Reel Water Filtration

For the second time my water filtration system Is down. I?ve feel that I am being given the run around. Jonathan, promised to pass by waited all day, cancelled all my plans and he never showed up. He said that he was going to pass by today; however, he said that he broke hi ankle and was not going to be able to make it. I called him texted him with no answer back.

This company is a how. They are attempting to get our reviews moved by lying and saying we never got services for them. So I have attached texts.

I should have read every single Negative reviews! Jonathan is extremely responsive to calls/texts, follows up and helpful until he takes your money. Once the system is installed there is no way to get the warranty he promised to you honored. He will say he is picking up his children, stuck at a job site or playing golf if, at all he responds. He will tell you everything you want to hear and will disappear completely after the system is put in.

They did the job the next day and did a great job!

We used this company for our water softener and they do not respond to calls or messages when asked to honor their warranty. We have been trying to get them out since 2023. When I finally reached Johnathan he told me he would send someone over. No one came and he stopped responding. When I reached him again months later, I came from a different number. He said he was on the golf course and was having bad connection and to call him back. I called back, no answer. Poor customer service and dishonest company. I do not recommend.

I still have crazy water. Once they get your money there is no more customer service. There were lots of promises made to fix the situation but nothing was ever done. And when you call you get the run around. There is always some kind of excuse. Hired this company back in May of 2024 and I wasted my time and money for nothing my!

Jonathon could work on his customer service skills because it was very hard to get ahold of him after he installed the water softener after it stopped working properly. We had a part that went bad in less than a year and we tried for 2 months to get him to come out to fix the part. He kept saying he would be out to fix it but then would never show and this happened numerous times. He also would never return our phone calls. We finally just had to find another company to come out to fix it since he just ghosted us eventually even though we were always very polite and courteous to him. *Update: After leaving this review Jonathon contacted us and offered to pay for the service done by the other company. So we appreciate that he did eventually pay for the service done by the other company.

Jonathan was awesome, knew his business, explained the install and how it works, Professional, and made himself available to me with any questions after the install. Saved $$ by not upselling me on products not needed based on his experience and also the system he has in his home. Would recommend Jonathan to anyone that is looking for an honest estimate on what you need and with no upselling!!

Jonathan was awesome, professional, explained the system, made the install/process easy to understand, explained how to manage and assured he would be available for any questions. Wish other service providers were as efficient as Jonathan! Would rate 5++ Jonathan and his company! Plus he enjoys fishing!!!

I contacted Angi's list for help finding a company to install a new water softener and filtration system. The owner, Jonathan, called me within minutes, provided extremely useful information, and answered all of my questions. He was available the next day to come out himself and do the installation, which went off without a hitch. Overall it was an incredibly easy experience and I would highly recommend Jonathan and Reel Filtration.

The guy is amazing. He shows up on time communicates and he doesnâ t awesome job. Very professional on both of my homes! We love the water system!!!!!

Excellent company to deal with. Water Softener purchased at half the price of what the well known water treatment companies charge for the same system.

I wrote a review about 6 weeks ago -to no surprise its not showing -hmmm- so i am surprised by the amount of good reviews - because if they got the brush off like i did there wouldn't be those reviews. Customer service after the sale is my biggest issue -promises made that where not fulfilled and no communication after payment
