Horrible, using my project to train people. Very little service performed, WAY overcharged for very little done. Rip off and project NOT completed after being paid. Never hire them.

The employee came and checked all possible causes. The leak area was dry with no obvious signs of the leak. The employee said to call when the leaking returns, and leave the wet newspapers in place. I appreciate the effort and the fact that I was not charged for the visit.

No very professional, very mediocre

Smoothly except for an overnight delay because all the warehouses stocking propane water heaters were closed for the night. The technician was quite friendly, knowledgeable and efficient.

The gentleman who came was extremely professional took one look at the problem, told us what needed to be done and how much it would cost. Totally awesome service!

Grable scheduled but came before scheduled time. The two workers were professional and nice but that was the scam. I believe I was GROSSLY overcharged for 2 pop p drains for a total of $253.00 I purchased new pop up drains from Buck's Plumbing supply 1 week ago and they cost $12.95 each. I guess the difference was labor. They told me that they were going to replace everything new, when they left, I checked and they put back on the same pipes that were under both sinks. I was charged $217. dollars for snaking 1 sink that drained slow. I should have went to another Angie's List provider because I was quoted at a total lower price for snaking 1 sink. To make matters worse, I asked about the Grable special on Angie's list and was told $30.00 dollars off. They didn't take off the $30.00 dollars from the total. I guess because they quoted $271. for changing water valve knob but after they found out the valve did not work and only capped it, they charged me $95. dollars to cap it. So the total bill plus the $69.00 dollars service charged came to $634.78 cent for about 1 hour worth of work. I appreciate the promptness but not being SCREWED over and OVER CHARGED. Beware of this company, slick like CAR SALESMAN.

No show, not even a call for urgent service

They came out promptly and gave me an estimate for the work needed. They were professional. No complaints. I decided to go with another company to do the work I needed.

Asked on the initial call and when serviceman came to my home to have all 3 toilets looked at. As they seem to be slowing down. He answered some questions, but never even went into one of the 3 bathrooms. Used a plunger on the one that had overflowed, then flushed the second, and never stepped foot into the 3rd. Very disappointing. As I lost my husband 6 weeks ago and needed to be sure that I won't continue to have problems.

The sink to be replaced was a very old rimmed-in sink which is no longer made.. Grable was very responsive when I called for an estimate. They came to the house looked at the problem. The estimator John did some research and found that a Kohler drop-in sink that would fit and replace the old sink. Also replaced the faucet with a Moen. Very neat install.

Very well. Technician attacked the job with resourcefulness and vigor. People say that Gas-master is the only company dealing with gas waterheaters in South Tampa. In our view Grabel was superb - the right choice.

Plummer was very professional and completed the work very quick. For them to come out after a hurricane is unbelievable . I will not call on another Plumming company.

Fast, efficient, professional. Good plumbers are hard to find. Grable can be a bit more expensive than some companies, but you do get what you pay for -- and sometimes more.

Easy to set up appointment. Plumber arrived on time. Gave us a price to rebuild the toilet then took care of the job in about 45 minutes. Very pleasant technician.

I called them on a Thursday and they scheduled me a window the following Tuesday from 3pm - 7pm. I get a call that Tuesday at 4:17pm saying a guy would be by shortly but he didn't know how much time he'd have to fix things. At 6pm I receive a follow up call from the same guy saying something came up and he wouldn't be able to make it and that his office would call and reschedule. The next day a lady calls me and asks me if I'm available in the next hour for the guy to come by, if not they were going to have to decline my business.

I called Grable Plumbing late morning. They were able to send someone the same day which was much appreciated. Eddie arrived around 4 pm and did a great job! It took about an hour and he was able to clear the clog that was about 30 feet down the line. He was very professional and made sure the area was clean before he left.

I was at the end of the rope when he came. I previously call two well known plumbers. They were charging me $1500 for the work. It was only 2ft of pvc that needed to be replaced. I even dug the hole. They wanted to replace the whole water line. Grable came to the rescue. They charged me 1/7 of the other 2 company prices. They fix what needed be fixing in an hour. If things didn't go this way I would have to DIY. I'm glad Grable is an honest company.

We just had a new washer and dryer installed today. The shutoff valves for the washer leaked after the installation. The installers don't do plumbing, so we gave Grable a Call. They came out within an hour of our call. Eddie from Grable came out to inspect our shutoff valves for the new washing machine that were leaking. He took about five minutes to stop the leaks - at no charge! We didn't think companies like this still existed in today's world. We couldn't be any happier.

Work could not be done due to specific condo regulations. Grable confirmed appointment, showed up on time, professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

We got a card for the inspection and just then the Moen faucet they put in the kitchen started leaking. The plumber came out and showed me a part in the faucet had broken. Moen has a lifetime guarantee. They will not deal with the plumbing company, so I had to go online and pick out the part needed. The Moen site is easy to use and they sent the part free of charge. My husband was able to install the faucet. There was no charge from the plumbing company.
