Found others cheaper but were not available when I needed the service

I requested a refund because I didnt see the results I expected from the dryer vent cleaning. I was given a FULL refund. I appreciated that consideration. The gentleman who came to do the service was professional.

I liked the photo of the service man ahead of time. It reassured me that I would know who rang my doorbell.

This company sends a picture and name of service tech coming to your home. Also , sends text appointment confirmation and reminders.

Quick service. Very professional tech (John) explained his findings and the repairs need to solve the problem. He also explained what was needed to prevent future problems. We decided on a plan to get the work done. John had all the parts needed in his van and the work was completed in a timely fashion the same day. We are highly pleased with PLAN B A/C service and will use them again in the future.

Enjoyed my experience immensely. Technician was professional and methodical with a friendly outgoing personality. My concern of a problem with my a/c or thermostat was relieved with a complete checkup/tuneup. Absolute best bang for my buck. Definitely will use Plan B again as well as recommended to friends in the area.
