Bob came out promptly, and we noticed he just has an easiness about him, we liked him right away, and that's important to us. We showed him our problem spots, he explained what they would do, and gave us an estimate while he was here. We also suggested an expansion to the driveway that we were considering, he looked it over and advised against it, and explained why - which means he put our interests before his own, most admirable. The work was scheduled, delayed due to rain, and Bob had the courtesy to call us well in advance to let us know when he'd be here, and then he came out with the crew to oversee the process, was careful to make sure the cement truck stayed in the center of our driveway so they wouldn't crack it, was hands on with the whole project. He helped my son and I make hand impressions in the driveway, and then sent us inside with instructions to immediately wash hands for safety. Workers were skilled and respectful, cost was right on estimate. Thank you !!!

Mr. Coaster, the owner is incredibly professional. He was punctual, friendly, helpful and willing to work with us. Choosing what company to go with was a hard decision to make, but we did end up going with another company.

The job was completed in one day, on the scheduled day. The quality of the workmanship is excellent. Bob seems to take great pride in his work and cares enough to go over all the details to make certain everything will come out OK at the end. I highly recommend Fleet Concrete!

Excellent communication. Work was completed in 1.5 days. All of my concerns before, during and after the job were addressed... where they could be and where I wanted to bother with the concerns. Several months now after the work was performed, I'm 80% satisfied with the quality of work. There is a low spot in the concrete in an unfortunate area and the runoff is not very good in another area. I DID NOT bring these items to Fleet's attention after the fact and will live with them. THAT SAID, I feel that if I brought these issues to Fleet, they would 100% do whatever is necessary to make me happy. They made it very clear to me that they wanted me to be absolutely happy with the work they did.

The sidewalk by my driveway was severely damaged by some large trucks that were driving over it to remove some trees from my yard. Fleet removed about 20 linear feet of debris and replaced it with fresh concrete reinforced with rebar.

I called for an estimate and Bob from Fleet came over to measure the site and offered several good suggestions on shape and design. We altered the shape based on his recommendation to accommodate a larger screen area I was considering for the future. This minor change did not increase his price, but will save me big headaches down the road. He also addressed my concerns regarding the air conditioner pad and assured me it would be a seamless pad with a drainage area on the back side to ensure the unit could be maintained or replaced easily. Bob scheduled the job and the crew showed up on time both days. They were courteous and left the work site in good condition when they were finished. I am very happy with my new patio area and would recommend Fleet to anyone needing concrete.

Fleet Concrete was professional and very swift. Workers even completed the job on the weekend and in the rain to make sure the job was complete on time! They did an outstanding job in satisfying our vision of the ultimate backyard Florida haven. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to upgrade their patio!

Fleet concrete worked hard to accommodate my crazy schedule. On relatively short notice they were able to schedule the work during my time off. Day #1 they cut and removed the concrete. Day #2 the new plumbing pipes were installed, and day #3 they arranged for the termite folks to treat the dirt under the floor and poured the new floor. They were flexible; upon discovery that the main waste pipe in my house needed to be removed, they cut the extra concrete and did not charge me an extra arm and leg to do so. They showed great respect for my house, ensuring that the concrete dust did not get everywhere. They cleaned the surrounding area, garage and driveway when they were done. I have other plans in the works and I intend to use Fleet Concrete again. I have also recommended them to several of my friends that want concrete work done. Great job guys. Thank you.

They were true to their estimate. They showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job. I would use them again.

The project went well overall. The contractor showed up when he said he would. His crews worked quickly, and for the most part, efficiently. There were a couple of tense moments; first when the termite control contractor arrived before the site had been fully prepped. Also, the concrete pumping subcontractor had some problems with the hose clogging. After several false starts, the problem was resolved when the prime contractor directed him to use a larger diameter hose. The final product met my expectations; and Bob Custer did a great job explaining the materials and work process.

Fantastic! We are very happy! Mr. Custer was very professional and his workmen were polite and clean. The whole job was formed, poured, finished, and forms torn down and removed the same day. The yard was cleaned up and the concrete looks great!

Bob came on schedule to give an estimate, which was very competitive. He was able to start within a few days, and completed the job in two days (one day ahead of schedule)! His full time workers were courteous, neat and efficient. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him!

Bob was extremely courteous and conscientious. He responded promptly to the telephone inquiry, and was also prompt in coming out to give me an estimate and in completing the work. The work crew of three men were also courteous, they got along well, and they worked hard. I am pleased with the results.

I contacted them to find out info about the job. They informed me about the root pruning that needed to be done before the work needed to be done. They gave me their recommendation for stump removal as well as gave me the option for picking someone myself. After the root pruning was done, Fleet scheduled me at my convenience. They performed the work very competently, and I was happy with the outcome. They also coordinated their work with the root company in order to work together.

Not sure since I was never called back. I spoke to a woman once but she advised I should look into my ARC for permits. I agreed but still wanted someone to come out and quote. I ended up calling A&A who came out promptly and sent a professional quote within days.

THE GENTLEMAN WAS PROFESSIONAL AND PROMPT FOR THE APPOINTMENT. WE CHOSE ANOTHER PERSON, BUT WE WISH THAT WE HAD CHOSEN HIS COMPANY.

EXCELLENT CLEANUP. VERY UNDERSTANDING ABOUT HOLDING UP THEIR WORK BECAUSE I HAD TO GO OUT OF TOWN.

I CONTACTED FLEET AND SPOKE WITH A WOMAN WHO ANSWERED THE PHONE. I TOLD HER WHAT WORK WE HAD DONE AND WHAT WORK WE NEEDED THEIR HELP WITH. SHE WANTED TO KNOW WHERE WE WERE GETTING OUR ADVICE FROM. THEN SHE STATED THAT SHE DIDNT KNOW HOW ANYBODY COULD PROVIDE ADVICE WITHOUT SEEING THE SITUATION THEMSELVES. THEN SHE SAID THAT THEY COULD NOT HELP US. SHE NEVER OFFERED TO HAVE ANYONE COME ACCESS THE SITUATION IN PERSON. I FELT LIKE I WAS BEING SCOLDED BY HER AND SHE WAS QUITE DEMEANING. SHE ALSO MADE IT A POINT (WHY, I DONT KNOW) TO TELL ME THAT WHAT WE WERE PLANNING TO DO WOULD BE EXPENSIVE, VERY EXPENSIVE. AND THEN ADDED THAT THIS WAS NOT A $200 JOB. I NEVER SAID THAT I WAS TRYING TO BE CHEAP. I JUST SAID WE WERE TRYING TO DO MOST OF THE WORK OURSELVES. I WAS CERTAINLY WILLING TO PAY A CONTRACTOR TO FIX THE MISTAKES WE MADE.
