They were prompt and showed up on time. They were very courteous. They were very knowledgeable. They were able to rekey and install a new lock that I had picked out and bought.

This Company was prompt and professional.

Went very well. He showed up in early morning. Took a little time because my there was something hanging on the handle and it took some work to get it unlocked. My husband was very happy.

Since this company was rated so highly on Angie's list, kept trying to get an appointment. How rude that they never could return a phone call. Found competitor from yellow pages. Answered promptly, scheduled promptly and did excellent work. Perhaps Hillsborough Lock & Key just has too much business to handle!

He called before he came, arrived on time, did the job in an efficient manner and was a complete gentleman. The price was more than fair and the service was fantastic.

I have scheduled two appointments with this company and they have not kept either appointment. They also have not contacted me to advise that they needed to reschedule. The first time I scheduled with them and they did not show up I called them and they said they were very behind that day. I then rescheduled for yesterday, and they did not show up. I will not work with this company.

Rich had to come back a second time because he was told that I needed to re-key my locks and didn't have the right locks for the job. He made sure he understood my request and returned to complete the job the next business day. Both visits, he was on time, quick and professional.

He was very punctual, very very professional. He is also very service minded. He did an outstanding job as to the work concerned. I thought his price was reasonable and I would recommend him to others.

GARY, THE LOCKSMITH SAM SENT TO DO THE JOB, WAS DELAYED BY RUSH HOUR TRAFFIC. HE CALLED TWICE TO LET US KNOW WHERE HE WAS AND THAT HE WAS ON THE WAY. WHEN HE ARRIVED, HE WENT TO WORK DOING WHAT HAD TO BE DONE. HE EVEN DID A LITTLE EXTRA WORK WITHOUT CHARGE. WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH HILLSBOROUGH LOCK & KEY, WITH SAM AND WITH GARY. THE CHARGE WE PAID WAS REASONABLE. WE WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE AND WE WILL USE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

MY EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT. THE OWNER AND HIS DAUGHTER DID THE WORK. THEY CAME ON TIME, WORKED QUICKLY, AND EVEN FIXED ONE OF OUR DEADBOLTS THAT WASN'T LOCKING CORRECTLY. THIS WAS EXTRA, HE OFFERED TO DO IT AT NO CHARGE. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK AND WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

I CONTACTED THE FIRM ON THURSDAY AND THEY QUICKLY MADE AN APPOINTMENT TO ADDRESS MY NEEDS ON SATURDAY MORNING, WITHOUT CHARGING ME EXTRA. SAM STANFORD WAS ON TIME AND PROFESSIONAL. HE GOT RIGHT DOWN TO BUSINESS AND COMPLETED THE JOB IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. HE ALSO ADVISED THAT MY LOCKS HAD NEVER BEEN REKEYED AND WERE STILL KEYED TO THE CONTACTORS KEYS!!!!

SAM WAS PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. HE SHOWED UP THE DAY I CALLED AND PERFORMED THE WORK. HE EVEN WAS ABLE TO REKEY ONE LOCK THAT WE DIDN'T EVEN HAVE THE KEY FOR (THIS TAKES MORE WORK) BUT DIDN'T CHARGE US MORE.

THE COMPANY OWNER MADE AN APPOINTMENT WITH ME FOR THE DAY AFTER I CALLED. HE ARRIVED ON TIME AND WAS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL. HE ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND PERFORMED THE WORK VERY WELL. I THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS EXTREMELY REASONABLE.

ARRIVED ON TIME. VERY COURTEOUS, PROFESSIONAL AND FAST! DEFINITELY WILL USE THEM AGAIN.
