The evening before calling Grable I discovered that I had a water leak below my kitchen sink. I called at 8:00 in the morning and they sent a plumber who arrived about one hour later. He was clean, courteous and appropriately dressed. He quickly determined that the garbage disposal unit had rusted through. He gave me an estimate on a couple of units and we chose the 3/4 hp unit. He was efficient, but took the 2 hours necessary to carefully remove the old unit and install the new unit. He discovered that one of my water hoses was leaking and he installed a new one at no extra charge. He was meticulous in cleaning up and removing the old unit. I was delighted with the job. We have used Grable several times in the past and always have had a positive experience. I would highly recommend this company.

They came out when they said they would. We decided not to go with them because their price was too high. We got a better price from another highly rated company.

Excellent. The emplioyee was prompt, courteous, and very professional. He was in the area, and arrived only 30 minutes after I called. Did the jobs quickly and efficiently. Gave me a value price estimate with reduced estimated prices and reduced that estimated price by $70 based on the amount of work done. I would use this company again in a second.

The plumber came out, was very friendly and attempted to do the work, when the price came up first to perform the work they mentioned a service plan that would lock the home owner into using Grabel as the plumbing company of choice. It gives between 10-15% off which was enough to cover the cost of the plan. Unfortunately the price from the pipe unclogging to the new toilet went from $250 to $600 for a kholer toilet which was claimed to be close to top of the lin. Every step of the way the plumber insisted on purchasing this service plan/contract and with the coupon for angie's list I purchased it. He went back to the shop and picked one up and came back and installed the new toilet. I completely overpaid for the toilet. The cost to purchase the same model, based upon online searches, at a local store was $300 for the same model including both top and bottom sections. Installation could've been had for 1/5 the cost using a local handyman. The plumber friendly, although pushy, wouldn't let the service plan/contract drop. Once the price for the toilet hit I purchased it as I needed a toilet as the residence didn't have another one. I will not use Grabel again as that was an astronomical markup for a simple toilet installation and the sales guy, plumber, shoved that service plan down your throat like you were at a department store. Great Service, outrageous prices.

Many years ago Grable came to my house the same day the lightning hit. They found the burst pipe in my concrete floor and immediately began the massive job. I was exceptionally pleased with the service and cost. The adjuster from my homeowner?s insurance said he would have estimated quite a bit higher on the cost of the repair. In April my water heater died so I looked them up on Angie?s List to ensure they were still doing reputable work, and to check for a coupon. I called in the morning and they were at my house mid-day. They answered my questions about tankless water heaters and gave me additional information I hadn?t thought about yet. My new water heater tank was installed the same day. I was thankful for a hot shower that day!

Costly service but the work was done properly.

The service man showed up exactly on time and was very clean. Grable Plumbing uses top-of-the-line parts (no PVC piping or cheap plastic ). PVC would have been fine for my purposes (and most assuredly would have cost less), but it was a quality job with quality products. I'm chalking it up to you get what you pay for. The company also called later in the day to follow up on the work that was done.

1st. call: The house I bought had been unoccupied for an extended period. The guest bathroom had no hot water (apparently due to it's lack of use the system had "frozen"). The gentleman who came did the work quickly and cleaned up after himself. 2nd. call: I needed a water treatment system installed (arghh! Florida water!). Same gentleman not only installed the system but flushed my water heater as well.

I am very pleased with the manner in which the work was performed. The area was left clean and the old water heater was hauled away.

The gentleman that came to the house for the FREE estimate was also the gentleman who came back and provided the excellent service. I am going into the hospital and the work needed to be done efficiently and with a bit more kindness because of the inherant stress in the household. This gentleman was kind, compassionate and did he job efficiently and cleaned up beautifully.

They are very trustworthy, reliable, punctual and do very good work.

They were very punctual, professional and efficient. They cleaned everything after the work was done. I think they did a great job and I was impressed with their work.

Piping work was done satisfactorily, but there was some damage to the drywall in a bedroom. They said damage happens, and they are not responsible. I had to call a handyman to redo the drywall.

Frank arrived and did a good job of explaining everything he was going to do. He was fast and got the job done. Unfortunately after he left we noticed the toilet was leaking (it wasn't before he worked on it). We called the next morning and he came back and fixed it.

It was excellent. They gave us an estimate. The day that we were to get the water heater put in we were supposed to be out of town, but they were still able to do the work when we weren't even home. It was perfect.

The appointment was scheduled the same day to replace a leaking spigot. The technician arrived right on time, was thorough in explaining what needed to be done, was careful to wear his "booties" every time he entered my house and was finished with the job in record time.

The Service Person from Grable came to do the annual inspection, and look at the toilets. He did a thorough inspection, checking all drains, faucets, hoses on the washer & the water heater. He found a cut off valve in each bathroom that needed to be replaced as they wouldn't turn. He recommended replacing the valves & also replacing all the "guts" on both toilets (this would essentially make them new toilets). He gave me a detailed estimate. After going over the estimate, I decided to do all the work recommended. I was able to schedule the work at a convenient time. The same Service Person returned to do the work. The toilets & valves are working just fine. The estimate was exactly what the bill was.

They were excellent. They were punctual, professional and easy to work with.

Good. Plumber was late due to scheduling misunderstanding. He gave me quotes on each item and honored the Angie's List discount. He also gave me options on what could be done to solve the problems.

Called for service. Someone promised a call back. Never received a call back.

We had Grable Plumbing come out to our house to determine where a leak was coming from in our bathroom. They quickly found the leak and gave us a quote to repair it. They charged us $44.00 for the investigation (finding the leak) and their quote was $899.98 to repair a section of a 4" stack in our bathroom. We (the customer) were to perform all of the other drywall repair and cabinet removal and installation. We are seasoned home owners and this seemed very expensive for this type of repair. We decided to pay the $44.00 (which would not be subtracted from total even if we had decided to move forward with their quote) and get a second quote just to make sure the price was competitive. We had another A rated Angie's list plumber come out to give us a quote for the same exact work and their quote was only $401.40. This is obviously a significant difference. While Grable plumbing was very courteous and professional they either were trying to rip us off or over estimated the time it would take to do the job.

It went as expected with no issues.

This company is professional & courteous, from the person who answered the phone to the technician who came out & performed the repair. They were punctual. The technician didn't leave a mess. The repair was performed in a timely manner. I will use them again in the future & would recommend them if you have to call a plumber.
