No complaints from beginning to end. Home appears to be much cooler than before with new Windows.

We were very pleased with the services we received from New South. The job was done within the time they quoted (even on the lesser end of time). The incorrect doors on the front were installed, however they were very responsive in ordering the correct doors and having them installed in a timely manner. We've been very happy with our product and have noticed a decrease in our electric bill. As a plus, we are getting a rebate from Teco as well for the new windows and sliders.

Service went very well and very professional. The only thing was they left sticker on borders of the window which we can't reach. Other than that they did a great job!

Very well. Company kept us update on status of window construction. Delivered and installed promptly and professionally. Crew very professional and courteous. Had a remanufacture one pane and reinstall and did so promptly. Not the cheapest, but by far the best. Already notice a reduction in noise, dust and electric bill!

Everything was great from the time they came to the house to show their windows and do their selling pitch. Only issue with the sales pitch is they try and make you feel like it is a special that you can only get if you sign then and there. The quality of their product is amazing. The install couldn't have gone any better the 2 installers were very clean and worked around our schedule and were very accommodating. The City inspector even complimented them on their work. Shortly after the install I thought there was an issue with one of the windows, it turned out to be operator error, but they came out immediately to look into the problem and showed me how to resolve it. If I ever have to have windows or sliding glass doors I would definitely use them again.

They're very easy to deal with and I was impressed with everything that they presented. I was particularly impressed with the installers. They were the company's employees who did the installation. . They did a great job. I highly recommend NewSouth to anyone in the Tampa Bay Area

The windows and installers arrived on the promised date and time. Installation took 2 days and went smoothly. The installers were courteous and professional. They cleaned up each and made sure everything was satisfactory.

The installers showed up as scheduled, on time, and immediately went to work. They removed the old windows and installed the new ones all the while cleaning the area they were working in as they went. They were very professional and polite. I have nothing bad to say about the whole experience. I love the windows.

The installation was done in approximately half a day. The installers instructed us not to remove window stickers until the city building inspector returned on a different day to sign off approval of window installation. When inspector signed off project, the installers returned to complete installation of small covers in window tracks which is done only after passing city inspection. Very satisfied with services. Would use again. Since installation we have noticed that the condo is quieter inside and less disturbance from outside noise such as traffic and thunderstorms. We also have noticed that since new windows were installed the electric bill and the need for a dehumidifier has been reduced. And finally, the function and appearance of new windows is far more professional and attractive than the original windows from the builder 20 years ago.

From the salesman to the office staff to the installers, professional in every way. Installers arrived on time, cleaned up the mess, and left me with beautiful heat/cold resistant windows. There is no middle man involved to give you the run around if there is a problem.

Long wait, but they did a good job.

There are a couple of things that the installers did that I did not like, but the windows themselves are good. They did good work except for a couple of things that they did not tell me about. When they were putting back some of the stuff they cracked some of the siding and did not let me know about it. I had to fight later about little things. If guys had told me I would not have had any problems with it. They tried to cover it up. The price was fair. Their responsiveness was good.

My overall experience was really great, from beginning to end. They worked with me to get the best deal I could, offered several options. The installer's were really great, they took the time to clean up after themselves when removing the old windows. They took their time in sealing the windows properly and ensured that every fit very tightly. Customer Service followed up several times to ensure I was satisfied. I have a sliding glass door that needs replacing, I will return to NewSouth Windows for that in the near future.

Overall service and installation were outstanding. But without Jackie's help in the installation dept. the process wouldn't have been completed as 2 of the windows were the wrong size, installers considered the job finished due to bad communication. After getting back on track, response was quicker. We would definitely choose them again. We did feel that windows were quite expensive,but the finished product is beautiful. Installers worked quickly and were very tidy, leaving no messes.

Installer was extremely proficient. He did not rush the installation but took extra time to insure proper installation and excellent work. The installer always displayed professionalism in his work habit and interactions with us.

The installation crew were very respectful of our home. They explained what they were doing and the reasons they were using certain products. They explained the operation, cleaning and adjusting instructions for down the road needs. They cleaned up everything when the job was complete. They followed up with a courtesy call a few days later.

Very pleasant experience. From the point of talking to the salesman to the actual install. We were invited to the factory to watch the manufacturing process. We were told the approx date of installation and they were spot on. The installation team was prompt, professional and very clean. I anticipated this to be a two day job but was pleasantly surprised to have it completed in one.

I am very happy with my new windows. They look great... Everything from start to finish was done to my approval. The install team was awesome. Anytime I had a question, they stop to explain it to me. Not only did they wash the windows before they left but they cleaned up the house and yard. Very professional, courteous, and above all great product. I had shopped around before meeting with New South Windows, and I was very impressed with their sale pitch, demo and samples. They were not the cheapest of all the companies I talked to, however, the fact they are made in Florida by Florida workers was important to me. Who knows our weather conditions better then a Florida company. I would highly recommend New South Windows.

After we purchased the windows and the order was placed, we waited for about 8 weeks for the windows. We received a call from New South Windows letting us know the windows were ready to be installed and when could they come out. The installers were very professional and courteous. They covered up our furniture before they started...They work hard made very little mess. After completion they cleaned up, took all the old windows and removed the cover on the furniture. The installers were very polite and answered any question we had while they were here.

The team arrived on time as scheduled. They were very polite and friendly as well as professional and I felt very comfortable with them in my home. They worked all day with such great teamwork, they did a fantastic job. The windows are wonderful and I am very pleased with them. Before the men left I was given an explanation and demonstration of how the windows work and was asked if I had any questions or concerns. The whole process was easy for me. After the inspection was done by the City I went through and cleaned all the windows to remove the stickers and one of the windows became stuck in the open position. I called NewSouth Windows to explain my problem. They sent someone out within a few hours to fix it, it took only seconds. Then he went through the house and checked all the windows to make sure everything worked well. From the day that I ordered the windows to the completed project I was kept informed as to the progress of the windows as well as the scheduled appointments. After all was completed I was contacted again to make sure everything went well. I am very impressed with this company and the people who provide the services. They are exceptional.

Arrived when they said, clean and neat. Very professional. We were quite impressed.

I ordered these Windows and doors on 11/13/15 and was told 6 to 8 weeks which should have been installed by the end of January 2016. I had my home remodeled which started at the end of January and I had to beg them to at least install the door and kitchen window to complete my remodel. They set an appointment to install 2/22/16 but called that morning and cancelled for the next day, and only partially completed the job as stated above. I have called at least 3 times to get them to finish the job especially the missing door panel which leaves an open gap to the exterior. I am about to call someone else to complete the job. I would recommend that you absolutely stay away from New South Windows. They always give me the same answer that they will check on it and call me back - STILL WAITING FOR THE CALL BACK. These Windows are expensive and you would expect better customer service. Four and a half months later my Windows and doors are not installed. ***Update**** Dan McCarthy called me the next day after I left the review, stating that he would come out and see what needed to be completed. He came out 3/22/16 and noted what was needed to complete the installation. He told me that either 3/24/16 or 3/25/16 someone would be out to install the window that was in my garage. On 3/28/16 I have not heard from the company still since 3/22/16, left vm on Dan's cell phone on 3/28/16 because I had not heard anything from company, called again on 3/29/16 and left a message with the receptionist. I would like the oval window removed from my order and complete the installation of the window in my garage, install the missing screen and fix the sliding glass door so that we could get the permitting completed.

They are supposed to be out right now and they are not here. They came by before. I paid them $11,000 to put in French doors for the garage. It did not pass inspection and they are supposed to come out today to fix it. They have not come out yet and were supposed to be here at noon. I found them in a magazine ad. I think they come out of Tampa. I paid a top price to have a custom door made and it wasn't custom. It did not fit the hole. I had to accept it as is. I waited a long time for the door to get made. They told me when it was made it was going to fit the hole and it didn't so they had to fill in. Then they finished the outside of the door and got the inside of the door. Now they have to come back out and fix it. I have been waiting for them all day long.

Comments about new south window products/service/etc. We had our windows installed in 2014? did every window in the house, except the front door, which is an ornamental window design? We originally chose New South because we saw the ad from Trust Dale and wanted to use them as they manufacture here, in Florida? wanted to avoid purchasing from a company in China or other countries? When neighbors asked why we used New South we told them that, first, wanted to use a Florida company. Second, told them about Trust Dale (which most had never heard of). When asked if we saw a difference in our utility bills, I did an analysis of that. We?re both retired from PECO Energy (over 70 years combined service for us) and I sure know how to do that. A year to year analysis showed significant reductions in kwh usage (which is the only way to actually compare) but in $$ we were saving each month. As a comparison, we own another house in the same community which is about half the size of our home and is currently vacant. It doesn?t have high quality windows and we are currently spending about 25% less per month to keep that vacant house at a minimum cool level. That's the difference between high energy efficiency and low energy efficiency products. Another issue is the quiet that we experience. When we sit on the lanai with the sliders closed we can?t hear the phone ringing in the kitchen, which is only about fifteen feet away from the door. Now that?s quiet!
