Everything was perfect with each portion of the job done beautifully and completed on time. No shortcuts, no excuses, just perfection. We couldn't be happier!

It took them two days to do the work and I think they did a great job. They worked all day, were very professional, and made sure the work was done on time. They were neat and blew off any residue that was left on the driveway. Everything was left clean and they were neatly attired. When I called the office receptionist she was very courteous, understanding, and pleasant. It was a great first impression of a company.

It turned out really well. Fleet managed the project professionally and promptly, doing everything they said they would do.

Tried to get an estimate for a enclosing a patio with screens. First appt was cancelled due to rain. Second appt no call to cancel. Three days later, a phone message was left to say they couldn't make the appt. Did not bother to reschedule.

Fleet was great from the saleman to the conrete workers. They finished the job in one day.

Bob was great. The Fleet crew can out and ripped up part of the driveway, cut the roots and then repoured the concrete. The job came out beautiful. Bob also fixed a small part of my pool deck (no charge). The job was finished in a day and it looks great.

I was extremely pleased with the way this company does business. It is not surprising to see that this company is so highly rated on Angie's List. They get an A plus plus in every category from me. This company is ran very well and they understand what customer service is all about. No surprises - they say what they are going to do and then they do it. I will use them in the future!!!!!

Great job from Fleet, we had a brand new patio poured - approx 512 square feet where there once was dirt we now have a curved 2 level concrete patio. Crew arrived prompt on the day of the pour and worked with us to give us a foundation for a brand new yard to enjoy. We felt the price was good, the quality was great and the customer service outstanding. Would not hesitate to use Bob and Fleet again in the future.

They were prompt to arrive on the scheduled day for the tear down. All materials were removed. They were very accomodating in working with me to allow time for me to complete painting of the exterior walls prior to installing the new screens,frame, roof. The installer took extra steps to ensure that electric wiring was run thru a channel for the fan we would later install. They did the job professionally, within the time frame originally set and the final product exceeded our expectations

Great response from company and Bob. Called for estimate at 2:30 and Bob responded immediately and scheduled for same day. Arrived on time and took less than an hour to remove concrete and haul away. Couldn't be more pleased.

Went well. He went over all the areas of concern I had and is willing to take on the job. He advised to install the pool first because it could damage the work he does if he does it first . Very smart. the trucks broke the concrete on the existing drive....

Bob from Fleet came out on a Monday, they had the job complete on Friday morning, great quality, great experience. Will definitely use again. I called many other companies for quotes, they were very unresponsive, in fact, I received a call back AFTER Fleet had already finished the job.

Fleet's team responded promptly to our first inquiry. My wife and I knew we wanted a patio to replace a worn and weather-beaten deck, but we didn't have a lot of direction for what we wanted the patio to look like. The company's owner, Bob Custer, came out to our home within days and spent enough time talking and working with us to determine the best design for our needs. His professionalism and knowledge impressed us. Out of three concrete companies we contacted, his was the easy pick, and he started work just days later, bringing with him a impressive team that worked quickly. However cliche this sounds, it felt like we were the most important customers throughout the three days they worked on the project.

Bob is very professional and dependable. The project went smoothly from start to finish. The problems that occurred, Bob resolved them quickly. For example: after the project was finished we noticed part of the walkway had a discoloration. Bob had it analyzed and discovered a contamination in the cement. He had his crew cut out and replaced the damaged area the same day. He was always available for any questions or concerns we had. He was always on top of the project. After the project was finished he assured us to call him if needed. We are very happy with our new patio and walkway. We received many compliments from our friends and neighbors. I would use Fleet Concrete in the future and would highly recommend them to others.

They did a very good job. They were on time. They did exactly what they were contracted to do. My brother is a carpenter. He gave Fleet the exact specifications for the foundation and he was extremely pleased, as I was, with the job. Fair price, great work, on time. You can't ask for anything more. If you want the job done right, use Fleet.

I have been meaning to write this review for over a year - better late than never. Our driveway pad was installed poorly when originally installed by a contractor 10 years ago. It was sinking in spots causing endless messy puddles and huge cracks, plus we had root growth that was undermining the integrity of the whole thing. From beginning to end, my experience with Fleet was excellent - every member of their team, from the main office down to the guys who came to do the were prompt, understanding, professional, courteous. They did exactly what we needed plus a little more! Even though the location of the pad was difficult to get to with a large truck, they did what they had to to get the best quality concrete back to the area. I highly recommend them. One year later the driveway still looks beautiful! Kids are playing hopscotch, riding bikes and creating sidewalk art with no fear of tripping over broken edges or weird dips. Bob - sorry it took me so long to get this review written. Hope all is good with you and your team!

Very punctual,. flexible, and his crew is outstanding in professionalism. The quality of work was also outstanding. Fast forward 6 months and I needed some grading done in my yard to take care of some flooding issues. This time I called to get three quotes. The first guy came out, said he would email me a quote, and I never heard from him again. The second guy came out, knew his stuff, but his quote was outrageous. Bob and one of his guys came out and it was a done deal. Job was done on schedule and to my expectation. I see some reviewers give him A's on everything and a B on price. His price is a great value considering the quality and professionalism you get. You get what you pay for and with him you get much more.

It was a new house built from the ground up. It involved all the county building inspections, lot's of earth moving, leveling and concrete. A building survey was done mid way and passed the county review. The walls were great and I can report the roof went on without a problem as the breezeway measurement between buildings was perfect.

I had a very small area on sidewalk that had been broken up tp replace sewer pipe. I requested a repair job. They came came and did it beautifully on a day when I was, unfortunately, at the hospital with my elderly mother. I had forgotten they were coming. Came home to a great repair job, better than I could have asked. I had to pester the owner ffr the address to send the payment. They will be the only company I use for any work....driveways, sidewalks, etc.

Day 1 - They showed up at 9 am and had the basic layout dug up and all of the old blocks removed by 1pm. They worked to 5 pm grading, tamping and layout of the final shape of the driveway. Day 2 - The crew arrived at 8 am and the first Concrete showed up at 8:30 and the second at 9:30 and by 11:30 they were booming the surface. The crew from Fleet are awesome, I bought them pizza and soda for they hard work. Day 3 - The crew arrived at 8 am to strip off the wood and cut the stress groves in the driveway. They left my yard clean and free of any garbage. I am very pleased with the professionalism of the company and especially there crew.

We got many estimates and choose Fleet for many reasons. The owner came out to give us an estimate and I immediately had a good feeling about his company. He had many great ideas that helped us design the new driveway, sidewalk, stoop and patio. Everyone else just came out, measured and gave us a price, there's nothing wrong with that but with Fleet, I almost felt as if we had hired a designer also. His ideas were great and helped us get much more curb appeal than if we would have just replaced what was there. Their prices were good too, so we hired them. The team Fleet used was friendly and great. We hit some hiccups along the way (not their fault), as any remodel does, and Fleet went above and beyond to make everything go smoothly. They were not penny pinchers at all. They even added some extra touches for no extra charge! I have never used such a great company.

We have oak trees in our front yard and after living here 20+ years the roots began to lift, crack, and crumble our driveway. We obtained several estimates and although Fleet was not the least expensive, Bob seemed to be the most knowledgeable about what he thought was going on underneath our driveway. He and his crew did a great job. They did exactly what was promised, arriving when they said they would and completing the job within the time frame promised. Although they hit a water pipe and cable line, they fixed it immediately with no issues. They treated us and our property with respect and even went an "extra mile" trying to appease me by doing a sea shell outline in the concrete for my grandchildren. It didn't work out the way we thought it would, but they gave me their time and effort trying. I would highly recommend Fleet Concrete for any concrete work.

These guys were the best company I have ever dealt with. The man who came out to give me an estimate had excellent suggestions concerning my driveway. When he gave me the estimate I thought it was reasonable for the amount of concrete i was getting. He told me what time they would be here (7 AM) and inwardly I chuckled, thinking "Sure they will, they are driving from Tampa and they are going to leave there at 5:30 AM...right!". But they were right on time! I could hardly believe it. Their crew is amazing. They each have a job and watching them work is interesting because they coordinate with each other so well. They are also happy workers, which is much more pleasant to listen to than ones who bicker the whole time they are here. It took them three days to complete the job, and they were on time each day, happy each day, efficient each day. I was impressed. I wish all workers I have at my house could take lessons from these guys! If there was a grade above an "A" I would certainly give it to Fleet Concrete!

They were honest. However, their prices were off. Their communication wasn't great. It wasn't an extraordinary experience.
