Fantastic job with an incredible work ethic.

Ivanilde and her team are always on time and very professional. My partner and I both work from home and they are very good at moving through the house very efficiently and we barely know that they are there. Each time they come I give them a list of what needs done and they always go above and beyond at no extra cost. I really appreciate their help and I am very happy to support their business. Next week they are cleaning a new rental property that I purchased. I wouldn't consider anyone else for the job!!

we contacted them through Angie's list. They emailed the next day and within 2 days came to give us an estimate. The estimate was on Friday and they cleaned on Monday. We didn't want to cook or take a shower becuase everything SHINED! We said this would be a one time deep clean but I think every 6 mos. would be great and hope to do that.

We hired Ivanilde for monthly housecleaning - we agreed to a deep cleaning first (as is customary apparently based on interviews we had with a few firms). Afterwards everything seemed nice and clean but we noticed a number of items that had not been moved or dusted, cobwebs on a coffee table, etc. That didn't seem right for a $300 cleaning job. In discussing this with Ivanilde she apologized and offered to discount the next cleaning (our first routine cleaning) by $50. After that cleaning, however, we noticed that a number of things on the kitchen counter, or the computer desk, had not been moved or even dusted. Ivanilde and her associates were polite, punctual, and friendly throughout, but we expect better value if we are going to pay someone else to clean our house.

They have been cleaning our home for several years. They do an excellent job every time. I have never had a complaint regarding their services. I highly recommend them. I did not include price as it depends on the size of the house.

We hired Ivanilde's Cleaning Service to do a deep clean of our house, and all I can say is WOW!!! Paulo and Jessica did a wonderful job and it was worth every penny. Their attention to detail is amazing! My house has never been cleaner. My husband and I have been burned by cleaning companies in the past (in a different state) so we were concerned about insurance. I called Ivanilde's and asked for proof of insurance, and they brought me a copy before they did any of the work. We were so impressed by the work they did, we have hired them to come back every two weeks. All I can say is this is the best money I've ever spent! They are extremely personable and I felt very safe leaving them in my home while I went out for a few hours. We can't wait to have them come back on a bi-weekly basis. It makes our lives so much easier to know our house will be clean whenvever we have company from now on.

They cleaned our house from top to bottom including things you don't think about every day like window blinds, etc. They did an initial cleaning and now i have them coming back every two weeks. Love it.

Our initial contact was very good. They responded quickly with a price quotation. They have been punctual and efficient. There is a bit of a language barrier when trying to explain a particular issue.

This company is excellent. I emailed for an estimate and got a quick response. They came out on a Saturday which worked great for my busy schedule. They were quick with the estimate and worked with me on a great price. Very nice too! They were willing to work with me on a time that worked best for me for the cleaning and it was important to me that they do it while I was at work. When I came home I was like an excited kid in a candy store. I couldn't believe all the little things they focused on. My kitchen appliances which were gross were cleaned to perfection. They cleaned decorations that I had and even folded my kitchen dish towels like you would see in a hotel. I have kids and my kitchen table chairs are sometimes sticky and when I touched them, they didn't even feel like the same chairs. I am so impressed with the work they did. I don't want to touch anything because I don't want to change how great my house looks. Even the way they put the garbage can bag back in the can is impressive. I cannot wait for them to come back for my monthly cleaning. The house smelled great and sparkled. I don't think my house was ever this clean. I would recommend them to anyone.

I was very impressed Ivanilde's cleaning service. We hired them for a move in clean for a new house and liked their work, so hired them again for a move out clean of our condo. Ivanilde and another worker did a move out clean for our condo and did an excellent job. They were very meticulous and detailed. The whole cleaning took about 5 hours for a condo that was 1,500 square feet and they did a great job! I would highly recommend them.

I initially contacted the owners of this family-operated business, Ivanhilde and her husband, Paulo, for a housecleaning estimate because I was unsatisfied with the results of another housecleaning company. They came out to my house the next day and gave me a very reasonable estimate for a one-time deep clean. On the day of the scheduled cleaning, they arrived a few minutes late, but this was because they got stuck in early morning rush hour traffic, a factor neither of us considered when we scheduled the cleaning. Once there, Ivanhilde and Paulo and another young woman began work immediately and cleaned my home thoroughly. In addition to the routine dusting, mopping, vacuuming and scrubbing of bathrooms and kitchens, they cleaned the blinds, all of the woodwork and baseboards in the house, and even removed mildew stains from a shower stall in the master bathroom, stains that I thought were permanent. They did such a fantastic job that I ask to be scheduled for a twice monthly cleaning. I continue to be quite happy with both the results and their professionalism. In addition, they have been on time ever since the first cleaning. I highly recommend this company!

They did an excellent job at a great price. I had an injury and needed my home cleaned before we had family come to town. They gave us a quote, showed up on time and took great care to clean our home. I would highly recommend them over the big cleaning services that are out there. They deserve your business!

They came out, gave a quote and set up a day that was convienent and quick. A team came out and worked even past the time quoted-not finishing until the job was done (at no extra charge). My house has never been this clean....windows, blinds, even the fridge (this was extra)....very professional...prompt....planning on using them 2x a month from now on.....highly recommended. Initial price was a little high but for the amount of work they did-I think I got a bargain...

I was going to have an outdoor wedding reception at my home in July and wanted to have a deep cleaning done and regular cleaning after that to keep the house in good shape before and after the party. I chose Ivanilde because of the recommendations on Angies List. Ivailde came out on a Friday night before going out of town with her family. She and Paulo, who would be cleaning our house, came to look at the size and give me an estimate. I found them very reasonable and flexible. The house looked and smelled wonderful after they came. I have had them several times since and have found them to be thorough and to do extra things like fix the handle on a toilet. I have had to change the time of the cleaning several times and they were always accommodating. They came a week early after the party and got my home back into shape after 8 grandchildren had been here for a week!! I highly recommend them and will continue using them myself. This is the first time I've had house cleaning help and I love it.

I called the company they came to look at the house. Once I explained I was putting new windows in on the second floor but wanted the present windows done on the inside and out they said they only cleaned inside. I live in another city and needed that done. The house was empty at the time. They were very affiable and I am sure they would have done a good job on the rest of the house.

An excellent experience! Ivanilde and her family did a tremendous job for us. We called about a week before the cleaning and had them come out to give an estimate; from there it was just a matter of scheduling the cleaning. The work was performed by Ivanilde, her husband and her two daughters; they did really excellent work. In addition to the dusting, vacuuming and general cleaning that you'd expect, they did a great job cleaning blinds and windows, ceiling fans, even the inside of our microwave. And this was just a basic cleaning -- not the level of work they do when they do a true "deep" cleaning. No real complaints to speak of -- a few things moved out of their place or put back (slightly) incorrectly, but nothing that would prevent us from hiring them again. We're considering having them start a bi-weekly or monthly cleaning service for the house, they were that good! Would definitely recommend Ivanilde and her family to anyone who needs a good housecleaning.

The first time they came it was a little over $300 for them to do the initial cleaning and they were here for over 6 hours. Our house was a disaster and they did a fabulous job!! After that first time, we pay them $120.00 for each cleaning and they are very detail oriented. I think they're an excellent value and I would highly recommend them.

She came out with her son the first time to give an estimate. We started the next week. She's been very accommodating the couple of times I needed to make a schedule change. She always shows up. A few times, they were running over from her previous job. She always apologized. I didn't have a problem with that. I like that she stayed to do a good job.

Excellent! Renovation dust was everywhere! Desperately needed a deep cleaning! This is exactly what Ivanilde and her crew gave me! They (her husband and assistant) did in two hours what would have taken me weeks to accomplish, even if I did NOT have an injured knee (how did I injure it -- by wiping down the hardwood floors the old-fashioned way - on my hands and knees back in June)! Its best to let the professionals do it! They are worth their weight in gold! Thank goodness I found them (on Angie's List)! I will be calling them to come back and deep clean the basement after floor in rec room is tiled sometime in October. Also, the garage, the whole kitchen, dining room, the linen closet, the main bath and the 1/2 on the main level (we're still tying up minor projects, making messes along the way). I'll have them come back in November again, after the windows are installed as that installation work will be creating some dust too, I am sure. Basically, I don't see a need to look for anyone else! They do a super, thorough cleaning job at a reasonable price (I do wish, however, that they would use more of the newer "green products" without fragrances - a wide selection is available for purchase, at reasonable prices, at Target - our children and my husband don't care very much for the "lemony" scent left behind by the traditional cleaning products)! NEVERTHELESS, I'll see if I can convince him to let me have them come back once every two weeks to clean our home (I can certainly open a window and run the air cleaner to help them feel better)! No doubt about it -- that would be a dream come true for me! Keep up the hard work guys and PLEASE, whatever you do, DON'T raise your prices... affordability is everything these days... Thank you also for taking the bookcases and door to the curb... you make hard work look so easy... I hope I can call you again, the next time I need something hauled from one place to another... you are awesome lifesavers, I hope you know that!

Finally! I'd almost given up hope of finding a housecleaning service that does a thorough job without charging an arm and a leg. I've used several other top rated cleaning services from Angie's List and have concluded that using a "company" where they employ "crews" is not the way to go. My cleanings were always very inconsistent depending on what "crew" came that day- I got sick of having different people in my house every month and never knowing who was going to show up. I really think that in order to get consistent, reliable cleanings, you have to go with an ower/operator run cleaning service. Ivanilde is the owner and also does the cleanings, although she has 2 or 3 assistants. My house hasn't been this clean in years! She cleans where I only wished my other companies would have- top of fridge, blinds, actually picks things up and dusts under them, moves furniture, etc. I finally feel like my house is thoroughly clean- not just surface clean. She is very sweet, always shows up on time and leaves the house sparkling! Her rates are very reasonable- especially for the quality of work. I would definitely recommend Ivanilde's!!

They did an excellent job-very efficient and detail-oriented. They even cleaned my kitchen blinds that i thought would never come clean, but did! They also did an excellent job on the wood floors. They spent a lot of time cleaning my upstairs bathroom (which desperately needed it) as well as my kitchen. Both rooms were sparkling when they were done! I will definitely have her back to clean again-I'm now spoiled! Plus they are a very nice and considerate to have in your home.
