The cleanings have been great, and the work is very thorough. Every two weeks we come home to a sparkling clean house. We trust the cleaners alone in our house (we usually meet them in the morning and they lock up and set the alarm when they leave). The first cleaning was about 6 hours and the biweekly ones take around 2 hours. They do a deep clean each week on the bathrooms, map and dust the whole house, and make the kitchen spotless. Our initial consultation was great, and the people are very nice. I also appreciate that they communicate via text, which is convenient for me, and they are VERY responsive (always text back immediately). Finally, their price is very reasonable. We were quoted double from another popular service on Angie's list for the initial clean, and the maintenance would have been about $50 extra each time. We paid $250 for the initial cleaning of our 2250 sq ft home (two adults and one cat) and $100 every two weeks. I highly recommend Ivanilde's cleaning service.

The two employees arrived on time and had all the supplies and equipment they needed with them. They wasted no time and went right to the job. It appears that they have worked as a team for some time and just knew what to do next. The attention to detail was excellent. They worked straight through for about 6 1/2 hours with no real breaks that we knew of --- tremendous work ethic! My wife has been recovering from back surgery and their hard work certainly lighrtened the workload for us. We will continue with their service on a monthly basis.

My husband met the cleaners at the property to let them in and left. They said they could lock up for us. 2 ladies came and started cleaning right away. After my husband walked them around he was told it would take about 5-6 hours. The next day I went back to the property to meet a contractor and to check on the cleaning job. The bathrooms looked great. and the inside of the fridge and oven were good. However it look like only some of the walls were cleaned- there was still a smear in the master bedroom on the wall that wasn't wiped down. There were still cobwebs up in the corners of the walls in the foyer and upstairs in the loft and the front upstairs bedroom. The ceiling fans were cleaned however the fan it the front upstairs bedroom looks like it had too much pressure put on it and it is now crooked and 1/2 falling out of the ceiling. The kitchen and appliances were clean however what ever was used to clean the stainless steel left the appliances streaky and dull looking. Also I know we told them they didn't need to clean the floors however I would expect that would mean they would not make it worse and clean up after themselves. There were huge clumps of dust, random bits of paper and hangers left on the floor. I called the company and am currently awaiting a call back.

The girls are wonderful. There have been a few communication problems, but I'm comfortable with that now.

Awesome service! I keep a clean house but with a recent surgery for my husband, had to call for help since I can't find the time to keep up the house. My gosh, they did a 10 better job then I ever have. I dust my ceiling fans--they get on ladders and hand clean them. Amazing job...even cleaned inside my oven!

This was our first time using this cleaning service and we were very happy with the results. They were very easy to schedule with and did a very thorough job. Our house looked spotless; they got into every nook and cranny. I left them a small list with a few details regarding the job which they followed. I have used them again since and plan to continue using them for regular cleanings.

The first housecleaning is very thorough; the ongoing housecleaning is less expensive. Our home is small, about 1600 square feet. The first cleaning was $250 and for the ongoing cleaning done every 2 weeks is $100. The ladies are very polite and don't waste time. They come in and go about their business. Fast, efficient, polite, reasonable...who could ask for more??

We have used Ivanilde's cleaning service for a year and they have always done a great job for us. They are on time, polite, and professiional. If there is a need to change the date or time, they are very accommodating. Good job!

We agreed over email to have the house deep cleaned the day before we moved in. I was out of town that day so I left a key under the front mat so they could let themselves into the house. Showed up on moving day and the house was never cleaned. They said they had us confused with someone else who switched dates of their cleaning. It left us scrambling on moving day to clean the whole house, while items were being moved in. It made our moving experience very hectic.

This was their third time after the first excellent major cleaning, which cost $350.00. Excellent job. We have kind of settled into an understanding and things are excellent. The same two people each time. They are great with my dog and a couple of my cats, who like to keep them company. Very comfortable now. A little issue with the fact that we don't speak each others' language much, but I think we've worked it out. I am quite pleased!

This company did a great job! They worked with me to schedule a thorough cleaning of a house we were about to move into that needed A LOT of work. All my questions were promptly answered ahead of time and the team that came was very nice and professional. They missed one item, and gladly came back within a day or two and finished. Great company.

Wow!!! Great job. They were on time, polite, very thorough and the home looks great. ( it was a hot mess when they started, too ). Worth every dollar and I will use them again!

We have had Ivanilde?s Cleaning service for several months. They are an amazing team. They take off their shoes, bring their own supplies, and clean better than I could. They are very efficient, with each person targeting areas or jobs (like damp moppiing hardwood floors with white vinegar water). They move the area rugs, too, don?t just clean around them. In the kitchen, they always clean the gas stovetop and inside the microwave. I am particularly pleased with the baths, as there used to be build-up on the shower tile - that is now gone! Basically, the place sparkles when they?re done!

I would highly recommend Ivanilde's Cleaning Service. They have been cleaning my home for about the past 6 months every two weeks. I have a dog and two cats who shed like crazy. They are always very thorough and speedy when working in my home. The fixtures always shine after they leave. I have laminate flooring in my home so its easy to see dust bunnies rolling around and they are always gone. I have them move my furniture each time to make sure nothing hides and they were more than willing to meet that request. They are always prompt and begin work right away. I highly recommend them!

I wanted to hire someone who would clean my house from month to month. I saw that others were happy with their cleaning, so I thought I would give Ivanilde's a shot. I called them to set up an appointment. They were very helpful and so I set up an appointment for them to come and give me an estimate. I had a little sticker shock about how much they wanted to do a deep cleaning. $240.00 is quite a bit for me. They came to give me an estimate, and were punctual in making that appointment which is important to me to be on time. Everything they did for that first cleaning was excellent. They wiped off everything (I think). I don't usually watch everything they do, but it seems as if they pretty much did what they say they would.

I have been using Ivanilde for almost 6 months now. The service is exceptional.

I called them and when they answered, the phone was cutting in and out and I couldn't hear. They called me back about 5 minutes later, that's pretty huge because most businesses wouldn't even bother. Then they were able to come the next day to do the evaluation since I was going out of town soon which was very nice. We set up a time for them to do the initial cleaning and they came over and got straight to work. I left to go to work and they called me, when they said they would, letting me know they were done and to come check it out. My house smelled clean before I even walked in the door. They cleaned things that I didn't even expect them to. For example I had new sheets sitting in my room for awhile, I just hadn't gotten around to changing them, but they were switched out and the old sheets were put on the washing machine. Love! Also I have a 40 year old sink and gas range in my kitchen that I thought were just un-cleanable but they looked better than they have in probably a decade (not sure I just moved in a few years ago but the build up was OLD). I love them and I have them coming in every other week, they just came yesterday for the second clean and still loving the service!

Overall the cleaning went well. They arrived promptly, were able to work around a few items still in the house and do a nice job. The cleaners were professional and efficient, and I would hire them again.

Ivanilde was a super professional company from the time we first called to get a quote. They are always prompt, friendly, professional, and the quality of their work is excellent. Our house has never looked better...and honestly, we don't have the time to clean it ourselves. The first cleaning was so good, we've scheduled them to come in every week. I'd highly recommend them.

I have been using them since July 2012. They came and did an initial deep clean and then followed up with bi-weekly cleanings. I was always very pleased with the service I received. We recently moved out of our house and they came and cleaned the empty house. Again, everything looks fantastic!

They did an absolutely fabulous job. So fabulous that I scheduled them to clean our new home that we just purchased in the next couple of weeks. They were right on time, very professional and polite and FUN to talk to. Once they had taken a quick tour of the house they got right to work. Their attention to detail is wonderful. They spent close to 4 hours on the upstairs alone. Then while they were working on the bottom floor, our real estate agent, photographer and our kids showed up. This did not phase them in the least and I felt horrible that they were forced to work around everybody but they did! And the bottom floor is just as amazing as the top! I can't stress enough what a fantastic job they did and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I won't use anyone else but them. My only concern is that they will get too busy from all these wonderful reviews! Kudos to Ivanilde's!!!

Everything went well? if a little more time or attention is needed in an area or room, they are happy to accommodate. A small thing I've noticed, I hear a faint humming sound as some of them move around doing their work, and to me, that is the sound of a happy employee taking pride in her work. If you hire them, you won't be disappointed.

3 women came to clean. Although they were at our home for 7 hours, over half of that time was upstairs with bdrms and baths. 3 of the 4 bedrooms are never used and have only been used for occasional guests (house new when we moved in) so should have involved minimal cleaning. By the time they got to the finished basement, they spent very little time. Here is what I found the following weekend when I did my own cleaning: Wood baseboards on main floor had been cleaned. Fingerprints on doors not cleaned. Wood finished window casings dusted but not polished. Not all furniture had been dusted. Back hallway not cleaned. The crew would not honor my Angie's List coupon even though I printed it out and it was my first cleaning. I am now sorry I tipped them. I frankly do not know how they have had good ratings if this was their usual service. I won't use them again.

They did a very thorough job of cleaning our entire house. They had three or four people that came to do the cleaning. They were polite and took pride in the job they were doing, which is why you can expect such great results from this company.

My experience in working with this company has been very positive. Initially I called and left a message. The call was returned within 1 day, in fact they called me twice before I had an opportunity to call them back. We set-up an appointment for an estimate. They did not provide anything in writing which I prefer, but decided to use this company based on their AL reivews. Our first cleaning was on 1/30/13. They called the night before to confirm and then called ahead of arriving. I prefer to be home to meet them and then leave while they are cleaning. When they were finished they called so I could come home to pay and lock up. Everything was great. They did an excellent job and I have them scheduled monthly for the service. Thanks for a great job. I will definitely recommend this company.
