Fleet did a great job in repairing a large hole in the outer wall of my home that was put there by my plumber when leaking pipes needed to be repaired. The hole had to be made to access the pipes and I contacted Fleet to repair it. They filled it in and smoothed it over absolutely evenly with the rest of the block and now I just need to have it painted. They gave me a very fair price and the man who did the work, Anthony, has years of experience and was able to complete the job in just a few hours.

All went smoothly and timely. The crew were excellent and friendly. While digging up the old driveway, a part of our tiled stoop was damaged, but was repaired nicely. Bob was very personable and professional and I very much appreciated being able to call him with any questions. In the office, Rose was wonderful and friendly and took the time to walk me through the whole process. The finished product was better than I had anticipated. Billy, Deon and Kevin are very hard workers had to re-do the shape a bit, but did it on the recommendation of Bob (who is a perfectionist). I am extremely happy with the outcome, and highly recommend Fleet Concrete for those looking to do any type of concrete work they are looking for in the Tampa Bay area.

Overall, it was good. They fixed the garage door the best they could. The workers were very helpful and clean. We talked them down to $2,000, but we paid another company $50 to relocate a section of our sprinkler system so that Fleet could work in that area.

Fleet arrived the day they said they would. Prepped the area in one day, poured it the next, and completed the work about mid-day the 3rd day. They cleaned up the work site and did an excellent job. Very happy with their work. Always respectful and responsive. This is the second time I have used them, and would again if I need concrete work. Bob is very good to work with. I got the Angie's list discount.

The person I talked with was more interested in telling me that I wouldn't get the phone company to pay for the repairs to my driveway -- even though they had already agreed to do the repairs -- than discuss the job and what they would charge. Not impressive.

Fleet came and provided an estimate to install a 8' by 33' deck extension on the back of residence. the estimate was to excavate area 10' by 33'. install a 12' BY 12" monolithic type erosion footer, with 1 # 5 rebar, pin new pad into existing slab 3' off center. Form patio area 10' by 33' with 2" by 10" boards, compact soil, place and finish concrete with fibers to 3,000psi, price included use of concrete pump, and finally broom finish. The final cost included the 5% Angies discount and dinner card with $25. Bob and his crew showed up at the specified time and started removing soil and compacting soil and setting forms. They poured the pad and completed all requirements in 4 hours. After pouring Bob realized that he had miss-calculated the amount of cement that was needed due a misunderstanding that I wanted the pad to be 8' from screen porch. There was an addition 2' indent past the porch. He caught his error and immediately let me know that he would refund the difference. The crew did a great job and we couldn't be more pleased with the work. I would recommend Fleet to anyone looking for cement work.

Bob and his crew did a great job on our sunroom. We initially got some quotes around town and quickly found that our budget had to increase a little. Bob was a referral to us from a friend. He came out and gave us an estimate very quickly and on par with the other contractors. He also had countless pictures of other projects his company had completed in the past. From concept to reality Bob was there and made minor adjustments with no issues. He had all the tools to get the job done. I never had any doubts through out the process. I can honestly say that I chose Bob from a couple other referrals sent to me because overall he showed more experience and solutions for our specific needs. Overall the quality of the Sunroom is sound. I love how sturdy it is. He even did a few things extra without additional cost. At the very least, it would not hurt to have Bob come out and just get a quote. You will learn something new. I am sure. I use to do construction projects in the past with another general contractor and Bob showed me things I never would have thought of. Overall - solid company, good price, good product. Just what I was looking for when comes to a project this big.

She said they don't do cement and they do concrete. She was very argumentative and all I wanted someone to come look at it. She was just arguing with me and said they take care of everything over the phone. I told her someone would need to come look at it first and she wouldn't agree to it. This is a $52,000 repair and she wouldn't even agree to send someone out to look at it. The woman I talked to was no help.

Bob was very professional and helpful. The driveway and walkway look great and we got exactly what we expected. Excellent customer service - he helped pull out our old basketball goal and carted it away for us . . .even offered to pour the concrete for our new one. A little on the expensive side, but worth it for a quality job with no hassle. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Called Fleet Concrete and talked with Bob Custer about replacing driveway and walk-way to house with underground rain drain pipe under the walk-way to the street. Rather straight forward, right? Maybe with other contractors, but not with Bob. We got a well designed, functional driveway with a "wow" factor walk-way complete with flares and curved angle. The underground pipe ends with a pop-up valve at the street so the pipe remains closed until the water pushes it up to flow down the street gutter. Bob was in contact with us, via telephone and in person, all during the process. We love the design and practicability and it always elicits surprise and favorable comments from visitors.

All was excellent and as expected...very professional and friendly.

The owner showed up everyday (5 days) of the project to ensure that everything was being completed correctly. He and his workers were cordial, prompt, and answered every concern that we had. Also, the receptionist is professional, polite, and exceptionally knowledgeable about the concreting process. Furthermore, she assisted with all the paperwork that needed to filed with the state and the HOA. The project was finished on time and with little or no disturbance to my family and neighbors. The exterior of the house was left clean and free of debris.

It went grew. here on time. 2 days done.

They are licensed insured and bonded. They are locally owned and operated and highly rated with BBB and Angie's List and that meant a lot to us. Their are many reasons they are rated A. It starts with the charming Rose who handles the office. She was always very pleasant over the phone and always did a great job of getting us set up the way we needed to be. When the project started the wrecking crew came out and did a very nice job. They were very efficient at what they did and got the driveway tore up and hauled away like it was noting. Next the 2 man crew of Billy and Ron came out to get the area prepped for the concrete. They worked very hard to make sure the ground was level and and everything was killed and ready for the concrete. Again they were very friendly and very hard working. On the last day when the concrete arrived the 3rd member of the crew, Ronnie, joined the other men, and they continued their hard work. This was a messy job that was handled with great care. Everything got down real nice and our driveway turned out exactly how we wanted, and we now understand why they are an A+ company. I would be remiss not to mention Bob the owner and estimator. He was the one who really helped guide us through the process. He had some very beautiful designs that he showed us, but understood they weren't in our budget. He did a great job of focusing on our budget and getting the best driveway picked out for us. We really appreciate the no nonsense attitude that they had to make sure that we received the A+ driveway that we were hoping for. We would recommend them to anybody who needs both a basic driveway or something more upscale. They really are worthy of their A+ rating.

Very great job. More than accommodating my schedule. My husband and I are very happy with the finished product. Neighbors have been over to admire it!

I called expecting the worst from the receptionist and was pleasantly surprised. She couldn't have been nicer. She was very efficient and helpful.

Bob suggested that I try an alternative prior to spending a considerable amount of money.

I am going to agree with this other review, I could not get beyond the rude, abrupt, woman who answered the phone. When I mentioned that I had found them on Angie's list with such positive reviews, I also mentioned that there appeared to be one about her. After owning a business, I cannot imagine having someone answer the phone who behaves as if you are going to waste her time and you could not possibly know what you are talking about or need. She needs some additional training of how to listen, to moderate her tone of voice and to not be so strident.

I just needed an estimate to do work...not a rude woman having a bad day! I have had this job bid on by other reputable companies, and like to get three estimates before proceeding with any work. Not sure why this person was so nasty, but I told her that I would seek another builder to get this work done. If this is what to expect from the customer service end of things, I shudder to think how I would be treated if I made the mistake of hiring them. [approximate cost of service $15,000.00]

They were here at the appointed time and began the work immediately. Bob Custer, the owner, was here to explain to his men what was to be done. The two men who poured the concrete work very well together. I really had no idea what to expect so I watched as they worked. They were very neat while working and did a great job cleaning up when the job was complete. I would definitely recommend Fleet Concrete as well as call them again if I need additional concrete work done.

They were excellent. They were hardworking and punctual. The owner of the company was out discussing last minute details with me and making some recommendations. I asked about something at the last minute and they included that without any problem.

Showed up on time and finished the job. Explained things well.

So what can I say about Rose...and Bob. My first conversation was with Rose, loved her from the moment we spoke. Then Bob called he first met with my husband, but was kind enough to return to explain the job to me. This is was HUGH undertaking. Bob told me not to worry it would be great! So, one day a VILLAGE shows up. There were so many men! It was incredible. Hiram was the foreman and he was awesome! He was kind enough to make last minute changes and even helped us install a flag pole, not on the original plan. They had to remove lots of gravel that was on the driveway, dig out an old planter and set up the wood to form the circle and walkways. In between all the madness, we had a problem with a water main, and RAIN nots of RAIN. It was cover on cover off. IN all the everyone was on task, no one lost their cool. Except may be. But I have to say when all was said and done even with the problems, the job was awesome! I look at the house and can't believe it ever look as bad as it did. The driveway has added so much to the home. It was worth the investment. Next we have to get Bob back to give us an estimate to build a room on the back patio. I was very pleased from start to finish. The best compliment was when I requested the Senior Citizen discount, and Rose said that you have to be 65, and to Bob's eyes I was not.....I loved it! You won't be sorry if your hire Fleet then get the job done. By the way they were the only estimate I got, Rose got me at HELLO!

Bob is excellent. He and his crews were punctual and did fantastic work. I would recommend them to anyone.

Fleet's prices are very good. The service is excellent. Bob Custer and his crew are always responsive, returning calls same day or next day. Always on time. Always perform the work exceeding expectations. Always pleasant to deal with. True professionals.
