The cleaners were amazing! Everything looked sparkly clean... the floor boards looked almost new! They were kind, on time (well, 10 minutes late but let us know they were stuck in traffic), and professional. The house looks immaculate including the fridge, floors, bathrooms, and even the blinds that they cleaned one by one. My only complaint is that they don't do work in St. Pete because that is where we are moving to and we LOVED them!!!

From setting the appointment to completing the final walk-through, we were completely satisfied with our experience. During our initial walk-through, we pointed out trouble spots and communicated desired outcomes...all of which were addressed and delivered. Care and attention to detail is obvious in the way the condo literally sparkles. Thanks for a job well done!

They arrived on time for the pre-inspection appointment of the home and quoted me $280.00 for their premium package (with AL voucher price was $260.00). After spending 6+hrs housing cleaning my home for incoming tenants, the house looked brand new. Every surface, window, door, bathroom, blind and fan sparkled. Excellent cleaning service! Fabricio and Ivanilde are a fabulous team. Everything in my home sparkles! Both are hard workers, trust worthy, and meticulous. Not a stone was left unturned! I am so glad I used them and will continue to do so. I can't rave enough!

They were timely in responding to my A.List inquiry and I was able to set up a walk thru appt of my home within that same week. I liked that they provided a sheet detailing the list of cleaning tasks they complete during each visit. They told me that they rotate certain jobs such as ceiling fans, blinds, baseboards etc which is exactly they way I managed those tasks. They are a small family owned operation not a traditional "service". He said the two of them would clean on the first few visits to make sure it is completed to my satisfaction then they would assign it to 2 of their people and would come in with them to train them on my home. They assured me I would have the same people once assigned.I was able to get on the schedule for a bi-weekly cleaning within 10 days. My first cleaning was yesterday and I am VERY happy with what they did. They cleaned things that none of the other cleaning services I've had in the past have done. For example all the light bulbs/glass globes in bathrooms and they didn't just wipe and clean around things, they actually moved things to clean & wipe under and around and my walk in shower (which needs a desperate makeover) has never been cleaned so thoroughly. I always make sure my home is ready to be cleaned. I have almost everything cleared from all counters/dressers, all my laundry put away or out of the way, nothing laying on the floors so there are no reasons or excuses on why things can't be completed. However, in my past experience with other cleaning people/services, they tend slack or get lazy after 4 or 5 months and I end up having to clean or finish what they didn't do when I get home from work, which is so frustrating for me, due to a very back back and neck injury. I voiced this concern to them and explained that if they do what they claim, and do it consistently then the relationship should last with no problems. Fabricio was very responsive and immediately set up a time to come by for an estimate. During the estimation he was extremely thorough in describing all that would be done during the clean and provided me with a very reasonable price to have the work done. During the actual cleaning Fabricio himself and his mother arrived at 8:30am with all the supplies they needed and worked a full six hours on the house. Upon completion I was greatly impressed, the house looked wonderful and ready to rent. They cleaned it from top to bottom, everything he had described previously, too many things to list. I will absolutely use their services again and recommend them to anyone. No complaints whatsoever.

I contacted Ivanilde's because of their great ratings and reviews here on Angie's List and also because I love to promote small, local business. I've had negative experiences in the past with "chain" cleaning services, so my guard was up trying this again. I'm a new mom who just moved into a large home that I needed help with the "big" stuff...deep cleaning of bathrooms, floors, etc. Fabricio and Ivanilde came to my home, listened to exactly what my needs were and totally delivered! I just had my first cleaning today and have already scheduled my next appointment. I will most definitely remain a customer of theirs!

We called the company and were able to schedule an initial appointment for an estimate in a timely fashion. We learned that this is a family owned company and have worked with the owner's son, Fabricio Mendeiro, who is polite and professional. We felt the price for the work was reasonable. The crew arrives on time and does more cleaning tasks than our previous company did (i.e., vacuuming under the sofa cushions) without our having to ask. Because of our positive experience with the company, we have hired them to clean on a weekly basis.

I contacted Ivanilde Cleaning after reading their good reviews on Angie's List. Fabricio, the main contact person, came to my house at the appointed time to survey the house and give me an estimate. He also provided references, whom I contacted. His team is busy during the week with regularly scheduled cleaning appointments so they do whole house, special cleanings on the weekend. In addition to his estimate, he provided me via e mail a reiteration of the tasks included in the whole house cleaning. Fabricio and three of his employees arrived promptly at 9:00 a.m. They provided all cleaning supplies and cleaning tools, although he was willing to use whatever products I wished. Since this was my first experience with this business, I decided to let them use the supplies they generally used while cleaning instead of my own, as I decided after speaking with Fabricio, to trust his expertise. They got immediately to work after arriving and worked steadily until 5:00 pm, except for a very short 20 minute lunch break. My husband and I were in the house while they cleaned- using the opportunity to do our own organizing and decluttering. I had the opportunity to observe the team as they worked and found that they worked at a fairly brisk pace- each person had his/ her own area of expertise and they all seemed to work well together knowing what each person's responsibilities were. Fabricio and his team cleaned every surface and fixture/furniture in every room (except for washing down the walls). This included the dusting, vacuuming, and wiping of all surfaces and floors in a room, including the exterior of all appliances, sinks, toilets, showers, lighting fixtures, the interior of all windows, window sills, baseboards, the ashes in our wood-burning fireplace, the TOPS of all of my dusty kitchen and laundry room cabinets, knick knacks, framed pictures etc. They will also clean the interiors of ovens and refrigerators for an extra charge, but I did not ask them to perform these services on this day. They were thorough beyond my expectations. I have an 20 foot cathedral ceiling with two ceiling fans and Fabricio got on a ladder to dust the blades of the fans. Lights that had dead bugs caught in the globes were sparkling and bug-free. The threshold of my french doors to the outside were swept clean of dead bugs and winter debris. The laundry room looked like a different room it was so lint free. After the cleaning, my house SMELLED cleaner- not with the aroma of cleaning agents but dust-free clean. I absolutely was delighted with the results and would not hesitate to recommend this business to others. They were professional, polite, and hard-working. I do not have any complaints. I am going to use them on a regular basis to clean and will have my first regular cleaning with them after I return from out of town travel.

I always look forward to the day Ivanilde's Cleaning Service comes to our house. The house is fresh, clean and picked-up. They are great at responding to requests (they text which I find very helpful) and are flexible if you need to change a date or add one last-minute. Prices are very reasonable and well worth the cost. I'm very happy with this company.

they were great. they were very professional from beginning to end. Did a great and detailed cleaning and receptive to immediately responding to anything if it was missed, which wasn't much! They worked hard and it was easy to work in my house while they were there, which is a huge plus for me.

It went very well. They are punctual. The first cleaning is very intense, and comprehensive. They cleaned everything. I think that makes it easier for future cleanings. Very satisfied with the service.

They are sweet people who clean your house as if it was their own. The big difference is they are not one of the franchised chains where the crew changes from week to week and therefore so does your cleaning experience. These folks are wonderful. They're competitively priced and they clean it right. You won't be sorry. Don't waste your time with a groupon from one of the chains. If you're serious about a regular house keeper, give them a call!

Called in February to have someone come out for an estimate to deep clean the house in preparation to list it for sale. They were able to give me an approximate estimate on the phone and scheduled to come out and look. They were understanding that the house wasn't as decluttered yet as it would be when they cleaned and took that into account in their estimate. We scheduled them to clean during the week which was usual for them for deep cleanings, but they worked around my schedule (thanks!) as if we had them come on the weekend, we would have had to clear out with all the kids somewhere for 7 hours during this cold, cold winter. I was working from home the day they came to clean and the two person crew worked hard for 7 hours, I don't know that they even stopped to eat lunch! Everything was just sparkling when they were done and they even include making the beds either with new sheets if you leave them out or with what is there. The inside of the refrigerator especially was just amazing and they got our glass shower doors back looking new as well. I highly recommend them as they do excellent work for a great price!

We have been using Ivanilde for about 9 months. They are very reliable and professional. We have a lot of hardwood floors, and they're always spotless after a cleaning! Bathrooms are always cleaned really well also. No issues - would highly recommend.

There were three persons who came and cleaned. They were pleasant, on time and called to indicate they were on the way. We would use them again.

I've been pretty impressed with the cleaning service we receive. They are generally punctual, fast and thorough. The initial cleaning took most of the day. The subsequent cleaning is good, keeps our house pretty fresh so that we only need to do spot cleaning as we have three kids and a dog. The bathrooms, floors and windows all look great and they do nice touches with towels and even change our bed linens for us if we put them out for them. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family. Best money spent for our house!

I have been using them for about 2-3 months and they come every other week. When you first have them out they do a deep cleaning that they are very thorough. They do an excellent job every time they come out. A crew of about 3 cleaners come out and they work for about 1 hour and a half hour to 2 hours. They are very friendly, punctual, and courteous! They bring their own supplies, but they do use the vinegar that I put out for my hardwood floors.

We have been very happy! Unlike some cleaners that seem to lose interest after a while she always does a great job. When we ask her to do something special it is always done very well. They always come when scheduled and they are open to working around vacations etc. We simply can't say enough good things about their service
