It took quite some time from when I contacted them about installing a fence and when it was actually completed. I guess I can't complain about them being busy but having a dog we really wanted to get the fence in as soon as possible, so it was a long 5 weeks. Now that it is installed I can say it was worth the wait. The actual installation went very well. They did a great job and were very personable. I would absolutely recommend them, just don't be in a hurry.

The whole process went very well. From calling to get an estimate to installation. Paul came out to give the estimate. The work was done within about 6 weeks, even with the Covid situation. On the day of installation the guys showed up a little early, and got straight to work taking down the old wood fence and putting up the new vinyl fence, all in about 4 hours. They were very nice, polite and clean. They cleaned up everything from hauling off the old fence and cleaning up after the installation. Would recommend and hire again if needed.

Value ***HORRIBLE SERVICE.**** I hired this company due to the numerous positive reviews. I had received several bids and felt that the company seemed the most professional. They replaced a 12 year old board on board fence that was falling over due to posts leaning. They built the fence on site however a storm was coming and the installers worked quickly and got it done just as it started to pour. It looked nice but within 2 weeks boards all over every so many feet and in every section started splitting top to bottom right down the middle where nails were driven. We contacted our salesman via email with no response and then finally by text and found out there is no warranty and simply told that wood is organic material and liable to split. This is an installation problem from how the boards were nailed. Now we are left with a brand new $6K fence that we have to go repair ourselves because we can see clear into neighbors yards and worry of our dogs and neighbors dogs staying fenced. Our old fence was also wood and 12 years old but not split. I’m very disappointed. Not even an offer to fix it for a fee just left high and dry. Ignore all the reviews and go with a little guy that would appreciate your hard earned money during a pandemic! The photo is just one example but it’s all over.

From the first phone contact, to meeting with the sales consultant, Chris Bernhardt, who provided me with a timely work estimate and answering my numerous questions, were professional and helped me to move forward with Florida State Fence. Once the work crew arrived, I could tel that these were hard-working and seasoned professionals who were "all business". The only hiccup I experienced, was the crew's original placement of two short fence pieces that needed to be added to complete a side. Instead of having one on each end of the fence, which looked strange, I suggested that these two small sections be moved to one side, installed on a corner where both pieces would be together. A quick call to Chris and he relayed the info to the crew manager. Otherwise the work was done well, looks great and the product is of top quality! The price was less expensive than the other top tier competitors and when I looked around and researched the others, I found shabby looking products, PVC that was recycled, thin material and weather damage. I highly recommend doing business with Florida State Fence and will do business them again.

Received a response right away from my initial contact saying that someone would call to set-up a quote within 2 days. 5 days later I got a call, but had already hired someone. The guy seemed very lackadaisical about the whole thing.

Everything was perfect from the start to finish. I would definitely use again and highly recommend others use as well!

I had a 6 foot high white vinyl fence installed on my property. My salesman (Jonathan) was punctual for the initial measurement and estimate. He stayed in touch with me through the entire project and was always responsive when questions or changes arose. I am in the process of getting another fencing project estimated by Jonathan at a condo complex where I sit on the board of directors. Due to the busy schedule of their crews there was a several week wait for the fence installation. It was worth the wait. Both my wife and myself were very pleased with the quality of the crew and the fence installation. We were also pleased with the professionalism of Chris who did the project estimate. We highly recommend Florida State Fence.

My salesman was awesome, very helpful with getting info I needed for HOA paperwork. The guys who actually installed the fence were very friendly and respectful of my property. The fence looks fantastic and I have a very happy puppy now!

Prompt service and reasonable adjustment was made to the price after the service call to adjust the fence was completed.

Paul came out to give me pricing on a white vinyl fence to replace my old board on board wood fence. The price was close to the same as other fence companies but I accepted as I read many good reviews on Angie's list about Florida State Fence service. After accepting the proposal I needed to get a survey done to mark the property lines. The installation was a few weeks out, but when the day came it all went very smoothly. They removed my old wood fence and replaced it with a nice looking white vinyl fence. I have had many complements from the neighbors. Thanks to Paul and Florida State Fence for great service.
