Dietz Cleaning

Put in a request for a quote through Angie on 9/25/21. No response on 9/27/21, so I tried to call, but not only was I unable to talk to anyone, but the voicemail box had never been set up, so I couldn't leave a message. Went to website & got email address. Emailed them, but as of today (9/29/21) no response. Went elsewhere.

Poor customer service. Paid for 8 hours of house cleaning services ahead of time. Appointment was for 12:30 pm. At 1:30 pm no one had showed up yet so I called the company since i had not received any notifications or updates on my service. The person who answered the phone said their alternator broke and someone should be there shortly. Finally two hours after my scheduled time someone finally showed up. I didnt appreciate the lack of communication and felt like if i did not call the company they would have never updated me. I will not be using this company again and if i had not already paid for the services in advanced i would have canceled and taken my business else where. Cleaning services were okay but not worth the poor customer service.

We've been using Dietz for years and they've always done a great job! They've been able to do jobs last-minute when needed and they've always given fair pricing.

They were very thorough and professional. After the estimate, they sent 2 people who stayed for over 6 hrs to get the house ready. After the job was complete, Bryan came over to inspect to make sure everything was done up to their high standards. It was expensive but in line with what other people charge for these services.

I hired Bryan since my monthly maid service had cancelled on me. Two ladies came for 4 hours and my house looks amazing. I am now on a monthly service with them.

Crew & Mr. Dietz arrived exactly on time. went right to work. did thorough cleaning job. I'm delighted with their service and will likely use again. Was able to take advantage of special coupon offer for this cleaning.

Honestly, the house was cleaner than when we moved in! I can’t even begin to describe how amazed we where. The house was spotless even after living in it for three years. They even took the trash left behind by the movers! This is my go-to company for any cleaning that needs to be done. Definitely worth every penny. Speaking of pennies, for the service I received, it was a bargain.

Dietz does a wonderful job. They are thorough every time they come. They even do little extras. I love them! They are very friendly and they actually come to get the job done right.

They showed up on time and did a great job.

When I ask them to do something they are willing to do it. He comes and walks the unit himself, so he knows how many staff it will take to clean. Price was a pretty good deal. I have used him for other real estate. I have a big mirror and you need a step ladder to get the top and after the first time they have not cleaned the top of that mirror. I have noticed little things like the shutters and bedpost not being cleaned. He is professional and the staff is ok.

I have physical limitations and it was difficult to clean my house to the standard I wanted. I decided I had to get a cleaning service. Dietz Cleaning was the right choice. They did a fantastic job!! My house which is over 2,000 sq ft was cleaned from top to bottom. They even cleaned the outlet covers. When they were done my house sparkled. I had hired other cleaning services before but was always disappointed with the standard and quality of service. But Dietz exceeded my expectations. I plan to hire them now on a regular basis.

Four people, including Bryan, showed up to to the job. They thoroughly cleaned every room to our expectations. Bryan brought his ladder & cleaned ceiling fans & the exhaust fans in the bathrooms. The stainless appliances were all shining in the kitchen & outdoor grill area. The inside of the double ovens took some time to clean & they look brand new! The price ended up being more than what was quoted, but everyone worked hard & was very polite. We definitely recommend Dietz!

Arrived at 2:20 instead of 12 to 1 time slot but called ahead. None of the blinds were dusted. Sinks and tub cleaned. Floors mopped. Only tops of furniture cleaned. Bathroom sink cabinet not dusted. Outside of appliances were not wiped. Wall cabinet not dusted in living room. This is a small house and was already mostly clean except for fore mentioned items. No clutter to clean around. One person household.. The satisfaction guarantee states if " the company is called within 24 hours and the customer feels the service was not up to expectations, the company would reclean the areas at no additional charge--no questions asked." The company was called the next AM. The owner stated that there would be an additional charge since they had put in the 2 hour time. I will not use Dietz Cleaning Service again nor recommend them.

FANTASTIC- from the first cleaning to the every other week maintenance, they have been superb. I can trust them in my home when i am not there. They are the exact price point that I was looking for and the service is stellar. Better than one would anticipate. They are truly professional and give 150% every time they come to my home! It is well worth the cost and the time it frees me to be with my family is invaluable!

I was very impressed and pleased with the quality of work. They thoroughly cleaned inside, around, under and over all appliances, cabinets, doors and windows. They cleaned every nook and cranny in the place.

Awesome, they are always on time and they do an amazing job. They clean the house and it is spotless. I have a 70 lbs dog and when Dietz come, you can not tell he lives there. We love them. I recommend them to everyone.

They do a great job making our house sparkle. We always receive a text reminder of the scheduled cleaning from Brian the day before. The employees are very friendly and do a great job in all the rooms. We only had one incident when someone wasn't cleaning as thoroughly, but once I showed the areas she missed, the house has been cleaned to my liking. Communication is key and Brian and his staff are very committed to having happy customers. We love having our home cleaned by them. They are a great cleaning company!
