Description of Work: I don't remember what appliance I called him for, or the date but I have used Jim's Appliance since he was just starting out many years ago and Jim is the only one I will use...he is honest, fair, punctual and gets the job done. Description of Work: CAME OUT TO LOOK AT MY DISHWASHER. GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE AND THEN EXCELLENT ADVICE ON HOW TO PROCEED. EVEN SUGGESTED A WAY TO AVOID HAVING TO HAVE HIM COME OUT AGAIN AND DO AN INSTALL.

Description of Work: After explaining the problem with my dishwasher, he advised me of the steps to take in order to determine whether a service call was truly needed. After following his instructions, the dishwasher is again working perfectly and no service call was required. I wanted to write you and commend Jim for his old-fashioned approach to service. Description of Work: I explained to Jim what my washer machine was doing. He told me over the telephone what the problem was and and I did what he suggested. His suggestion fixed my washer. Jim did not charge me anything. I am very pleased because he could have came and charged me a service call. I was very pleased.
