The representative I worked with work with the homeowners association and the Builder to ensure that my fence met all applicable codes and removed me from the process. We quoted a vinyl fence with about 4 different companies and ended up hiring Florida Stare Fence. Their pricing was in the middle. Very happy with the customer service and the overall quality. I especially like their gate hardware over everyone else.

They were prompt and courteous. Price was great. The workers were fast, friendly and very professional. Cleaned up all debrie, and didn't "bury" it. Our neighbor had a fence installed a year ago, which we split the cost on our adjoining property side, by another company. In comparison, Fl. State puts them to shame in all aspects. We plan to have them install more fence to our investment property. I highly recommend them!

II called the office and was told an estimator would call me back. It has been a week and no one called. This tells me all I need to know about their customer service.

Our contact, James, was amazing. We got a quote right away and we wanted to do the job immediately. We got on his schedule but then the quarantine happened. Despite all of that, he kept in touch with us and made sure to get our fence installation done as soon as he could. His crew worked so fast, cleaned up when they were done and our new fence looks amazing! We would definitely work with this company again.

Installers were quick, effective and clean. Fence was up in a few hours(144sq) The didn’t leave a mess. The Fence looks perfect. Couldn’t be happier with it

Ray has been great to work with. He’s very responsive and takes the time to explain the process. We have a rather decent sized yard, and the quote we were given by Florida State Fence has been tough to beat.

Working with Ray was great! I quoted several other vendors any their pricing came out best. I worked with Ray to get the quote customized to my needs and it actually thousands of dollar less than some other vendors. Never received call back with Project $500 Credit Toward Fencing. Had to call them 3x....never even received info/details about Angie's List promo listed below. After my 3rd call....received phone quote $1000 HIGHER than other quotes I've received. To which employee flippantly remarked "maybe this isn't the fence company for you!" F- Could not get the job done correctly after two attempts, problems galore, poor subcontractors, demonstrated a clear lack of integrity and honesty when it came to honoring the signed contract. I finally had to hire and pay another company to fix the problems. They violated their own contract, broke HOA rules and requirements, and ruined their reputation in my community permanently with many if not all the home owners.

A few years ago, before Irma our fence needed repair. After Irma, it needed replacement. We called four companies to get estimates to have a new fence installed. Just to get an estimate, we had to wait a few weeks for someone to inspect the property. Florida State Fence was the only company to send someone in a few days. Although their estimate was neither the cheapest nor the steepest, we chose them. And they did a terrific job! Recently, a large limb from a 30+ foot tall Sweet Gum tree fell and damaged the fence. We called them to repair it, which they did very efficiently and professionally. Thank you for the memories.

After gathering several quotes, I decided to go with Florida State Fence since they are an Angie's List member. I had them install a fence along one side of our property where a previously installed fence was placed. I warned the sales representative on-site the day of installation that there is a lawn irrigation line along the property line and to be careful while installing the new fence. They ended up breaking the irrigation line in several places, some beyond repair. I spent hours with an irrigation company trying to fix what they damaged. To warn you, they do mention that they are not responsible for "unmarked lines." Since I physically showed them and told them the day of installation, I would consider that marked. I can see how one spot might have been an accident, but not several. I had to decommission lines and create new ones. Spent a lot of money and time fixing what they damaged. I asked that they act in good faith and pay for the damages which were not at all excessive. They refused and did not apologize for the damage, not once. I'm really shocked at the loss of good will and not trying to right something that was obviously their fault. They cared more about their one-liner "we are not responsible," than customer service.

Paul and the team did an amazing job! Love my new fence! The guys that installed the fence were awesome and the price cannot be beat.

Workers arrived on time, were professional, everything was methodically installed and the price was the best in town! Really satisfied and have been and will continue to recommend Florida State Fence!!!

Salesman made appointment when we inquired in a timely manner and arrived exactly on time. He was knowledgeable about the product and gave us an install date that was reasonable and prompt.

Derek came out to give me an estimate for my 20 feet of fence, with a 4-foot gate. He explained how much higher the new fence would be (due to aging and wear of old fence) which turned out to look much better than I imagined. The crew was a little late due to a slight miscommunication, but they tore down my old fence and built, plank-by-plank, my new fence and gate, complete with beautiful hardware. I never thought I'd say that I love a fence, but I really do. I almost don't want my HOA to paint it and stain instead.

Love my new fence and gate. My new fence was finished in about4 hours. The contractor was very helpful with my request. It was easy to communicate with him and the company. The workers did a good job with the installation. I will hire them again.
