Description of Work: I have absolutely nothing good to say about this company and would strongly recommend you look elsewhere! This was the subcontractor hired by the pool builder to complete the electrical work. Never have I come across a group of individuals who have and put ZERO pride in their work. I had to have them redo piping because it was so SLOPPY. Light transformer was installed in wrong location and they claimed they could not correct. They drilled multiple holes in my exterior walls because they could not get a box panel hung correctly. This is a new pool install and just had the pool equipment delivered and installed the previous day and they were using it, as if it was their own personal work bench. The top of ac unit and new heater housing is all scratched and dented from them dropping their tools from frustration because they are that bad at their job...have it all on video. If the body starts to rust from the scratches, I will be following up with them and take necessary actions. I have camera surveillance and they could have cared less with them sitting and STEPPING on top of the pool pumps and rest of equipment. I had to clean up after them from the mess they left behind. I will be voicing my issue with the owner of the pool builder...hopefully they will stop using this horrible company. I will be leaving a negative review on Angie’s list as well.

Description of Work: Dont's 1st problem 1st. group of 2 Electricians came to connect the pool equipment, did a nice Job, 2nd group with the Boss came to run wires using my attic to connect to the main electrical Box, He was in a rush, 1st problem: The Boss cut wires- 5 feet too short (told the 1st group to follow other electrician wires as the picture ), causing run wires across the wall that I am using...in a C figure line see picture, Inspector said He doesn't know why they were run like that but it passes their city codes, 2nd problem: Without my concent or approval the boss opened a whole in my garage's cealing to run wires down parallel 2" outside of the electrical Box--having a main empty Electrical box path as shown in picture with about 1 foot opening from the attic(no insulation) to the electrical Box. This seems like an insult to my family, doing it the way they did it, I am very offended. Same inspector didn't passed other part of the Job, 'outlets by the pool weren't under code' different group came back fixed the problem and also were surprised of the way the job was done-they were going to tell their superior about it and request another group to comeback and rerun the wires in the proper way, not just base in codes, or customer like.. Call Adrian from Hawkins--encharge in installations sent him same 4 pictures, A week later, He said: He received the pictures and I have to pay them to come back and repair the lousy job done in the Attic. eventhough their own Engineers who came to change the outlets a week later, told him Job wasn't done right.. I will be talking to my lawyer to know what my options are.

Description of Work: On May 25, 2010 I called Hawkins Electric and said I needed electrical work and if I was given a quote the electrician could go ahead and do the work to avoid another 20 minute trip to my house. I was told Adrian would call me the morning of May 26 and schedule a time to come out and give me a quote on my electrical work. I called at 7:45 am on the 26th and got a recording, so I left my name and phone number for Adrian to call me. I received no call and no one came out for a quote. No messages were left on my answering machine from Hawkins Electric.

Description of Work: They are excellent. They do a supurb job, good price, show up on time, and they do the work on time. Most people, it's just so hard to find somebody to do it right the first time, or even show up on time. I get excited if someone even shows up on time. They worked on some pool equiptment the first time. Lightening hit the pool pump motor and they fixed it and did an excellent job.
