Description of Work: We have had a Solatube installed for 17 years with no problems. Recently, a "wind mitigation" inspector performed an inspection, and, during the course of the inspection, climbed the roof and removed, with some force, the original dome. Shortly thereafter, and during the first rain storm, the Solatube leaked into the room. We called Daylight Concepts and they scheduled a service call within about 3 days. The service tech arrived at the time agreed on, inspected the damage, and made repairs. He performed the work in a seemingly competent and professional manner, and recommended an upgrade of the dome. While he felt the upgrade would be desirable, it was not necessary. He also committed his findings in writing. We felf that the whole repair experience was positive.
