I have always taken pride in cleaning my own home; however, due to some family company next week, and a ton of other things to do this weekend, my wife talked me into hiring a cleaning service. I found Ivanilde's Cleaning Service. I called on Wed and then were avail for Sat! I have a 2500 sq ft home and hired them for 6 hours of cleaning. The house looks amazing! All four bathrooms are spotless and the rest of the house is terrific (including some deep-cleaning that they had time for)! A nice tip was well deserved. Ivanilde's Cleaning Service may have shifted my opinion on cleaning my own home (that may take up an entire weekend, when they can do it in 2-3 hours)! Time back for family can go a long way. Highly recommend!

Not so good. I was not pleased. What concerned me was the first time they came in, they did not ask if I had any allergies or any particular product used in my house and they went about doing their own thing. I figure with the language challenge that might not have been thrown off if I asked them to use something else. I am used to people asking when they come in to your house, what you would like to have done. He kept trying to up sell me for doing things. I have allergies so I do not dust. They did not move one thing. In the bathroom they spent a good hour in the master bath. It seemed like the did the kitchen in 2 mins. The lack of dusting really bothered me. The one thing that really popped my top was them not asking what products I would like them to use. They were very polite but I did not hire them to be polite. I was not pleased.

As usual, my home looked and smelled absolutely fabulous!! Fabricio and Glaucia did a "move out", since I sold my home, and in my next house, Ivanilde's is the only cleaning company for me!!

They arrived right on time with two people 8am. They brought in additional help and worked non-stop till after 6PM. We will now have them back bi-weekly. Very friendly and thorough.

Wonderful, very professional, showed up on time, every time for biweekly cleaning. My house was spotless, smelled great and stayed nice. I paid $100 for cleaning a 1400' townhouse every other week and it was well worth it.

Ivanilde's Cleaning Service has been cleaning my house for over a year now, and it has always been a very pleasant experience. They never fail to arrive on time and do a very professional job. I have never been disappointed in their arrival time nor the quality of the job done. We recently moved and the owner worked with us on the cleaning of the old and new house. Truly, they are a wonderful cleaning service, and very nice people.

We will never know. Why are reliable people so hard to find??? I spoke to the company on Tuesday, confirmed an appointment for 3:00 pm on Wednesday for a quote. I work from home, I spend the vast majority of my day on the phone. I booked a 3:00 - 3:30 appt. At 3:15, with nobody showing up and no call, I called to ask if someone was going to show for the 3:00 pm appt, and was told that they were at a development that was over 30 minutes away, and that they would be on their way shortly. I told them to forget it.... Bottom line, never called to say he was going to be late, never called to reschedule. Wasted my time. If you cant be prompt or courteous on the first meeting, why would anyone think you would be any good at what you are asking them to do.

My first experience with Ivanilde's Cleaning Service was about a year ago when they came to do a deep clean of my house. When I arrived home that evening, I was absolutely amazed as to how clean my house was. The bathrooms and kitchen just sparkled. The shower door had hard water stains that I have tried everything on to remove but Ivanilde’s managed to get it clean. They even cleaned the tops of the kitchen cabinets and plant shelves and changed a light bulb in one of the recess lights. They were awesome! I since have been using them once a month to clean my home and have never been disappointed with the service they have provided. If I have a special request or need to change a date they have been very accommodating. I would highly recommend Ivanilde’s Cleaning Service. They are conscientious, diligent, and provide quality service.

We had 2 people for 2 hours and they did basic cleaning services...bathrooms, floors, kitchen, ran sweeper and dusted. Next time will get them for a full day of deep cleaning. Did a great job and would highly recommend!

Ivanilde & Fabricio did a fantastic job cleaning my home. I was surprised at how much they were able to clean in the time allotted. They were very thorough, making sure to lift things up or move things out of the way while dusting and vacuuming. When they arrived I gave them a list of cleaning items that were most important to me and they made sure to tackle all those things, plus many more. Fabricio was very good about communicating what was and wasn't included. I feel like a really got my money's worth. I plan to continue using them once a month to clean my home and would highly recommend them to others.

While coordinating the time and completely understanding the actual service, the contact at the company informed me that I should have read the fine details of the coupon. When they arrived there were 3 employees for 2 hours. One of the employees stayed on the phone for a good portion of the time. When not on the phone was watching the other employee clean. Made several comments about the home.

I selected Ivanilde's because of their great reviews on this site. After requesting a quote they called me to arrange a tour of the house. He seemed very thorough when looking at what would need to be done and his quote was very good. They provided the service on the day they said they would and they did a GREAT job! We couldn't be happier and will continue to use then on a regular basis.

From the moment of first contact through completion of the work, this was a GREAT experience. Fabricio was very professional, prompt, efficient, and thorough. He and Ivanilde were here at my house today, arrived right on time, and did a FANTASTIC job. I am really picky, and so far I can't find one single detail that was not perfectly cleaned. They did a very meticulous job, and they took me from the feeling of "Oh, I just DREAD cleaning this house" to "WOW, it's just like a brand new house!" I couldn't be happier. Many, many thanks! Two cleaners for three hours. they never stopped. arrived promptly, and were pretty thorough. I have a three story home with lots of shutters, etc. I didn't have them do one room, which was being painted. a few spots were missed, but that was because they were trying to stay within the 3 hour limit (I used one of the specials they were running) and there was a lot going on in the house. They brought their own supplies and ladder. Overall, they were efficient, courteous, hard-working, and thorough. I am very happy with the results, and I will definitely use them again!
