Ivandilde responded quickly and started the next week. She is excellent and very reliable. She did a deep clean including pulling out appliances, washing blinds and dusting ceiling fans. My house never looked better. I continue to have her come bi-weekly. She always calls to confirm the day and time.

Ivanilde has met my expectations. I have used her service twice and I expect to continue. She is prompt. I was specific in my expectations and I am very satisfied. She works with an assistant and methodically approaches the project. The floors are spotless, the glass shelves, cabinets, blinds and baseboards are all cleaned. Ivanilde has been cleaning my home for over 2 years and I am still thrilled every time! The entire house is always spotless and she also leaves nice little touches behind - roses on the TP rolls or flowers on the kleenex box. She truly goes above and beyond with all the extras that she seems to do. I have tried many housecleaning services and was always annoyed by all the little things that "weren't included" - like taking out the trash!? Ivanilde consistently wipes down all my stair spindles and even cleans out the toaster oven! She is extremely reliable, trustworthy, and does an amazing job cleaning. Ivanide and her team have been cleaning my house bi-weekly for a over two years because they're simply the best! I tried several services before a friend recommended Ivanilde, and we've been thrilled from day one. The cleanings are thorough, the quality is consistent, and the price is good. The house is spotless when she's done and there's always a touch of class left behind - like the little flowers she makes with the toilet paper, and the bows and fans she makes with the tissue boxes. It's like coming home to a 4 star hotel! Our house is two-story, four bedroom, three and a half bath home with a finished basement, so the rate is very reasonable, and much higher quality, than the three other services I tried before deciding to stay with Ivanilde. A nice bonus - the sheets get changed every time! The team is also great about handing extra cleaning on an as-needed basis, such as silver polishing or fridge cleaning, for a small extra cost. Ivanilde is also very flexible with the schedule, which I love. If my regular cleaning is on a Tuesday, but I want to move it to Thursday before a party, Ivanilde is very accomodating with some notice. In short, I don't know what I'd do without her!

Ivanilde has been cleaning my house for years. Ivanilde and one or two of her workers are very thorough. the quality and attention to detail is excellent. They clean the bathrooms, badrooms, all baseboards, the ceiling fans, under and behind the furniture, all the doors, the inside of the windows,dining room lamps, the blinds, makes the beds, the bathrooms and the kitchen shine like new. They even cleaned my closet the first time, was a deep cleaning the appliances and furnitures were moved to clean behind and below . I literally could not find anything dirty in my house. The same people coming every time.I was very very happy with the quality of the work.

She is extremely dependable and always shows up on time. She does a very thorough job of cleaning the house. She clearly moves objects to dust and clean. White tile in bathrooms, bathroom fixtures and stainless steel kitchen sink and appliances are sparkling. She is very receptive to any extra things that I would like done or specific requests that I have. I would not hesitate to recommend her.
