Description of Work: We had to replace the driveway because of root damage from a 35 year old oak tree. What should have been a one day job took almost three due to the extensive root system that had to come out in order to put the new driveway in. Also we added additional driveway space and repaired a short walkway. I was very impressed with the care and professionalism of the entire Fleet crew. They were on time and courteous to us and the neighbors who came over to watch. I thought the price was fair and did not change although the work exceeded their expectations due to the extensive root system. Highly recommend.

We received an email from the member via OUR WEBSITE EMAIL, not Angies' List email. A response was sent to the member asking her to call our office at 813-968-6028. This is our standard protocol. To date, we cannot find any call, response, or reply from the member in our records.

Member called us November 12, 2015 to schedule an appointment for an estimate on a structural slab and screen room. The appointment was set for November 16, 2015. We met with the member and told her we would email the proposal, as we had to verify set backs with the county building department. The county building department told us that a permit for her project had already been APPLIED for on OCTOBER 22, 2015 and was ISSUED on NOVEMBER 03, 2015, before we even arrived for our appointment with the member. This member had already contracted the work with another company before we even met with her. When we confronted her with this information, she became angry when we declined to become involved in her controversy with the other contractor. Her negative review is unfounded. When we met with her, she was already well underway with the construction process.

Description of Work: Bob was prompt to our meeting at my home to discuss my project and seemed professional but then I did not hear back from him for 3 weeks. I called at the 3 week mark and spoke with him. He was surprised that I had not gotten a quote and said he needed to check my file and he would call me back. 2 weeks later and not a peep. I guess I didn't win the "Bob" lottery as some others have.

The member contacted us over 2 years ago for a driveway estimate. We met with her and provided an estimate. She stated she wanted to go forward with the project, then called us to say she had a personal matter and would call us again when she was ready. The member called 6 months or so later and we scheduled another appointment to come back out. She called and cancelled the appointment and said she would contact us again when she was ready. Several more months passed by and she called again. We scheduled and she cancelled again. We scheduled another appointment and again she cancelled. The last time she called was on a Saturday and Bob offered to come out. She said "no, I don't think the weather is good". We have done everything we can to accommodate this member. We have been very responsive and empathetic to this member.

Description of Work: Date of service was confirmed. Bob was a no show to the job and never responded to my messages after I contracted him multiple times. He left me to scramble to find a new decking company to have the job completed after he stood us up.

After numerous trips to her home, the member insisted on providing her own materials/products (travertine). Fleet's policy does not allow us to install customer provided travertine/products. The member does not have, nor has she ever had any contract with Fleet to do anything.
