+ -1 moreOnly problem is I asked if they had equipment to take and old lock off a back gate. We didn't discuss that as a part of the service and they did not tell me they were going to do it or a price. They just took off all my locks and then gave me a bill. If I knew the were going to charge me for that I would have told them not to do it since I HAD THE KEY and now they destroyed a good (and expensive) lock. Otherwise my experience was good.

Description of Work: I called provider at 8 am they said they could get someone out to replace lost key to a 2003 accord within 2 hours. I called back three hours later and was told they had been trying to contact me and had left a message. I told the lady that was not true there was no message on my phone and I had my phone with me the whole time. She smartly retorted that maybe they had written the number down wrong but they could not make a key for that car. I asked her why I wasnt told that this morning when I called and why that car is specifically listed on their website and she hung up never having said "gee I'm sorry sir"

+ -1 moreThe repairman was punctual, professional, and courteous. My only complaint was the charge of $18.00 to re-key the lock. He was asked to do it, but failed to tell us that it would cost 18.00. We thought that it should have been part of the cost of the service ($55 service call plus $21 remove and replace).
