Florida State Fence

The gentleman showed up promptly at 10a and got right to work. I was surprised he was alone but it was quickly apparent he didn't need any assistance. By 3p my fence was up and he was ready to go. I'm very pleased with the job done and plan to hire them again when I fence in the other side of the yard.

Paul came out quickly to assess and price our job. The men that came to install were on time, professional and polite. We had an issue due to several water lines being in the way and had to get an extra panel ordered to fix the problem. Paul helped resolve the issue quickly and we are very happy with our fence.

We had an old wooden fence that needed to be removed and taken away also a brand new 6 foot vinyl fence installed with gates ...It went better than expected we are so happy! We are recommending to our neighbors.

Hired Florida State Fence to install vinyl fencing around my property which is a little under an acre. I reached out to 2 other companies and settled on FSF due to their professionalism in the bidding process and fair pricing. They were accurate with their time-lines and the installation crew did a fantastic job. The project itself was a bit challenging since I do have a number of large oak trees that make digging challenging. Overall I was very pleased with the hire and the fence looks fantastic.

Great. Came on time and completed the work very fast. Over a year later the fence is still in great shape and much more durable than my neighbors. The owners personally reached out after installation to ensure satisfaction.

Florida State Fence did an amazing job on my new fence. The entire process was super easy. They took all of the measurements, filed the permits with the city and sent all the apropiate paper work to my HOA. My fence was up in less than a week if their sales rep coming to my home. I would totally recommend them, and have.

Florida Fence was one of the few companies that could come out and do an estimate. The fence exceeded our expectations--they were done in one day! Showed up on time. Overall, very happy and will use them again.

Our experience with Florida State Fence was excellent. We reached out to several contractors, and not only was Florida State Fence the first to respond, they were first to schedule a quote, the most accommodating, and had the least expensive quote. They also had the shortest timeline for installation. Paul was very professional, answered all my questions, and offered solutions to any problems that popped up. We are very happy with our fence installation. It appears to be excellent quality. The gates function well and have nice hardware. They followed the ground closely to keep our dogs secure, as requested. We would definitely recommend Florida State Fence.

I scheduled a rep to come meet me to give me an estimate. I should have paid attention to the other reviews that said they were unreliable, unresponsive, and unprofessional because that is exactly how I got treated. The rep never showed up and never called. My time is valuable and this company obviously does not need or want my business. Like I said, my project is very large (several hundred linear feet) so it is their loss.

Almost went off without a hitch. Had an issue with part of the fence being set in incorrect location. Called next day and crew was sent out 2 days later to move to correct line in my yard. I was very specific on location as there was an issue with neighbors. I felt I should have been called if the crew had any questions but instead they moved off my requested line to avoid some tree roots. They did come back and correct and the fence looks great.

We made the mistake of contracting with Lowe’s to have our side fence replaced mistakenly believing that dealing with a national company would insure that the work would be done properly. First, we contracted for the fence in September, 2017, and Lowe’s did not get the permit issued until November 10, 2017. Florida State Fence apparently handles all of Lowe’s fencing subcontracting. They scheduled the installation for a date in December. The day before the install they called to postpone it for a day, moving it to a Saturday. They showed up on Saturday afternoon, tore down the existing fence, and commenced installing the posts. Before installing the panels the one crew member who spoke some English asked for my approval because the fence would end 4’+ back from the front of the house because instead of starting the posts at the front of the house and moving back they started them at the rear behind the rear fence, moving forward. We ordered them to stop work. After 3+ weeks of back and forth with them and Lowe’s they finally arrived on a Sunday to install the fence. They removed the improperly installed posts and installed the fence without issues. However, the gate was sloppily installed and the lock on the latch was placed on the outside of the gate, not the inside (despite the fact we have a pool). They both claim having the lock on the outside of the fence is standard, which makes absolutely no sense to me as that provides no security. We have gone around and around with them and Lowe’s with no satisfaction. The City has not approved the installation and 2 months after they first attempted to install the fence we still do not have a fence that has passed inspection. We have had no less than 20 phone calls with Florida State Fence and Lowe’s with no results or satisfaction. Their customer service has been atrocious and they continue to insist there isn’t a latch available that locks on the inside which we find unbelievable. We will never contract with Lowe’s or Florida State Fence again.

Saw them working on a neighbors house , called to get information and they responded immediately, which was a pleasant surprise considering they were extremely busy after Hurricane Irma. They came out quickly to give an estimate which compared to other companies was extremely affordable. Workers were efficient, friendly and neat.. No mess in yard. It was a great experience. Even gave us a multiple neighbor discount.

I had a great experience with Florida State fence. They responded quickly and were able to get our fence replace in a reasonable amount of time. The installer did a great job, left everything neat and clean. Arrived on time and I would definitely hire them again. The plus was that they were 20% less expensive than anyone else we interviewed.

We got quote for partial replacement decided to do the job our self as partial fence replacement is generally easier much cheaper to do yourself . Was much cheaper we rank fence company with 5 stars for there pro services when ready to do entire fence we would call them Thanks

Called four fence companies and they were the best professionally in the response, price and workmanship. We have a fairly large yard/fence with many plants, bushes and trees. This was not an easy job. Three employees arrived at the time that was given. Very organize as to taking the fence down, putting the post in the ground and piece by slats the fence went up. The fence did not come already nailed together, they did it here piece by piece. Have the best gate now heavy duty and we can get lawn mower and garage outside with out any difficulties. Later in the day 3 more employees arrived to finish the job and clean the yard. No plants were harm and we have a very nice-looking fence. Would hire them again when we move again.
