Direct Remodels

Our windows were frosting up resulting in water running down on the floor. I felt that the problem was due to the type of windows so I called Direct Remodels for a quote on new windows. Dan and Tyler came out and instead of giving a sales pitch, they proceeded to explain to us that our existing windows were not the problem and that we did not need new ones. They went on to explain what was causing the problem and recommended a solution. Before leaving, they insisted that we call them in a few days to let them know if the problem was solved. We were truly amazed at their professionalism, honesty and concern. We did try their recommendations and at this point the problem seems to be solved. What a relief that we do not have to spend the $6,000 to $7,000 that new windows would have cost us.

I met with Dan G. today and he explained everything in detail about windows, guarantees, the installation process , the timeline and the financing. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I can't wait for my new windows to be installed!. I am also getting a new small entry door for my garage.

Everything detail was as promised! I was updated regularly, by the staff, as to the progress of the fabrication of our windows. Once the instalkers arrived, the job was professionally completed, and my new windows, along with the rooms and work area, were meticulously cleaned. Now, I have Direct Remodels in my home now, making arrangements for more home improvements. We always wanted our dream bathroom that we saw when we were on vacation. We looked around got about half a dozen quotes. Well Direct Remodels was our last quote. Dan listened to our ideas and made it happen with less cost than the other places. It looks absolutely beautiful they removed our old shower and bath then started on our large his and hers shower. Everyone from Dan the salesman, Bruce production and laborers that worked long day were extremely professional. Could not asked for a better company, we just hired them again to do our kitchen. They came and re did my moms kitchen they ran into a ton of rotted wood behind the dishwasher and under the sink cabinets and took care of it at no cost. They even donated a new refrigerator for free when they saw the one she had been using. Excellent service genuinely great people and the value matches up! Will do more home work in the future with them! Took about 4 weeks from the appointment we had to the finished installation!

We had a couple estimates out. A lot of people were basically grungy salesmen and were trying to just make a sale not look out for our own best interest. Plastic bathroom, refacing kitchens, cheap windows made out of the state of Florida. Direct remodels came in with experience, professionalism and style. We ended up getting a bathroom, kitchen and sliding glass doors replaced. The financing they offered was so affordable we ended up making our dream home happen without regret. From the moment the design consultant walked in with gorgeous new stylish samples we knew Direct Remodels was on another level. These guys know their stuff when it came to install. Every time we called they answered, or called back immediately. They set everything up for us. Movers, PODS, and even had professional cleaners come in at the end of the job as a surprise. There were a few punch list items we noticed after a few weeks, and they sent mike out, nice guy and he spent a few days at our house just making it perfect. We referred them to our neighbors and they re doing their house as well.

We met with Tanner Brandner, a Design Consultant for Direct Remodels, to discuss a remodel of our aging bathroom. Tanner was like a breath of fresh air. He came prepared for his meeting with us, and was the most personable young man we have dealt with in a long time. When we had questions, Tanner had the answers. When I needed guidance, Tanner would explain why one way was preferable to another. He was spot on with every aspect of his presentation. Tanner exudes confidence in himself and in his Company, Direct Remodels. We just signed tonight for the remodel, and we feel sure that this Company will â  hit it out of the park â  for us. I get the feeling that this company is built on old-fashioned values and a handshake, which, by the way, Tanner has one of those memorable ones! Just an example of perfection! I love My new kitchen. It was a big project. I was nervous at first but after 4 days most of the job was done we waiting a few more days for The tops. What a splendid job! I am over joyed!
