February 11, 2019 We recently had a pool installed by Larsen’s Pool and Spa and I could not be happier. The Larsen team proved to be as caring and professional as was guaranteed. During the construction process, we encountered several obstacles – mostly I have a challenging water front, sloped yard that required design changes during the build. What impressed us most is how smoothly Jim; my Construction Coordinator could handle them. No project the scale of a pool construction goes smoothly every time, and you want a company that’s prepared to handle this. You might be able to find another company to build you a quality pool. If you’re lucky, you might be able to find a company that will adhere to their promises and pricing as closely as Larsen does. What really sets Larsen apart is their extreme professionalism, and how smooth and effortless they make the process seem to the customer (us). Larson’s Pool and Spa It has been half year since the pool and spa was built. It looks great and has met our expectations. It started with a phone call from Mr Larsen (the owner) to briefly discuss our dream pool. Adam (sales/designer) was nice to work with during the design process. Jason (supervisor) was a good communicator. He listened to our needs and cared for our satisfactions. John and Justin were very patient teaching us how to operate and maintain our pool equipment. I think the company is well operated as a team. Not only are they a great pool builder, they provide outstanding after care as well. I highly recommend Larson’s Pool and Spa.

Larsen's Pool and Spa did a WONDERFUL job with building our backyard pool & spa! From the very beginning they were very professional and thorough. Our sales person (Dan Meyer) took the time to thoroughly explain every detail to us so we knew exactly what to expect. My husband and I are finance professionals and really take our time evaluating all options before making a decision. Dan was extremely patient with us through the process. We appreciated that the company provided an itemized breakdown of the costs for us so we knew exactly where every dollar spent was going towards. Dan also did a wonderful job creating a unique design for our pool/spa combo. Every other company that came out to give us quotes just drew a basic rectangle shaped pool, but Dan really put time and thought into his design and it showed! We also appreciated that Larsen's provided an all-in quote and would return funds if things weren't needed (like well points), compared to other companies that provided us lower quotes to "win the business", but then said there could be additional expenses. As finance professionals, we like to know exactly how much the project could cost and really appreciated this approach. Once construction began we worked with Jason and things moved quickly! We did have some weather delays, but that was to be expected. My husband is a bit of a perfectionist, so he was constantly checking on the detail of work being completed. If he wanted something changed or corrected, we just let Jason know and a crew was out to make it perfect for us, no questions asked. The level of customer service and communication throughout the entire project was very much appreciated and allows us to enjoy our beautifully finished pool and spa even more. We are SO HAPPY with the final product and the experience we had leading up to it. We would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Larsen's Pool & Spa to any of our friends and family!

Amazing experience with this company. Zack Anderson was my foreman and he met and exceeded every time line. This was a big project starting with removing an antiquated screen room and cement slab. Now I have a wonderful heated pool with a new screen room, pavers and fascia. All of the project specialists on this job were friendly and professional.

The Pool and deck pavers look Awesome. Completely resurfaced pool with the pebble sheen and looks awesome. Also had pavers put on deck to replace cool deck and came out beautiful, couldn't be more pleased, Also had some screen work done as well as the LED lighting done. They told me they weren't the cheapest, but a family owned company that was very focused on Quality, which I can say they are, HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!

Larsen's was excellent from start to finish. They took the time to figure out exactly what we needed, got us through a painful permit process, and delivered exactly the pool we wanted. I would highly recommend Larsen's to anyone looking for a pool - it's a huge investment and really great to have people with such a commitment to quality work!

Let me just say Larson's pool exceeded our expectations. The first person I spoke to while seeking quotes was the owner, Eric. I knew from that first conversation that Larson's would be a contender. Dan from sales was awesome! The quote came on a one-sided page with no small print. He really took the time to really understand what we were looking for. I text/called him throughout the project and he quickly would give feedback or answer questions. He stood by me throughout the entire project. Eric and Dave was always on top of every aspect of the project which was reassuring. The quality of the work was amazing. We were completely blown away by the skill and workmanship of the travertine coping by Washington. Washington also installed the glass tile which I was worried about but turned out beautiful and installed perfectly. Orlando and his team that installed the travertine deck did a wonderful job as well and we are thrilled with the finished look. These men were professional and a pleasure to work with. I can't say enough about Justin with his help on pool maintenance. I really appreciated all his patience with my calls/text. Justin gave me pool pump 101 with hands on instructions and stated to call/text even after the final payment is made if I had additional questions or concerns. This is a Top notch family run business and it was refreshing to feel like a valued customer throughout the entire project. In terms of cost, delivery, quality and service, you can't get better than this guys. Thanks again for our beautiful pool.

All Larsen Pool employees and contractors are very professional, accommodating and illustrate Larsen’s commitment to quality and satisfaction. They helped us come up with a great design and were very helpful with material selection. Each construction crew is highly skilled and completed their phase with very high quality. Each group left the site clean and in order every day. The price was a very fair, all-inclusive package, which included higher end material and equipment. Larsen delivered every detail of the design for the quoted price and we are completely satisfied with the end result. Their attention to details left us with nothing to do but “jump in”. I highly recommend Larsen Pool for any type of pool need.

It started with the design team (Dan) who worked with us on the design and ultimately with the final price. Larsen’s is not the lowest price pool builder but they are one of the best in the area. During the design phase we met with the owner (Eric) and he promised we would be happy with the pool and we are. Finally the construction manager (Jason) stated that he was shooting to have the pool completed in 8 weeks and he completed it in the specified time. Once we turned on the pumps we were introduced to the pool doctor (Justin) who came once a week for a month to get the chemicals right on our chlorine pool. You will love your new Larsen pool!!!!

Larsen's Pools was spectacular to work with! We are thrilled with our new pool and would definitely hire them again. Their staff is professional and attentive throughout the process. Several friends told us our new pool looks like a resort!

We had an excellent experience with Larsen’s. From the initial design meeting to the completion the entire Larsen’s team was top notch to deal with. Adam was patient and knowledgeable during the design process and Zach was excellent throughout construction. All questions were answered promptly and we always felt that our concerns were addressed quickly and with our happiness with the end product in mind. The office staff was also great to deal with. We will not hesitate to recommend Larsen’s!

Larsen's was highly professional, and efficient in completing the job. The team, including David, John, Joe and professional installation as well as office staff, were attentive to our numerous questions, and provided solutions. We are very pleased with the results, and appreciate their hard work to make it happen.

We began researching for a pool installation about a year ago. What was most important was communication, trust, quality workmanship and a quality built product and meeting the customer's needs. The entire Larsen's family, from design with Adam to our site manager Zach, to our "pool school" guys (John and Justin) to the office representatives (Molly and Rhonda), they are all outstanding!! The subs that Larsen's hires were all professional and if things did not go right, Larsen's always corrected the issue, they make things right. As with any major construction project, there are hiccups, but what we admire the most is how Larsen's handled themselves and responded. Everything was addressed timely, responses were timely, we have direct contact with Zach nearly daily. It was a two way communication and goal oriented project. They wanted us to be happy with our pool. We also knew what was going on through the whole process. This is one upstanding company and deserve the highest review. We would recommend them every time. Compared to other companies, the price is a bit higher, but it was worth every penny for the family feeling and the care they took in each step of our project and the quality of the work and how they make sure everything was done right. Overall, great. However, one of their subcontractors was not as schedule-focused as he should have been. Since we were not in any schedule urgency this was 'OK' with us. The resultant quality met expectations. Larsen's is not the least expensive, but they are the 'best' in my opinion. They will do whatever is necessary to have a satisfied customer. I hired them before for a pool 'refresh'--acid wash, valves, and gas heater replacement. I would hire them again.

Couldn't be happier! Honestly, put off getting the pool because I didn't want to go thru the experience. After receiving a few quotes, I can say that Larsen was not the cheapest, however everyone from the sales team to construction was honest and responsive. Every time I had a question it was answered quickly and accurately by text . Even after pool was finished they answered quickly and were able to help and make recommendations. Would have no problem then recommending them to anyone. Thanks for making this an extremely hassle free process!

We decided to wait on doing this project due to other expenditures. The design consultant Joe was very professional and designed a pool that we love. I was shocked that before we were to talk to Joe that the owner Eric Larsen contacted me and let me know Joe will be coming to discuss our ideas. Very professional company! We have already decided when we move forward on this project that Larsens will be doing it.

We absolutely love our new pool and spa! Out of 3 pool and spa estimates that all came in around the same price, we decided to choose Larsen's and we're very pleased that we did. From the beginning design to the finish, they were with us every step of the way. We were assigned a project manager Zach, who we were told from the start this was his 1st pool in this position. We must admit, we were a little skeptical hearing this, but Zach was a great project manager! Once the permits were obtained, we were told it would take about 8 weeks and our pool, spa, pavers and screening were all completed and were were swimming in under 8 weeks. He kept us notified every step of the way and would stop by daily to check on the progress. We had a couple small issues and Zach took charge and resolved them quickly. The designer Adam was also great to work with! We would definitely recommend Larsen's to anyone planning a new pool installation.

I have waited two years to write this review. I waited so could share how the pool and equipment performed over this period and how the service was from Larsen’s Pool & Spa. I am very pleased to say my wife and I are delighted with whole project. The service from Larsen’s Pool & Spa over this time has been excellent. The contractors used by Larsen were all excellent; Orlando who did the tile and paver work was truly outstanding. Hawkins service, who install all the Hayward products have been great to work with. Eric’s service manager, Bob, who has since retired, could not have been any more helpful. This was our first pool and he walked through each step of the process of caring for a pool; he was always just a call away when we had questions. Larsen's Pool & Spa price was very competitive with other pool construction companies. We chose Eric based on many reviews we had read. Our only complaint was the project took several weeks longer to complete than anticipated. However, two years later we realized this was a small price to pay for an excellent job. If you are in the market for a new pool, I feel you will be completely satisfied with Larsen’s Pool & Spa.

My wife and I hired Larsen's Pool & Spa in Oct 2017 after receiving several quotes from 3 other companies in the area. Once the permit came back, Larsen's began construction Jan 2018. the pool was completed mid-March 2018. After carefully researching all the companies we received quotes from we decided to go with Larsen's for several reasons. For one, Larsen's has some of the best customer reviews in the pool construction industry; who better to rely on then previous customers. In addition to countless positive reviews, we won over by Eric's (owner) assurance that he would deliver a quality product to include a guarantee to standby his product for years to come. Larsen's quote was not the cheapest quote we received; however, we took into account what we would get for that higher cost which came down to quality, product warranty, and great customer service. Larsen's customer service has been absolutely outstanding; starting with Dan in Sales. Dan managed to put together a beautiful design that satisfied my wife and I both; not an easy task. Everything from the water features, automation, paver deck, lighting, heating and the 20x20 screen pool cage were addressed just as we had requested. He was in constant communication throughout the process. Once construction started our Project Manager, Jason, kept me in the loop along every step of the way; to include answering my calls and texts on nights and weekends. No nightmares here about not being able to reach your project manager; Jason addressed each concern our through his way in a timely manner, in most cases instantly. I can assure you this is not what I heard from two of my neighbors who went with another company for their pool project. The final project turned out to be more satisfying than what I could have imagined; thanks Jason! Justin & John, my start-up team, is continuing that great customer service and open communication by ensuring that we know how to properly work every feature of the pool and its equipment. From the time we arrived at the design center this company has been honest and trustworthy; even returning money at the end of the project for services that were not needed. How many pool companies you think would tell you they did not have to perform a particular service and offer to return money? I can guarantee not that many when you read some of the horror story reviews of other companies. Adding a pool to your home is a huge financial obligation & investment, so you want to make sure you go with a company that understands that and delivers a quality product; Larsen's Pool & Spa is that company! This group has been great to work with. Every project has a few ups & downs but what sets these guys apart from the competition is their ability to respond with action to the customer in a timely manner. So again, thanks to the entire team at Larsen's Pool and Spa. Keep up that great customer service and building a quality product! Thanks for our little slice of paradise in our own back yard!

It didnt! First it took him days to return my call for a quote. Not a good sign. The first thing out of his mouth over the phone was a price without coming out or knowing what I wanted! In so many words he was saying If you dont like my price dont waste my time! I felt he was rude and he was bad mouthing every other company out there! Very unprofessional on his part. Left a very bad taste in my mouth. Needless to say I did not want to business with someone like that! The funny thing is I was ok with spending up tp 65K. He quoted me 45k minimum off the bat just did not like his demeanor! He acts as if he is better than anyone.

I am not one that often writes reviews but felt inclined to write one which shared our experience with Larsens Pool. We virtually had our pool and backyard transformed other than changing the shape of our pool and spa. From the beginning after meeting with Joe our sales person we knew that all our homework in searching for a great pool company would pay off. They were very professional, straight forward and respectful. They listened to us, offered suggestions and provided a timeline which they met!! This in itself was super important to us as most pool companies in our area were 2-3 months past their promised completion dates. Jeremy from Larsens coordinated everything, scheduling with contractors and communicating with us daily. Simply said, he was fabulous!!! Not only a professional but a great guy who was excellent at managing our remodel. All of the contractors were stellar, however Carlos (Carlos Pavers) was brilliant. Carlos was a true artist and helped create our backyard masterpiece! I don't think "no" was in his vocabulary. We rate Larsen's Pools with the highest regard....a true pleasure to work with. Great company, quality product, &reliable . Would definitely use again !

I am amazed at the results. The road getting there was slightly rough, only because I am pretty demanding, but the end result is spectacular. Jeremy and his team worked well with my demands and got me the exact outcome I wanted...I now have a huge, beautiful deck and stunning pool. Truly, a backyard retreat. I feel like I'm on vacation when I'm out there. Huge thank you Larsen's pool & spa!
