Dietz Cleaning

It turned out fine. I didn't order them for long enough and that was my fault. I just wasn't paying attention. I had them leave off a couple of things but for what they did, they did an excellent job. I have had them before and they always do good work. I would use them again in future.

It has been great and I highly recommend them.

The ladies that showed to clean did a great job. Getting the initial appointment was terrible. I had to contact Angie's list customer service, and I had to literally make myself available any day and time just to get it scheduled. Then I waited at home but they were late so i had to have someone else let them in.

The cleaners did a great job. My house was definitely in need of a good clean and my dog barked rather loud for about 10 min and they took it in stride. I will use them again for sure.

Initially we really liked them. However, we ended up cancelling the service. We continually had different girls coming to the house - and were never told before the service there would be new people in our home. We had a prescribed list of items we did and did not want cleaned and they were not adhered to on a regular basis. We informed Bryan and were assured the next time they would be correct. Honestly, for the price we paid, we expected better service. Our home was just dusted and vacuumed for the high price we were paying. We continually had to re-clean our shower and floors under area rugs and mats. The last straw was the last time they were in the house, we just had a security system installed with cameras - apparently we had another new person, unbeknownst to us, and when we checked our security cameras, we saw her looking at and into several items around our house. I would recommend Bryan do a better job of keeping his staff to more regular people for each account to ensure better consistency and thorough service and to please thoroughly check all supplies and equipment before bringing them into houses for cleaning.

Dietz did an amazing job. My house is literally sparkling more than the day I moved in. Also very reasonably priced.

Having just recently listed my townhouse for sale, I wanted to have a thorough and professional cleaning job done. These guys at Dietz did a great job. I was very please with the results and they were very nice to deal with. I will definitely consider using them again now that I have sold that home and will soon be moving into my new home. I requested an 8 am appointment. Company countered with appointment between 8 am and 9 am. I agreed. Cleaning crew showed up at 9:20. Outside the appointment they agreed to. The appointment was on Veteran's Day. I had a Veteran's Day ceremony to attend. Because cleaning crew was late, I was nearly late for the ceremony. I nearly turned the crew away when the folks finally showed up.

Bryan, the owner,? was very responsive and checked with me to see exactly what I needed. He came over and looked at the job and was there when his crew arrived to make sure they understood what I expected. He was very pleasant and professional. His crew did an excellent job and provide a good service for the cost.

A representative came to our home and gave an estimate based on our needs. We scheduled a day to do the cleaning and the employees were punctual and a pleasure to work with. After a quick walk through, they got right to work and cleaned the entire house. We now have them come on a bi weekly basis.

The service turned out fine. They came out within the next week after I purchased the Big Deal. The cost was just the Big Deal of $260. The one thing I did not like because my daughter was there to let them in and when I got there, they were standing on my granite countertops with their tennis shoes and apparently, she had a rock in her shoe and chipped the granite. So, I did not like that. I used to clean houses for six years and if I had to get on there, I took my shoes off and was there in my socks, not in my tennis shoes. They came the same day the electrician was there. I had other things going on because of graduation. So, it was very busy and they were in and out. I paid three-hour’s worth of service or something or longer, but it was for three people. When they thought they were done, they left. They did not come and seek me. They left like 45-minutes early the three of them. I could have had them do a lot more work and they did not speak English. Their guy showed up afterwards, I guess the owner. He came to the door and asked how their service was and if he would not have come when I had a house full and the electrician and all the stuff that was going on, I would have spent more time with him. I probably would not use them again. The price would have been fine if I got the full service.

They were very professional and dusted the entire house. They climbed up and dusted the tops of the cabinets and all the fans. They even cleaned all the air vents and used hard water cleaner on the shower heads.

This company provides good service. The employees arrive promptly as scheduled and there is no problem should an occasional reschedule requested by me be required. We have a large home and they do a good job of cleaning it. Mr. Dietz is hands on and is always available. He checks with us every so often to be sure things are going well.

It was excellent. They sent 2-3 cleaners out to do the job. The scheduling worked out fine and I just had to call them. They cleaned the entire house.

I used Dietz cleaning for the first time a couple of months ago, and I now use them every couple of weeks. The crew is friendly and always does a very thorough job. They take the extra time to wipe down cabinets, clean bathroom fans, etc. I would recommend them highly.

Unfortunately, the quality of the service diminished over the past few months. The last straw was that I was unhappy with soap scum build up in one of the shower walls. I sent pics to Bryan Dietz and he said he would personally make sure it was properly cleaned but it wasn't.

They never called me for their services. I booked with you 10/21/2014 a.m. They have not called once and it has been a two full days.

The service provided by Dietz Cleaning was excellent and so far the best of three different companies I've used in the Tampa area! They focused on the major areas like the bathrooms, hardwood floors, and kitchen. Dietz sent three professionals and they worked diligently for 2 hours. The areas where they exceeded expectations were simple things like cleaning the toilet paper holders, shower glass walls, and the faces of appliances. Other companies did not do well on the shower glass walls where Dietz folks made sure it was sparkling. One area for improvement is communicating. I chose my original date for the service because I was off from work that day and before I had family coming into town. When I thought the date was secured, I double checked and then Dietz responded they couldn't conduct the service on the date I requested and changed it. On the date of service, I received an e-mail asking the earliest the professionals could arrive and I said 1pm. The service providers didn't communicate or show up until over an hour after 1pm. I recommend better communication and punctuality. The price of the "deal" was $160, which I accepted because of the ratings for Dietz Cleaning even though $160 is pretty steep. Paying $160 for 2-hours of service for a 1,600 sq ft home is much higher than I've paid before, which averaged around $100. I'll definitely use Dietz Cleaning again but will have to think hard if it's $160 again. I would also recommend Dietz Cleaning to friends and coworkers but would warn them about the price.

The pricing was reasonable. They are family owned, honest, and reputable. They did a great job, had great communication skills, were punctual, and just did a really, really good job..

The house didn't feel or smell clean and we couldn't tell if they mopped the floors. Maybe they had an off day but I wouldn't use them again.

They are so thorough. Clean our blinds, vacuum furniture and are always prompt. They are good with our digs who settle down after they arrive and nap. They are about $20 higher than other companies but are well worth it. They do a great job and I trust them.

They were great. Scheduling was fine. There was a communication issue with my roommate where I was supposed to call them back and I didn't know I was supposed to. He didn't put on the calendar I found out when I called to confirm but he was able to squeeze me in.

It was OK. While they were on-time, scheduling was difficult. Scheduling electronically or being more specific about a call back time would have helped as there was a lot of phone tag. They used lots of bleach which was difficult due to breathing issues for both myself and my cat. There was only one person who spoke English so the communication was difficult and he communicated to the team of two who didn't speak English and he left after communicating what needed to be done to the team of two.
