They have always been good but this last time they were not prompt. We are not going to be using this provider again.

The installation crew was professional, helpful and wanted to do things the right way.

did not go well, tech was NOT happy about working on Labor Day and chastised me for calling him out on a holiday weekend! Said the problem was the tubing that was clogged and blew that out which of course didn't solve the problem. Ended up hiring another company. Will NEVER do business with Nuccio again.

We've never had any problems on any front. We have one guy that comes out on Saturdays.

This is the second time we have used Nuccio and once again they did a great job. They did exactly what they said they would do from the initial quote to the installation. They answered all of our questions and worked with us to determine the best replacement unit. In addition, they filed for the Electric rebate and gave us the completed paperwork needed to just sign and send in for the Gas rebate.

They were introduced to me 25 years ago. It’s a local company here in Tampa. I have a warranty on the A/C, I was only charged for the diagnostic and labor. The A/C had gone out, they charged for that and then just for the labor. The motor and the condenser was shot, but my warranty took care of that. I’ve been dealing with them for almost 25 years. What keeps me going back to them is their responsiveness, they have not disappointment me in the years that they have been servicing my A/C. They don’t sell me unnecessary products. I think, they have been very honest with that they’ve sold me. They could have ripped me off. I have several friends that have dealt with HVAC companies that they are still complaining about them; and I don’t have complaints with this company. I was impressed with the amount of time it took the technician to install the new motor. It took less than 15 minutes. I had to wait on it because I didn’t have any A/C for 2 1/2 days. When he came back with the motor the next day in the afternoon he said, “I will only be out here for maybe 10 minutes!” He was in and out of that unit in probably less than 15 minutes. He really did! I never have to call them back for anything when it comes to clean up. They are very good. That was pretty major for the motor to go out.

Very well, the physical installation was completed in one day, and the follow up to ensure that the systems functioned flawlessly was prompt and efficient. All of their representatives were courteous and professional.

The installation went very smoothly and was completed in one day. The installers (Ariel was the lead installer) were great and Joe Nuccio, Jr. instructed me on the new thermostat which was installed. The Hillsborough County inspector who came a couple of days later to inspect the installation told me that everything was well done and added, "As it always is with this company". My only disappointment was confusion around the TECO rebate. I paid the total amount on the invoice (which included the rebate amount) and was told that the paperwork for the rebate would be submitted by the company. I called the office twice before it was resolved and the company mailed me a check for $135.

We've used them for 20 years. They're very punctual. They're here when they say they're going to be here. They show their ID when they come in, so I know they're really working for that company, and they just do their job.

As always the employee was friendly, professional and efficient.

Nuccio installed a new Carrier A/C in July 2015. It failed in March 2016 (less than one year). A wing nut was installed improperly, and all the refrigerant drained out of the system. This was the most significant of the many, many problems we experienced with Nuccio. After relying on Nuccio for almost 30 years (including installation and service of 2 prior A/C units), we have been very disappointed in both this installation and after-the-sale communication, responsiveness, and professionalism. For example, in order to get an email reply, we called many times and finally sent 2 certified letters to Nuccio (approximately 2 weeks apart) before they responded to us.

Well, we went with another HVAC company since they did not care enough about us to send a tec back to see if they could help us out. The other HVAC company got us going and we brought a new HVAC from them. The other company sent out a tec to get us going until they could arrange to have the new system put in.

They're the best we have ever dealt with in 50 years. They are a five star outfit. +AAAAA New Installation was perfect and followup semi annual excellent.

They do excellent work. They cleaned the condenser and the evaporator coils, and they were up front about whether or not I need something. They did the work in June 2012, then November 2012, and all the way up to this year. I have a service contract with them so I pay $99 a year for 2 services. I think their prices are pretty comparable to everybody else.

Had told me the part would be until Monday (being Sat. when discovered) and did come on Monday to repair the unit. He also checked a few other things before he left. It happened that the part was still covered by warranty and I had had to pay for the service call and then the labor cost when it was installed. I was happy with the Company's performance.

Did a great job. They were on time, were professional, cleaned up and unit works perfect.

If I had to use 2 words to describe Nuccio A/C, I would use: Honest and Fair. A gentleman named Kenny from Nuccio came out to repair the air conditioning unit (the compressor behind the house wasn't working). He was competent, knowledgeable, and honest. He quickly diagnosed the problem, said it was a relatively inexpensive part (something called a condenser run capacator), and completed the repair. No issues with the A/C since then. I appreciated their approach taken was to treat the customer fairly and earn business by providing good service and honest communication.

Nuccio sold me a new 15 seer Carrier system 12/ 2010 for, almost 7000$ (it included a float switch - but not part of the Carrier warranty). Nuccio does not stand behind the float switch. Only the Carrier manufacturer warranty is honored - but actually all AC companies can handle the Carrier warranty, I have learned. There is no reason to call Nuccio back for service! That purchase 3 years ago doesn't mean anything. The switch failed 2 years later (12/12) and they charged me 174$ to fix it. The switch failed again in 5/13,causing the AC to stop. Nuccio said that they stopped selling them because they failed a lot. But of course they were happy to take the service call and charge me, again. Nuccio's solution was to wait 3 days to get a new one for 169$ (it's a 2$ float switch), or cut it off and throw it out, because it wasn't needed anyway!!! (Why did they sell it to me?) 2 months later, Carrier blower motor failed, but Nuccio could not come out because they and quot;only run 2 guys at nightand quot;, It does not matter that I bought the system from them. No push toward customer satisfaction. I think they still owe me a couple of service calls because I signed up and paid for maintenance, but they have never scheduled or sent me a reminder card like they said would . The above are the facts from 2010 on. There are several more negative stories from 1994 to 2010, including a failed compressor that was part of a Carrier-wide problem (I was able to get the inside scoop from an HVAC friend in another state), that Nuccio was unwilling to recognize or remedy. Don't remember the charge for replacement, but it was very big.
