Our dryer was not drying properly. Before purchasing a new one we opted to have the vent cleaned to see if the was the problem. Plan B cleaned the vent for $99. The dryer still did not work. We had a new $800 dryer delivered and our old one hauled off. When started we got a **dryer vent plugged** alarm and it shut itself down. We called Plan B. They did respond quickly and found the vent plugged solid where it exits the roof. So, the $99 vent cleaning cost us $899

Appointment was prompt. Technician arrived on time and cleaned up after himself. Answered all of my questions. Jose was wonderful and friendly.
