Nate and Josh called ahead, came right on time, reviewed the game plan with me and accommodated all my packing needs (including the pet toys and all!). I couldn't have asked for a more professional team. They've been both fast and courteous, and nicer to my stuff than I am! This is my first time moving with a company, but it certainly won't be my last. Next time I need to move I'm calling these guys. FYI, they have offices in both Tampa and Miami; and I was moving from Tallahassee to Tampa.

Nate and Josh from First Class Moving Services were phenomenal! They were extremely punctual and professional throughout the entire packing process. They handled my household goods with the upmost care and ensured that all of my household items were packed with perfection. As a military member, I have moved multiple times and have experienced many different moving companies, so I know an awesome moving crew/company when I meet one. The movers were Nate Stevens (Driver) and Josh Hales. They arrived on the time scheduled and i really appreciated the phone calls beforehand by the movers to let us know the time frame they would be arriving in. Both Nate and Josh were very friendly and efficient with the entire move. They packed up my things with very much care and made sure they were the way i wanted them to be! I had no trouble explaining anything to them! they were both very professional and knowledgeable. I would definitely request the First Class Moving System in the future with my moves and also recommend it to my other military friends and coworkers to help with their moves. It was my first time moving and I am glad i had the pleasure of moving with First Class Moving Systems, and i appreciated all the information and help that Nate and Josh provided. They showed up on time and were ready to get started. Even being on the second floor they packed up everything and moved it to the truck in a timely fashion. They took great care of my items and everything was protected to a high standard. Awesome moving company out of Tampa.

The team that arrived (Nate Stevens and Josh Hales) were right on time and very friendly and professional. They were assigned to pack and load in tight quarters of a downtown high rise dealing with freight elevators and tight parking. They were highly efficient in packing with care and in utilizing all the extra steps to protect wall corners and flooring within my apartment. I've been relocated a half dozen times and many carriers skip the time consuming but highly important preventative measures of care but not Nate and Josh. Thank you so much! A+ 5 Stars! *****

I am very satisfied with my move. My movers were Nate Stevens and Josh Hales. They were very professional. They arrived exactly when they said they would. They worked very expeditiously yet carefully. They worked very well as a team. I never had any worries about any of my belongings being damaged or any of my walls/doorways being damaged either. I would definitely recommend them to others for their move.

Nate Stevens and Rob packed loaded and delivered my household within 24 hours. They were very made sure to not leave anything behind, offered to remove any moving garbage and after unpacking all of the boxes not one item was broken or damaged! Very impressed!!!

First Class Moving Systems, Inc is an excellent moving company. They are extremely professional and punctual. Nate Stevens, Josh, Juan, and Diego handled our entire move, and I am beyond satisfied. Every household item was wrapped carefully and handled with delicate care. These movers are neat. They use all of the proper equipment needed to protect items being moved as well as the interior of the home. For example, they make sure not to scratch or damage hardwood floors, tiles, walls, doors, etc. during the moving process. These movers are extremely careful and mindful of your home and personal belongings being moved. I would highly recommend to customers looking for a quality job with zero worries.

Wonderfully. The driver, Shawn, oversaw the process at both homes. The crew at each home was courteous and professional. They took great care in ensuring our items arrived undamaged. The unloading crew went out of their way to ensure all the furniture was put exactly where we needed it. I'd hire them again in an instant.

Packing went very smoothly. They were able to meet my very tight deadline also. Good care was taken of all of my belongings, including antique pieces. I am very pleased.

Excellent ! Nate Stevens and Josh Hales were on time (arrived way before we did) and helpful never complained completely professional. Extremely patient and helpful while my husband and I tried to figure out were our furniture should go ( ; All of my grandma's china was packed delicately by Nate and Josh I never once felt like I had to worry about our breakables ! I was really impressed with their service and would recommend them to anyone who is moving. (: They even made sure to cover our rugs while they moved furniture in from the outside. Moving is stressful, but professional mover Nate Stevens, w/ his team of Josh, Rob, Diego, and Jose did everything they could to make our transition go as smoothly as possible! From being prompt at 7:30am, to prepping the home w/ pads and floor coverings, to carefully protecting, lifting, and maneuvering our furniture to its final destination, Nate and his guys did it all w/ absolutely no breakage and a smile on their faces. I highly recommend these movers to family and friends, and thank First Class Moving Systems for sending us the best! 😊

It was an excellent experience. The crew (Nate & Rob) were very professional and courteous and went out of their way to take care of our belongings. They were on time, efficient and performed their work in a professional manner.

It went very smoothly. Nate wrapped carefully the musical instruments, pictures and other fragile items. His partner packed up large items in the garage that were odd shapes for shipping. They also put carpet runners down to protect the wooden floors and rugs as they moved the boxes to the truck. They were very professional and efficient.

Went great. Nate and the guys went out of their way to make it a good experience. He even texted me after when we couldn't find a few screws for our crib and said he'd personally go to ikea to pick some up even though he didn't lose them. Very professional and wanted to make sure they got it done quickly, efficiently, and provided great service. Thanks Nate.

Rachael Guadagnoli was wonderful to work with. All of the moves were very professionally done. The crew was polite and efficient. I couldn't be more pleased.

Nate Stevens and Mike Jackson showed up when they were scheduled. Took pride in everything they loaded and got us all packed up. They are very professional and took their time to walk us through the entire process. So far so good on the move and hopefully we get great service on the other end. P.S. They left the TV out until last so we could finish watch Game of Thrones!!
