Excellent company. From the selecting of a product to scheduling the appointment and installation it was all done very well. The staff and installer were very polite and professional. Product really lit up the room we had it installed in.

This was the second time we hired Daylight Concepts LLC to put in a Solar Tube light in our kitchen. Landon came today and installed the light. He was punctual, professional, friendly and explained all the options. The light helped tremendously in our kitchen within an hour and he did a fantastic job. We had one other installed in June 2018 and so happy we chose their service.

Absolutely love them! One of the best improvements we made to the house. Has brightened up two rooms that did not have any natural light. There are times that we now are reaching to turn the lights off during the day when they aren't on and yet not too bright in the least. We had to use lights in these rooms 24 hours a day and now we only need lights at night when we are in the rooms. The tubes also included night lights which are just enough to brighten the rooms in the evening when sleeping and are not noticeable when using other lights. Extremely extremely happy!

We were very happy with the first Solatube that we had added to replace an older skylight in our second bath. We were so impressed with Ash, the installer, and our prior experiences with Solatube, that we added 3 additional ones. New ones were installed in the Dining Room, Living Room and a hallway. Daylight Concepts worked very closely with our contractor who installed our new roof (All Florida Waterproofing and Construction) to develop and complete the two jobs on a tight schedule. The work was done quickly, efficiently, and they did a great job cleaning up when they were finished.

Daylight Concepts (DC) installed five (5) Solatubes in our refurbished home in 2014. In a bathroom, the installer scarred a decorative wood ceiling and damaged the tube such that no one - several have tried - can remove the lens for cleaning. Dispatcher Beth has failed, on several occasions, to keep a date and time to have a technician effect a repair for which we're fully prepared to pay. Unfortunately, DC's is the lone Solatube contractor in our region. The next closest is almost four hours away. We advise those seeking light pipes in homes in our region to source alternate manufacturers.

I recently moved into an older manufactured home with two interior rooms (kitchen and dining) that required the lights to be on all day. I had a sola tube in a previous home and knew how well they worked and decided that was what would be required. From my initial inquiry to installation day, they kept me informed of the schedule. Installers arrived on time and included me on the decision making for size and location, giving usable pros and cons to make the final decision. Two 10 inch were installed, one in each room, and the result is just as expected. Awesome daylight, evenly distributed. When they were finished, their clean-up was as if they were never there. Awesome.

Debbie and Ash are definitely keepers. They did a great job working with me to get my small issue fixed.

Installers came the day before the agreed upon installation time, which was fine by me. They were in the area and called first. Installation went smoothly, guys knew what they were doing. Love the brighter kitchen. In fact I keep telling my daughter to please turn off the kitchen light when she leaves the kitchen, lol. A little pricey for what it is, but that's what it is.

They were great at start. They hire unqualified installers. My installer left the company shorty after installing our tubes. I have had issues on two of my tubes. One leaked, one came apart. They responded for these but it was slow. I tried to be easy on time frame. The installer who fixed my one tube said the installer did not use the right parts. Now I am having an issue with one coming out of the ceiling. I called two weeks ago and asked for repair as I was selling my home. I called today and got a major run around. They just don't do may installs in my area and can't get to me until April 23rd. I stated this needed done prior to my listing and potential home inspection. Again, I was told they just can't get to me as they don't do much in my area. There office is just 10 miles from my house. Do not use these folks as they do not stand by there products. They are fast at install and taking your money. But if you have a problem you can bet they won't help you out without a great period of time passing by.

Ash (the main installer) and his assistant arrived on time and worked cooperatively with the rosters who were installing a new roof. Ash took great one to inspect the roof & ceiling vent carefully so that he could strategically place the sofa dices in the best possible location. I could definitely hire daylight concept again and consider them to be a very professional company who are knowledgeable and deliver what they promise. Everything went smoothly, and I was very impressed with Ash’s knowledge and expertise. Both (the office manager) did an excellent job I’m very pleased with having more natural light in the house, and would actually like more since I fill have other dark areas in the house of coordinating the appointment so that if coincided with the roofing company’s schedule. I do wish however, that I had been told exactly how much it would cost before the job was completed.

We had two dark area's in the house, found them on Angies list; ash came out on time and sold us 2 sola tubes, one in the ? room the other in the hallway. They were on time and very professional through whole process.

Owner came and gave estimate workers from company brought equipment. Put holes in roof, installed tubes and put covers on holes in living room ceiling.

Scheduler and salesman were very professional. Described product well. They called to confirm the appointment and ask if I had any questions. The installer showed up on time. Did a good job, but left a soda can in my driveway and I found an empty tube of sealant floating in my pool after he left.

Asj amd assistant came on time, were fast, patient while explaining options, and accomodated my desire to see the various diffusers. They left the house clean when they were done.

Phone calls and e-mails were handled promptly. Installers arrived on time and were done quickly. They explained everything to me and I love how bright it has made my kitchen!
