Found John's Palms on Angie's List about a year ago. Called Donell and she promptly came out to discuss regular visits for trimming, planting, mulching and fertilizing our challenging landscape. Many close palms & plants. We discussed the needs, she made recommendations and we set a date for the first visit. She & her team arrived precisely when expected, did the work discussed and the charges were reasonable. We since set up a regular schedule for her visits. She has e-mailed in advance of each visit to determine if there are any additional needs. She is knowledgeable and a good, attentive businesswoman. I recommend her & John's Palms.

John was punctual and professional. He is very knowledgable concerning the correct way to trim palm trees. He cleaned up the debris in both our yard and the neighbors where some of the fronds had fallen. Excellent job! We would highly reccomend him.

Donell and her crew did such a awesome job on our landscaping in the front and back yard we hired her and her crew to do even more work in the pool area and other areas in our yard. Will hire her to even more in the future.

Donell,the owner is excellent from the start. She spent a good amount of time when she came to give us the estimate and she understood exactly what I wanted for the landscape and came up with an excellent plan and had the design ready by the next day.She made another trip to my home to answers my questions and again met us at the nursery to make the final plant choices.She knows a lot about plants so was able to guide us in our choices especially because most of the landscaping was under the shade of oak trees with a lot of roots.She accommodated our job in less than 2 weeks after we got the HOA approval and moved it up by 5 days when another slot opened up. Her crew is very efficient too and did the entire job in about 8 hours split over 2 days.Donell made sure to check with me at each step to know if I wanted anything done different and was very flexible with the plan. Overall I'm very happy with the job done so far and can't wait for the next phase of the landscaping over the next few months.

Donell and her crew did an excellent job on building a vegetable garden in my backyard. Donell came out to give me an estimate and knew exactly what I wanted, a large vegetable garden with a fence to keep animals out and good garden soil to grow my vegetables in, resod and fix drainage problems. The final price came out $300 less than the estimate! I now have fresh organic vegetables to feed my family!

They are wonderful. The owner is outstanding.

They did an excellent job laying the sod in our front lawn. There was some dirt left over on the driveway afterward which I pointed out to Ms. Harding and she had her staff wash it away before they left.

Overall the project went very well. Donell was very patient as the design was reworked several times. She traveled with us to show the type of plants / palms so that we can better visualize the proposed design. We have since called her with questions about maintenance and replacement (one of the plants did not make it), and she continues to be as pleasant to work with as she was in the beginning of the project. Our neighbors have given us a thumbs up on the new landscaping work.

No complaints. Job went very well. Donell spent a lot of time with me reviewing treatments for my lawn and strategies to keep it healthy, even during dry periods. This is the second time I have used this company (last time involved removing shrubs and plants in my back garden and replacing them with sod). Job was $30 more than estimate because of a small math error calculating the square footage. No big deal!
