My unit stopped working. No response from the owner. I am very upset and angry about this. My bill was over $3,000.00 and the system is worthless. Thank you

After five months, my water softener works great and appears to be a good, quality unit. There were issues during the install, but all worked out.

Jonathan , Jeremiah., and Tony came out early and on time as we were completely without water. They diagnosed the issue and were very knowledgeable about what needed to be done. They ended up replacing our well motor and tank and installing a new infiltration system. Very affordable and the warranties are best I've seen. When completed, we still didn't have water to the house. They found a break in the line and ended having to dig a new trench and lay new lines. They were professional and stayed until we were confident that all was good. I highly recommend them.

I dont even know where to begin. After a lot of communication Jonathan set up installation for the 5th of July. Installation was done by I believe he said it was his brother. Who by the way owns another company. But helps him out on the side. Anyway, the system did not work properly I called, the brother came back out. He looked at it he turned a nozzle said it was fixed went on his merry way. It is still not working properly. I've had many communications with both brothers and was told numerous times that I was either going on the schedule or they were actually coming out at a certain time. None of that has been done. Nobody has come back out. I paid $1,800 for this system. Only to be here on the 11th of August after paying for it on the 5th of July and not having a system that works. I've delayed my review foolishly hoping that they would still come through. But I purchased this product for an elderly woman and I need it fixed. So at this point I will be seeking a plumber to come out and fix the problem. Sad that Jonathan , and his brother Jeremiah, have no self-respect, pride in their product, or just plain common decency.
