I cannot see any cleaning was done.

Used them for 1-2 years. They send 2 ladies and are here 2-3 hours per visit. Very good. Show up on time. They email the day before my service as a reminder and to confirm the appointment which is very helpful. If I need to reschedule, they work with me to get the appointment rescheduled. The ladies are very nice, responsive and ask if I need anything else done before they leave. They are reasonably priced.

Their cleaning services were lacking. I would come home to dishes piled in the dishwasher in no washable way and after preheating the oven I would find random pots/pans inside. They didn't dust thoroughly and did a very basic job.

The ladies did a wonderful job! They were on time, the bathroom looks great as does the floor and kitchen!

I have recommended this company to many of my friends. These ladies did a fabulous job! Everything was dusted very well, my wood floors are nice and shiny, the kitchen is spot-less, and bathrooms smell great! Thank you Saraklean

Was great, came in on time and thoroughly cleaned house.

Not so good. I had them about a month and a half ago come out. They also clean my business too. They were suppose to be here two hours and I got home and they were here packing up and in less than 45 minutes.

They did good this time they were here. They were here May of 2016. It cost $60.

They arrived on time and did a great job of weekly maintenance cleaning. Two people showed up and it took them about two hours.

I bought one of their Angie List deals. I decided to upgrade from a regular cleaning to a deep cleaning. The experiance started off well because the company did a great job of accommodating my schedule and getting a crew to my house on the day that was best for me. However, the quality of cleaning to the price I paid was disappointing. I was told the crew I was getting was the most detailed they had. I found they did not "deep clean" my house, they did a regular cleaning, which I could have done in a few hours. They did a random job of cleaning my fridge and I noticed they didn't even pick up the front door mat to mop. I know this because there was a leaf under the mat when I picked it up to see how they did. If I was looking for a quickie and not quality and their prices was cheaper, I would give them a higher rate. That's not the case I paid $150 for 6 hours of deep house cleaning, which is what makes the results a complete disappointment. I wouldn't use them again and I wouldn't recommend them unless you were in a pinch and needed a quick and basic job.

I wanted to prepare the house for Mothers day and do a spring cleaning. The ladies arrived and did a wonderful job. The bathrooms are spotless and they also did a great job dusting and cleaning the floors. The house looks great!

I wanted a deep clean for my house and wanted to try this service. Mainly I wanted the bathrooms cleaned well and also the dusting and floors. It was very easy to schedule an appointment. 2 ladies arrived on time and had their own supplies and equipment. Overall they did a wonderful job.

I wanted to like this provider, and gave them several chances. For the first clean, the team was several hours late. They did a very nice job on the first clean. For the second clean, the team called well after the scheduled time to say that the team would not be able to come. When they came on the rescheduled date, the team was late again and stayed for less than an hour, leaving at least one entire room untouched. Subsequent cleans have been average to sub-par. I've moved on to another provider.

Overall, it went very well. The crew was on time, hard working and did everything I asked them to do. I was at the house the whole time and they were working diligently and efficiently. I have no complaints or issues with the quality of the cleaning and the work that was done! I would recommend the company and will certainly use them again. The did a great job and the house is very clean! I would caution others that the crew I had (and I read reviews of the same) did not speak English. I was fortunate to have a Spanish speaker here as well, so we could communicate, but other than a few basic phrases, communication was limited with the actual cleaning crew. I had called the week before to get an idea of what services I would need for the house, and if I needed a 4-hour, 6-hour or other option for my cleaning. Angel was very helpful, she looked my house up and asked what I wanted done and said a 6-hour cleaning would be good for the first cleaning and would include deep cleaning the bathrooms and the kitchen. I spoke to Angel a few days before to clarify what I wanted done and leave notes since I had read the reviews that communication might be difficult. We had had our house tented and had a lot in boxes, so I wanted to make sure they knew not to deal with the boxes, just to move them and clean the surfaces and that I would organize everything. When the crew arrived (promptly) they were very courteous. There was some miscommunication as they had to call their supervisor to translate what I wanted. This was a different person than Angel who I had spoken to and she did not have my notes from those discussions. I had to talk her through the situation as she was very insistent that we did not purchase enough time which was frustrating given that I had called to ask initially how much I should get. I think the boxes from the tenting caused some confusion, but eventually things were resolved and the crew got to cleaning. Again, this was when it was beneficial that I had a Spanish speaker with me at the time to help translate and explain that they didn't have to do any organizing/making beds/straightening - that I just wanted dusting, cleaning of the floors, bathrooms, fans and baseboards. Ultimately, as stated above, they did an excellent job. There was a minor miscommunication, but the final product was exactly what I had asked for. They cleaned the two bathrooms well, I haven't found any dust on the baseboards and the floors and fans look great. I would recommend Saraklean and will use their services again, but I'll make sure I have someone here to translate and leave very specific instructions when I call to schedule.

Two ladies came to clean the house and did an excellent job! The floors were swept/vacuumed and then mopped. The kitchen was cleaned very well and the bathrooms looked wonderful. They also dusted very well and did a good job on the windows and mirrows. The house looks great. I will definitely use them again. Highly recommended!

This provider was referred to me by a friend who used their services once, but they also happened to be on Angie's List. The team that arrived was a younger girl and an older lady who didn't understand English. What they did clean was acceptable, but they failed to dust furniture in my second bedroom. The worst that occurred was that they broke one of my shower doors and didn't even tell me. I have sliding shower doors in both bathrooms, one with a tub, and one with a walk-in shower, the latter of which is the topic of complaint. After they left, I went into the master bath to find one of the shower doors sitting in the shower, leaning up against the other shower door. The metal strip on the bottom was hanging off, and there was one screw and a small plastic piece on the shower floor, the latter of which was crushed; it was the glide. When I attempted to move the door, the other screw fell out, and the metal strip fell off. I called the phone number I had for them and explained the situation they left me with. She said she would call the team and get back to me. The team alleged that the one door was stuck, which I knew was false. The Manager, whose name I believe was Mabel, said that she would like to have her husband come over to see if he could repair it for me. We had a scheduling problem, so she told me to call her when I returned home. When I called, I had to leave a voice mail telling her that I was home, but she never returned my call. I didn't bother to pursue with them. I called my General Contractor who installed both shower doors for me to see if anything could be done. Larger screws were put in, but the threads had been stripped when the lady tried to lift the door out, which was his opinion as to what happened, based on the damage done. I understand that accidents happen but, IF the door had been stuck, which it wasn't, they should have said something. The worst part was breaking the door and leaving without telling me! BTW, the team that my friend had was different from the team that I had.

She was very nice, professional and most importantly prompt. I was on my lunch break so punctuality was very critical for me. I asked for specific task to be done and when one could not be provided, she immediately called her boss to make sure I was ok and understood why. The services performed were above and beyond what I asked for. There were two woman and although their English was not very good, they both made feel very comfortable in knowing they understood what I was saying and what I wanted. Great derive and I will be using this service more in the near future.

Their attention to detail and ability to really clean makes me an ongoing customer.

The ladies were very nice. They cleaned everything including the ceiling fans, the blinds and vacuumed very well. They also cleaned the kitchen and did an excellent job on the bathrooms. I have asked them to clean my office and condo as well. They are very professional and I would highly recommend them.

Pretty much nobody spoke english. Everyone was too short or didn't care to clean the ceiling fans as requested. I had to have them come back to clean the kitchen (which cost more). On the whole, everything is still rather dirty with grime on counters and floors. Near as I ccan tell, nothing was vacuumed. And on the first round of cleaning, one woman gave me major attitude when I requested that she clean the upper part of the stove and not just the top. Frankly, I would NEVER use them again and would NOT recommend them to ANYBODY else!

They let themselves in as I wasn't home. The cleaned the bathrooms, floors, kitchen and even the walls. They even made my bed - I don't think anyone has made by bed for me in 20 years!

They're doing okay. We had one minor request. It was just about the method of dusting. I didn't make a big deal out of it. As long as they do it in future, it will be fine. They do a good job. They show up reliably. They contact us via e-mail and text and we're fine with that. It's a convenient way to do things. It's a big house and they don't have to clean everything. But they've kept the bathrooms and the kitchen and the family room because there's a lot of traffic. It's not just me, but our three dogs as well. They don't have to really be told what to do. They kind of know and they do a good job.

Two women came in and did a very thorough clean of my mother's condo, they left it swept, dusted, polished, cleaned all the rooms, bathrooms, tubs, etc.... My mom came home from the hospital to a very clean home. I appreciate their work a great deal.

They did a good job. They were very good. I don't know how they could be better. We plan to use them again.

2 ladies came to clean the house for 3 hours. They did a wonderful job. They cleaned my entire house, everything is spotless. They were on time and very professional. I will be using them on a weekly basis for both my home AND my office. Thank you!
