Description of Work: They did a general cleaning of one bedroom, one bathroom, living room, family room, dining room and kitchen. There were two ladies who cleaned for two hours. They arrived on time, went right to work and within two hours they were done and I had a clean house.

+ -1 moreThis was the first time that I had used SaraKlean. My usual cleaning service was unable to come so this was a last minute total house cleaning for me. I had made my appointment with Meybol and the girls were here right on time in spite of a major storm! Yanette and Ismari came and introduced themselves and evaluated what I needed to have done, then went right to work. They did things that my other cleaning service never did! I was so impressed with the quality and completeness that the team did, I would not hesitate to use them again. As a matter of fact, I am working on having them come on a regular basis. All I can say is thank you to SaraKlean for being a total professional cleaning company and having the great staff that they do.

+ -1 morePurchased an Angie's List deal for 4 hours of cleaning for $100. Received a prompt reply to my scheduling request. Due to my conflicts we had to reschedule and they were very accommodating giving me different options that would work with my schedule. The only glitch was the actual day of the service the ladies did not arrive as scheduled. Called the office and they were unaware that the ladies had not arrived. They followed up to find out that the ladies had car trouble and they thought my appointment was scheduled for later in the day. Other than that everything went great. House looked and smelled wonderful. Would most certainly have them back and would recommend them to anyone who asked.
