My faucets were worn out, so I called Grable's as I have done for many years. He came out and replaced all the faucets. He always does a follow-up call to make sure that things are going right. He is very prompt, professional and cleans up, never leaving a mess.

The plumber, Frank, arrived when scheduled and completed all of the work with no problems. The job was very professional and everything is working fine. Several days later when I was filing the installation invoice I noticed a discrepancy on the bill. I contacted the office and after they researched my complaint I was issued a check to correct the problem. I'm in the initial stages of several remodeling projects and I will be using them whenever a plumber is necessary.

They were there within 10-15 minutes of when they said they would be, they did a great job and there were no problems at all. They are absolutely top-notch.

They were middle of the road for prices, but they followed up with me and gave me a lower quote in the end. They did the service that day. They were professional and had very good customer service. They explained everything and I would definitely use them again. They even gave me a good referral for another company to use.

He was very professional, efficient in his work. He did excellent job. I would use him again!

They were punctual and quick. They cleaned up the work area and disposed of the old commode. They did not let anything leak or spill on the floors or outside as well.

Happy with service but didn't give an Angie's list discount, kind of disappointing.

I had used Grable for an inside job on my dishwasher/kitchen drain, so I called them. They had someone to my house within 3 hours and he located the leak, dug up the pipe and the offending tree roots, replaced the pipe, put in a better faucet and a better main shutoff valve, that should be easier for me to turn, if I ever need to. After replacing the water pipe, he checked all my toilets and indoor faucets, to make sure no sand or silt had made its way inside to block the interior plumbing. He reviewed all the costs up front, so there were no surprises, after the job was completed.

Overall it went very well. Demonstrated professionalism at all times. Took the old unit out and replaced it with a new one. Checked to see if there were any leaks and made sure the new disposer was working to full capacity. I'm very pleased with the service and demeaner of the service technician.

This happened late on a Sunday afternoon, and we were leaving on a trip to the Bahamas the next day. They came promptly, and the repairs were performed in a timely and professional manner. I thought the price was reasonable for the work performed.

Bob Waite came out to fix our minor leak. He recommended we re-pipe the connections so they would never leak again. He did the work for less than I expected to pay, was very pleasant and thorough, insisting on staying until he was sure everything was perfect as 'the job had his name on it so he wasn't leaving until it was perfect. I would definitely call him again.

James Mullis was terrific and extremely professional. He performed the job in a timely manner and really knew his business. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I understood why we had to do the job required. I would absolutely recommend Grable Plumbing to anyone! They fixed an inconvenient problem and made my day. Thank you!

The plumber came out and only spent a few minutes trying to fix the problem. He assured me that the problem was fixed and presented me a bill for $214. Only hours after he left the problem was still evident...I was ripped off.

Buddy, the plumber, was on time, did fine work, and cleaned up after himself. Overall, the experience excellent.

Three minutes before my afternoon appointment time the company called and said their plumber was on another job all day and they just realized he would not be at my house until the following week. I lost 4 hours of vacation time for nothing. I asked if they could come during the weekend, since I was put out by the no-show. The company rep told me she would have to charge me a premium for weekend service, even though they were going to miss the appointment we set up. Once they actually showed up for the second appointment time, the install was smooth. The plumber was knowledgeable and courteous.

Everyone was polite and the work was scheduled for the next day. Ken was on time and very courteous. Before joining Angie's List, I had another company give me an estimate on the guest bath alone. The other company wanted $1800.00. I appreciate their honesty, their hard work, and the money I saved! Thanks, Ken!

Ken made good recommendations for improving the fixtures installed by the builder. Did a good job making sure there were no leaks when job was completed (redid one fixture that leaked)

Easy to book plumber with the office. Plumber was 1 hour late on the booked time window, but we were informed by the office he was running late. Very clean and polite. Knew his job. Had to run out and get new tank in rush hour traffic, which took extra time. Although it was getting late in the evening, he took his time and did a meticulous job. We were fully satisfied.

We were not pleased with the way the payment was handled and the amount charged. The company knew that we were not going to be home at the time of the service call. Our housekeeper was there and the service tech made the housekeeper pay with his credit card rather than leaving a bill and allowing us to mail in payment. We were also not given the 10% Angie's List discount until we called and complained. We also thought the amount charged was excessive as we could have purchased new toilets for what they charged us to repair the old ones (which were only 4 years old).
