Florida State Fence

From consultation to installation Florida State Fence was great to work with. From helping with HOA application, to scheduling install, to follow up of work completion…absolutely great customer service all around!!!! The fence is the nice finishing touch to our yard!!!

Fence installed in Southern Oaks. 100’ of 6’ tan vinyl fencing. Fence and gate look awesome, great installers from start to finish. Left the job site clean.

This fence company does not stand behind their work or follow through with the things they have agreed to do. When we first requested a quote, our sales person, Jonathan attempted to use shady tactics to force us into putting a deposit down immediately by saying that if we didn't put the deposit down by the end of the week, prices would go up. However, he was not able to say what price would go up (materials, labor, etc). When I called the office to find out what the new quote would be, the office didn't know what he was talking about and said that they were unaware of any price increases taking effect that week. We paid the 50% down and then paid the remaining amount when they came to install it. During the installation, they severed our underground cable lines. We contacted Jonathan who apologized for not having the utilities marked beforehand and asked us to have Spectrum forward them the bill. When we contacted him to find out where to send the bill, he said that they weren't going to pay for it because they felt that Spectrum shouldn't have buried the lines there. (Now the fence company is an underground utility expert 🙄). We purchased a $10,000 fence and they are not willing to pay for a $50 repair that they caused. After the fence install we noticed that rivets were missing in a few places. Then during a storm, one of our $250 solar caps flew off. They too were not secured. When they came to secure them, they brought glue. The fence was wet from rain, so glue wasn't going to be a good option. We asked them to secure them with screws or something more permanent. We are still waiting for that to happen 3 weeks later. Save your money and purchase a fence from a company who stands behind their work and their word.

Sergio and the guys were very accommodating while our photographer was here. We were able to get the home listed on Friday evening (same day as install) and had showing on appointments on Saturday. By mid-morning on Sunday, we had a signed contract after only 36 hours on MLS! I know for sure that the fence made a huge difference in the curb appeal, than you again Ray & Team!

It went really well. I had a cranky neighbor call the HOA on us and our install guy, Poncho, was very calm, cool and collected. He says it happens all the time and he is use to cranky neighbors.

James is always a pleasure to deal with when getting an estimate and scheduling. Andy, the repairman was very courteous and efficient. He did a great job repairing and cleaning up after the job was done. And I like that the office always gives a follow up call to make sure everything was done correctly.

They installed Fence and broke my sprinkler line that I found out after week and I took pictures and send them , their reply was they can't do nothing about because they don't know where sprinkler line and I ended up spend money to fix sprinkler so be careful guys , if you guys give them job make sure u ask for any damage who is responsible. I am not happy about and will never call for any other job
