Description of Work: I have used them on a service contract for over 6 years and they have been on time and have done quality work. My AC went out several weeks ago and I called for repair which they stated would be 3 days before they could come out. I then called another service which came out the next day and completed the repair.

Description of Work: We had Nuccio install a new air conditioner in 2010. The air conditioner ran with out any problems until July 2012 ( under 2 years old) and then the fan motor went out and had to be replaced. Luckily, we had a continuing contract with Nuccio but still had to pay for the labor to install it. I called the corporate offices of the AC manufacturer and they gave me coupons towards any new service.

Description of Work: Josh and Dave came out and did an excellent job representing their company. They worked very hard. They were uplifting, professional, courteous and they taught me how to use the thermostat. They also cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them.
