I purchased the Angie's List "Super Deal" for a whole house surge protector. Luis Espel, LEE Electric's owner, contacted me immediately by email and phone to schedule the installation. He was very pleasant and courteous on the phone, and we scheduled the work for the following week. Luis arrived at the scheduled time, completed the job promptly and cleaned the work area thoroughly. He also inspected our home's electrical system, pointing out problems with our HVAC circuit breaker and the TECO electrical box located in front of our house. Thanks to Luis, we had the HVAC contracor replace the breaker at no cost to us. Due to safety concerns associated with the deteriorated TECO box, TECO sent out a crew the same day to replace that box. Since then, we have had LEE Electric perform additional work when we renovated our patio and pool deck. Luis is always on time, always friendly, and always gets the job done promptly for a reasonable price. I would gladly recommend this company to others.

This was a routine installation that required making a small hole in the wall above the electrical panel box and installing the necessary wire and surge protector. I'm pleased with how it looks. Only time will tell if the device works. I hope I never need it, but it's good to know it's there and hopefully would protect all of the electrical devices in my home in case of an electrical surge.

Luis is a very good electrician. He's very neat and efficient. Everything looks fine and the jacuzzi runs just fine.

I considered doing this work on my own, but since the new fixture needed to be several inches lower than the old fixture and I wasn't sure what I might find behind the large old fluorescent fixture, I called Luis. Luckily, the wire into the wall from the attic was long enough to reach the new fixture location without running any new wiring, so this job ended up being very routine for Luis. This is the third time I've had him do work for me, and he is the only electrician I would consider using for future jobs. I recommend him without hesitation.

The electrician arrived on time. He moved the light fixture over by 12 inches and capped off the old electrical box. The fixture works perfectly and is now centered within the closet. Great job !

The bid from Lee Electric was right in line with two other bids I received. I received a fourth bid that was significantly higher than the other three. I chose Lee Electric because the owner Luis was courteous, professional, could perform the work within a relatively short time frame, and the price seemed reasonable in relation to the other bids I received. Luis and his work associate Mike performed the work right on schedule. They were always there when they said they would be and were pleasant while there and worked hard and efficiently. My walls are plaster so there was an additional challenge in changing out all of the outlets without some damage to the walls. They did an excellent job in ensuring that there was virtually NO area requiring repair (only one small area that I have noticed). They finished right when Luis said they would. I found Lee Electric to be an excellent company to work with and this was not a minor job. I would recommend them to anyone needing electrical work and I will use them again when I need additional work done.

Although Lee Electric's estimate came in a little more than another estimate we had, we decided to go with Lee Electric because he explained everything he was going to do, how he was going to accomplish the task with minimal destruction to walls. Where as the other company was very vague, and wanted to poke holes everywhere in our home.Luis was fast, efficient, professional, and clean. He did amazing work, and was able to do everything we requested leaving only one hole for us to patch. It was as if if he was never there. We would recommend Lee Electric to anyone in a heartbeat, and would utilize them again in the future if need be.

Luis was great from start to finish. He was extremely professional, on time and polite. He is honest, hard working and very knowledgable. His prices were competitive and fair. He began the job when he said he would and finished in the time frame he originally stated. I had a freak power problem when the fence installer accidently dislodged a power line to the power company. He came out to assess the problem and provided me with the proper recommendations. I had power in 10% of the house and 90% of the house was out. I called the Luis first because I had never encountered a partial power loss that involved the power company. I was so impressed with im and his work that I asked him to add a light to my exterior (which he will do on another visit next week). I am new to the Land O Lakes area and he will become my plumber for life.

They've got good ratings. He did a good job. He was very friendly and professional. He explained what he was doing and he was on time. He showed up when said he was and did what he said he would do. We would use him again.

It went GREAT! The business owner was always available to answer questions by phone and E-mail. I am in Texas and was paying for the service as a gift to relatives in Florida. Luis was terrific at communicating with me and with them by phone and E-mail to get the job done in a timely manner to everyone's satisfaction. He is courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Plus, there were no hidden charges or surprises - the price was exactly the same as the estimate.

They did a very, very good job. I was very pleased. They were prompt, punctual, and explained to me what I needed to do. They gave me some literature to look at as far as maintenance. It was a quick job and he really seemed to know what he was doing.

They were good and we are very happy with their service. He was good; he showed up on time and was prompt and courteous. I got him through one of your specials. I don't have any negatives and it's hard to say right now if the unit is going to work yet or not as we have had no storms. As far as his installation and his workmanship, it was great.

Lee Electric actually called me to arrange for an appointment to install the Whole House Surge Protector. He came out on time and installed the surge protector in less time than he thought he needed. After the installation, he installed a new three way light switch that had shorted out. Before he left he informed me about possible future problems that may occur. Luis was efficient and courteous, a true professional.

Luis was a bit late getting here but it was pouring out so I think that slowed him down a bit. Once here he got right to work, fully explained how the device works. It took about an hour and a half. It would have taken about an hour but we got to gabbing a bit about landscaping and such so that was my fault. The "B" rating on price is based on the "Big Deal" price which is discounted. The regular price for the product would get a "C" which simply means that the price is average and fair - not a bad thing. Luis seems like a good guy and good at what he does. If I need any electrical work done in the future I will certainly give him a ring.

Luis showed up for the estimate on time and presented himself very professionally and well kept. Very friendly and interested in my pond and other yard work. Provided an estimate in minutes to do the work and advised would do it himself. He showed up on the scheduled date well dressed and performed the job in a highly professional, orderly fashion. Advised that if any problems, he would stand behind his work and super friendly and always asking before he took any steps to make sure the job was done properly. I haven't gotten my hot tub set up yet, waiting for a screen room to be finished, but am confident all will work fine and Luis has said would make sure it did. I can't tell you what a pleasure it was to work with Luis and is refreshing to see someone perform dependably and honestly. I only gave a "B" for price because I'm sure everyone would like it done cheaper, but Luis was right in the ballpark of other estimates, slightly more, but his courteous and professional ethics were worth the extra money. Thanks Luis for a great job well done.
