Eric and Dave did an excellent job on our construction project. We called for five bids to complete our pool. I found Eric to be a good honest salesman which is hard to find in the first place. He was even more importantly very detail oriented is his bid layout as to what was and wasn't included no hidden items to come up later. Also, My wife and I found Eric was willing to work with us on getting what we wanted within our budget. For these reasons we chose to contract with Larsens Pools. Our first snag the electric company, We had an underground line that needed to be moved. While not his responsibility Eric went out of his way and helped expedite the situation, So the line could be moved and construction started. The next step actual transfer of layout and design of the pool on the ground. A special thanks to Joe Fernandes who helped us make the perfect pool layout by taking extra time to discuss our layout before just digging in. We went over measurements, seating placement, sunshelf size, steps and made some changes on the spot, so everything was exactly how we wanted it no issues. Also Carlos was great doing the pavers, we even added some more during the process without issue. My wife and I really mean that Eric and Dave have some good people working for them Joe and Carlos were great. The process was very quick once things got started. Though some issues came up along the way which is normal in any construction project, We were always able to get Eric or Dave on the phone and get it solved. I believe Eric and Dave to be good honest solid people running a great company. I would and already have recommend them to family and friends.

Eric & Adam cme to our home prepaired to do business...Very professional down to earth people...They both explained everything from top to bottom about the costs and features of the pool that we wanted. They also explained about any additional services that we might meed as well ..Adam even had a book with photo's of pools they had done in the past in variations of stages of pool installation. No other pool company could top what Larsens Pool company had to offer!!! A+ A+A+A+A+A+ Service!!!! I cannot wait to get my pool started and underway!

Everything from start to finish was A+. We worked with Joe on the initial design. He was prompt courteous and professional. Dave took over the project after the design phase. We were out of town for the most of the construction. They were great about being flexible regarding our schedule. Dave kept us well informed as to the progress of the job. If I did happen to get his voicemail the call was returned promptly. All of the contractors they used were polite and professional. The pool was up and running when they said it would be. After interviewing three pool companies that we found on Angies List, we determined that Larsen's pool & Spa would get the job. They responded right away. They formulated a computer generated version of what we where looking for and the pool is almost exactly as the computer generated version looked. Neither of the two other companies did this. Communication here was the key for us as we had a stellar contractor who responded ALL of the time and we came to expect that. They did not let us down. Every time a call was placed we received a call back almost immediately. There was always a representative from the company during construction. The installation of the pool was coordinated between our general contractor and Larsen's pools and everything went very smoothly. The pool has been up and running since the end of February and we have had someone from the company here every week to help us through the first stages of pool ownership. EVERYONE in the company is knowledgeable and friendly. We receive compliments on a daily basis about the pool area and are quite anxious to show it off to all of our "northern" friends. We would and have recommended their services to others!

We decided to add a pool to our home and didn't know where to start. I am very picky when it comes to having service done and stopped by a competitors showroom first (and had a bad feeling). So I called Larsen's next and they mentioned to check Angies List. So I came home, signed up (as I wasn't a member), and read all the wonderful reports for Larsen's. So we went basically on that, and from the first day meeting Joe (sales), and the owners Dave and Eric, we were sold. Nothing but total honesty from day one, subs that were friendly and professional, the whole experience was like working with one big family. I think I lost track, but over 50 people were involved from beginning to end and not one single problem. And for me to be that satisfied is saying something! They stayed in touch with me everyday through the build and after. Nothing but great things to say. The pool came out amazing and we also had a deck and screen enclosure put in with them. Everything was awesome! Don't go anywhere else. Larsen's is the best!

I was thoroughly pleased with their professionalism, attention to detail, friendly customer service and continued follow-up after the work was completed. They not only explained what was needed for my pool; but, they also told me of the options available, the prices for each and gave me TONS of information that helped me make my decision about what route to take to improve my pool. Trustworthy, educational about options, friendly customer service and value for what I spent. I couldn't ask for anything more.

They first came out and surveyed the needs of the pool. They then advised me about what would improve the pool and what my various options were. As I made my selections about what needed to be done, they also continued to give me options for better options and/or less expensive options. I felt like they were working on their own pool or one for their relatives. Great personal service. After the work was scheduled, all of the workers showed up on time, were very professional and provided top quality work. My pool has never looked better. There were a few issues, such as the pool screen had a few manufacturing defects. They not only replaced the ones I saw; but, they also found another one on their own and fixed that one too - no cost as they wanted the job to be perfect. The re-grouting was also done professionally, with a reasonable cost. I had full faith and trust in the person who was doing the work. Again, they have professionals working for them. And their workers answer any questions you have (and so do Eric and Dave Larsen). I am sooooo pleased with how my pool looks now. You will too if you use this company. We moved into our home in June of 2012 and the pool and spa were atrocious! We found Larsen't through Angies List and they did not dissapoint! The "facelift" has been completed and the entire pool, spa and deck are transformed. They are helpful, prompt and their work is truly of artisan quality. The Larsen's group are pleasant, professional and very responsive to needs, questions and concerns. All of our needs were met and then some! We could not be happier with our experience and HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who wants to improve the look of their pool.

I could not be happier with the entire experience and our new pool! Eric Larsen gave me the bid for the job on the spot. His father Dave Larsen oversaw the entire process. Both were available by phone for any little question or concern we had. They over delivered on what was already a great deal. Each different crew that came to either dig the hole, install the plumbing, or do the finishing work did a fabulous job and were obviously proud of their craftsmanship. The final result is a work of art, and what I thought would be just a little backyard pool, looks like something from a resort. I highly recommend them for anyone with pool/spa needs.

We selected a few pool companies to come over and give us estimates. A few never got back to us and if I am spending that much money I really do not feel like running after sales people. Out of a big list we selected 3. Eric Larsen showed up at our house and they were the only company that gave us an itemized quote on the spot. We modified a few things but their numbers were spot on. His father David was the construction manager and he performed his job incredibly well. They told us it would take about 6 weeks and, again, six weeks later we had our pool. All the contractors, from digging crew to lanai enclosure folks were extremely nice, clean cut, and polite. At the end, we were incredibly happy and recommended Larsen to several other friends who were considering putting in a pool. Even now, 8 months later, when I had a few questions Eric had no problems answering them. And, by the way, I am not the easiest person to get in touch with. The Larsens worked with me over text and email, very patiently and expeditiously.

We bought our house last year and had a lot of work done. The pool area is large and was nice but very dated. We looked around and just couldn't afford the quotes. We let it be until October when we ran into Eric Larsen. We discussed possibilities and prices for different scenarios(with or without the deck) my husband and I went into the showroom looked around. Larsens was anything but pressure sales, we picked out what we liked as 1st and 2nd choices. Dave came out and measured and gave us the estimate, wow great reasonable price. Had the work done 2 weeks later only took a week ! Can't even begin to say how thrilled we are with the job and Larsens whole team! Anyone that would like to see the work at our house is welcome by....

I got them from Angie's List. They had really good reviews, so I called and I had a couple of others come out as well. They were far more responsive than anybody else. A lot of these pool people said, they would come and they didn't. Larsen's made follow-up phone calls. They were incredibly professional. I worked with two or three different people who kept in touch with one another, so I didn't have to repeat the information. I really liked the work that they did and the pool itself turned out to be beautiful. It looks like a brand new pool.

We have committed to Larsen's Pool Company to construct our pool for us, however, the project has been delayed by the rain that we have had the past week or so. We have to say everyone we have dealt with so far, Eric and David Larsen and Joe the sales Rep have been very communicative and professional with us and keeping us posted at each and every step of the way. The Larsen Pool Company offer many items "standard" i.e. sunbathing shelf, water feature, umbrella stand and 5 panel Solar for the roof.... We had quotes from other pool companies and to be honest there was nothing given as standard we had to pay for everything and anything we wanted. We will be happy to post another update after the service/pool has been completed. At the beginning of the project we are very happy with the way the project is going.Update: Pool completed on time, on budget and we are extremely pleased with the final outcome. We would 100% recommend this company and we will probably use them again next spring for installation of a pool heater. In particular we would like to thank Butch, Carlos, Screen Guys, Justin and Dave (the maintenance guy) and of course Dave Larson who came by to discuss the pool at different stages of construction. I called often and they communicated extremely well with me and both my husband and I are delighted with our new pool. Thanks to all the Larson Team.

Let me start by saying that Larsen's was the 6th pool company to come out to our house and give me a quote. We had a total of 7. A couple we knew right away we weren’t going to use, and a couple others were definitely in the running. By the time Larsen's came out, we knew what we wanted, approx. how much we were going to pay, and had a pretty good idea of who was being up front and honest, and who wasn't. By the time Eric left, I already knew that we were most likely going to use them. He was honest and friendly. I liked that his was a small company, just him and his dad, Dave. He came prepared with a book of pictures of pools built (and a few of his kids at the end). He thouroughly explained the entire pool process to me, from start to finish. He built a picture in my mind (and on paper) of the pool we would be getting, and I had the confidence in him that it would be exactly as he said it would. Before he left, Eric told me that if the decision came down to a couple thousand dollars, to let him know; that he would hate to lose our business over that. In the end it came down to his company and another who was offering a little bigger deck for a little bit less (about $2000 less as it turned out). We told him we didn't mind paying the extra $2000 if he would meet us in the middle and give us the extra deck. We didn't mind paying the extra because we had that much confidence that they would do a fantastic job building our pool. He agreed to give us the extra deck space and we signed. Now, regarding construction. Eric, the son, handles the sales aspect, while Dave, the dad, handles overseeing the construction timeline and questions. I can't really put into words how smoothly the construction process went. From start to finish, it took them 6 weeks to complete our pool. 6 weeks, including permitting! At no time did it feel as if they were rushing through the job. They were just THAT organized. There was hardly a day where someone wasn't out working on our pool. Even a few of the contractors told me how happy I was going to be with Larsen's, that they loved working for them. I know I'm probably forgetting details that I wanted to add in, like the lifetime warranty they give on the construction of their pool. No one else offered us that. Or how prompt Dave was in returning my many phone calls and questions. That is if he didn't call me first giving me details and timelines, which he usually did. I really can't say enough good things about Larsen's Pool and Spa. In fact, I can't think of a single negative thing to say about them or the entire process. If you are looking to build a pool, let these guys do it. You won't be disappointed.

He was professional and showed up on time. He was not pushy. He seemed kind of new in the business.

Eric came out and gave us an estimate for a new pool installation. He was very friendly and informative and brought several albums with photos from actual pools that he has installed. We went outside and talked in great detail about the type of pool that we would like. Eric even e-mailed us a 3-D image of our home with the pool that we discussed. His price was very reasonable in my opinion and when the time comes we will definitely be using him to install our new pool.

I was very very happy to have a hot and inviting pool within 8 days from start to finish. When I called Larsen's Pool and Spa I was able to speak with Eric Larsen directly. He is the owner and very friendly, informative and professional. I explained my issue with a beautiful pool that I could look at but not get into because it was too cold. He explained my options and we decided on a price and a plan of action I got the 10% Senior discount on Solar Panels. Eric came to my house the same day I called him. The panels were ordered and five days later his installer started working on my roof. He came back the next day as did Eric for the review. Two days after that my pool temperature went from 72 degrees to 89 degrees. Wow!! I was impressed!! My friends came two weeks later and we had a wonderful time swimming in our beautiful pool. I get in it almost every day and love it. Thanks to Eric Larsen, with Larsen's Pool and Spa and his crew, I was able to impress my friends and we all had a good time.

We ended up inviting 7 pool companies for estimates. Two didn't ever get back to us with written estimates (I think the job was beyond their capabilities). Of the remaining 5, all the estimates were very close to each other, although they came up with their totals in different ways. The bigger pool companies had the slickest sales pitch, but they were less responsive to questions, and they had few options (e.g., in tile, decking, stonework, etc.) without extra charges. We got the impression that they focused on volume rather than personal service. In contrast, we were impressed by Larsen's professionalism and flexibilty. Eric made the initial estimate, and then his father, Dave, handled the details and supervised the work. They visited several times before we decided on a company, and they were willing to adjust their plan as we introduced new ideas that we had. Although the total cost was about the same as the other estimates, they included several extras that many others did not (e.g., sealing the travertine, maintaining the pool for the first 2 weeks, putting tiles on the steps and benches). The highlight of our remodeling was the natural stonework around the spa, with a waterfall spill-over into the pool. We were impressed with the portfolio and work of their stonemason. The work ended up beautiful. When we intitially had a minor concern about how the waterfall turned out, they came out the next day and immediately made the changes to meet our needs. In summary, Eric and Dave Larsen were friendly, professional, and highly responsive--the type of contractors that you always hope for but rarely find. Their storefront is smaller and a little more off the beaten path than some others, but don't be fooled--their work was first-rate. We couldn't be happier.

We worked with Eric Larsen from a sales standpoint and Dave Larsen from a project standpoint. From day one they answered our questions (and we had lots of them), incorporated our ideas, were flexible, professional, courteous, responsive, punctual, never left us wondering, followed through and delivered a great pool for my family and I. Pool construction is not an easy business, we are glad we went with Larsen's.

From day one everything went very well. Great communication. Contractors used by Larsens were very friendly and went the extra mile for our pool. Eric and Dave Larsen are true professionals in their craft and artistry. We simply could not be happier with our pool and everything that went into its creation.

THE BEST pool construction company, LOOK NO FURTHER! Eric was not our first estimate or last, yet we knew the moment we met with him, he was the one! HONEST, HONEST, HONEST, and REAL! Eric was not the typical "sales" person that pitches the business - he is the owner and takes great pride in his company, and his family which speaks volumes! Eric works with his dad, Dave, and they make a great team.. Eric met with us the first time for several hours talking about what works for pools and what doesn't (from his experience) and was honest with us about some ideas we had that were good and not so good. He was always able to tell us why he would and/or, best of all, would not recommend or do certain things. Construction started on February 6 and water was being put in the pool on March 20th. Awesome job the entire way through. We were lucky enough to be able to watch, pretty much, the entire process and the crews that Eric uses from start to finish were pleasant, professional, and answered EVERY question we had. Joe is the excavator extraordinare that works for Eric; he was so kind and professional and went out of his way to move a large tree for us (we have named our tree Joe) George works with Joe also and these guys are great! I wish I could remember all the names of the crew that worked on our pool because everyone was courteous and professional. We had some minor concerns during construction and all were were discussed and handled quickly and professionally. I must say we had NO issues that were in regard to quality of construction or materials; for instance, one was that the deck was sealed and then some cleaning was done with a pressure washer and we were concerned the pressure washing had removed some of the sealant and the sand that is placed between the tiles to keep them 'tight'; Eric's tile person Carlos (great guy!), promptly returned to reseal the deck. Nothing major for concerns, I just wanted to mention that we had some because nothing is perfect; yet I must say the whole process went so smoothly and quickly! The waterfall was done exactly to our specifications and the builder Real Rock Pool's went the extra and planted beautiful flowers in the waterfall not charging us extra! I had mentioned that I thought it would look nice and just chatted about what I liked and colors and he (Jeff, the owner) said he knew just what I was talking about and added them. We really LOVE our backyard oasis and HIGHLY recommend you hire Larsen's Pool and Spa!

He was prompt, courteous and helpful. He understood the need to keep costs down for this rental property. He came back a second time to help me think through some other issues with the pool equipment. Although I ultimately went with another company, I appreciated his professionalism and customer service.
