Hi. I had to reschedule due to the rain, roof problems. Have rescheduled. The crew came in on December 6. Two came in at 8:30am, 2 more came at 11:00, and two more came at 1:30pm. The company brought their own cleaning supplies and vacuums. Only asked for a couple of plastic bags. The cleaners worked, no conversations unless told were to go next. I was completely informed where everyone was, plus two stayed beyond the hours purchased to finish up a room. I have already scheduled another date. Janie Regenhardt

Ivanilde's cleaning crew showed up early to begin the job. They sent out three people to ensure the entire job was done before dinner. They cleaned everything from the ceiling fans to the floorboards. All horizontal blinds were dusted. Windows were cleaned inside and out. Special care was taken to remove hard water stains from the bathroom grout lines. We were very pleased with the prompt and friendly service provided by Ivanilde's Cleaning Services. We plan to use this company in the future for our once a year deep cleaning that we no longer have time to do ourselves!

They were worried about not having enough time, but ended up getting it all done and I was happy with the work. They cleaned the blinds too, which wasn't expected. I will use them again when the time comes for another deep cleaning.

From the first time I contacted Ivanhilde's Cleaning Services to the time of cleaning, I was quite impressed by their professionalism and punctuality. They were able to fit me into their schedule within one week. Ivanhilde and her assistant worked very hard and finished the initial cleaning (not knowing the house at all) within 3 hours. They did a spectacular job and I have already hired them to continue cleaning my house every four weeks. Wonderful company...wonderful people! I highly recommend them. You will be pleased with the outstanding work that they do.

I wanted them to concentrate on cleaning the cupboards, closets, and the bathrooms, but of course they did much, much more than that. They clean everything top to bottom including window blinds and fan blades and much more. They were able to remove hard water stains and toilet stains from a house that had been vacant for quite awhile. I feel very comfortable moving into this house now. They are very professional and I'd consider them for other services in the future.

A representative from Ivanilde's called me within 1-2 days of me purchasing a deal through Angie's list. We were able to agree on a date and time convenient to me quite easily. Ivanilde and her crew showed up within 5 minutes of the appointment time, which seems to be pretty difficult to find in this day and age so I really appreciated it. She followed me inside so that I could show her exactly what I needed and didn't need cleaned. She grabbed her supplies and assistants and immediately headed inside and set to work, wasting no time. I had to run out and run errands while they were cleaning, and stayed outside and out of their way when I got back. Once they were done, I went in to inspect their work and was completely blown away. I was expecting clean, but my place was absolutely immaculate. Ivanilde and her crew did a fantastic job, and provided a level of service I was not expecting to find on an Angie's List deal. I highly recommend Ivanilde's Cleaning Service. We are putting our house on the market so we wanted the place to shine. Ivanilde's really came through for us. I messaged them through Angie's List and Fabricio, the owner, contacted me right away. We scheduled a date and the crew came out and promptly went to work. We had some mold in one of our showers that I never able to remove, but they did it. There was also a bad hard water stain in one of our toilets and they took care of that too. The three people who came to our home were friendly and courteous and worked very well together. In fact, I was so pleased with the job they did I am going to schedule them to clean my home on a regular basis. I never used the services of a cleaning company before (I figured it was just me and my husband and I could do the job myself), but I could never do the job that Ivanilde Cleaning Services did.

My house sparkles! She got things cleaned that I hadn't been able to get clean in years! I will say this is my first time using a company from Angie's list. I selected Ivanildes Cleaning Service based and the great reviews. And I couldn't have made a better choice! I had company coming into town and contacted Ivanildes. Fabricio worked with me to get scheduled. He was extremely accommodating and super nice. My bathrooms & kitchen literally sparkle! We've had several cleaning services over the years and we really weren't all that thrilled with them. Ivanildes shined appliances & fixtures, cleaned lights, ceiling fans, baseboards and wiped down the inside of my refrigerator! We have several cats and cat fur is terrible to try to keep ahead of. The baseboards were wiped clean of it and the carpet vacuumed to a nice raised pile again. Do to scheduling and the fact that my husband and I both work, I took a leap of faith and gave them access to our home while we were at work. They are an honest, respectful & conscientious company and we are now getting set up with them for regular service. Thank you Fabricio and Ivanilde!

I called Ivanildes Cleaning because we were having out of town guests and wanted a deep cleaning of our home that we didn't have time to accomplish ourselves. From the beginning the communication with Fabrecio was great. He scheduled a time within three days and came out to provide an estimate. He arrived right on time and did a walk through with us, explaining exactly what would be done. He then provided us with an estimate which we felt was more than fair considering we have several pets and that some of the things they were going to clean hadn't been done for a while. He scheduled the job for four days later to accommodate our needs. Again on the scheduled day precisely on time a team of two arrived at our home. Initially I did not see how they could accomplish what they had promised but nearly six hours later, our home sparkled from top to bottom and was clean in places our prior cleaning service had never cleaned. They were great and I can't say enough about them. We are already scheduling our cleaning for next month.

It was a great experience. This was my first time using Angie's list and my first time using a cleaning service. I moved into a large home and needed help getting things cleaned up. They are absolutely amazing, kind and professional. I attempted to contact a few of the highly recommended house cleaning services but they were the first to answer my call. My home is sparkling clean from top to bottom and it smells so fresh. They treated my home as if it were their own home. I want to have them come out once a week as I feel confident in their services. Thank God for Angie's list helping me to find them.

Ivanildo told me he could not provide service because we lived too far away. We live in Ruskin well within the south Hillsborough County for which they say they serve. I think this is misleading advertising. All my contact was over the phone. Service was not provided. They declined to clean my house.

Fabrecio and his team are awesome! We have lived here over 23 years and have never had our house cleaned as thoroughly as with Fabrecio. We have used this service for about 2 months and plan to continue indefinitely! They are efficient, very thorough and do many things former cleaning people did not do, such as move small appliances on the kitchen counter and clean the entire counter. Great job!

Ivanilde, Fabricio and their team have done an outstanding job. Everything was sparkling clean and smelled great. I used to have a great cleaning company that did a great job, but they had to drop me as a client because of distance and staff changes. I was heartbroken because I loved them and it is so hard to find a cleaning crew that really takes care of your home like it is their own. I read a ton of Angie's List reviews, and cautiously decided to try Ivanilde Cleaning. I couldn't be happier. They are professional, quick, thorough friendly...just awesome people. I thought the price was excessive but I went along with it. They did do a good job but I still don't think it was $350.00 worth. They were on time & professional.
